Awesome and very helpful staff. On my last visit they were out of stock of magnesium. Sylvia called other store in Avondale and found out that they have it in stock. The other store clerk lives in Surprise so she brought the magnesium with her and dropped off in Surprise store. Within couple of hours I had my magnesium. Awesome customer service.

🖤 In love with this store staff & product! 🤓 I came down with a debilitating bone disease and I need new supplements 🙂 the awesome young lady that assisted me knew what bro meme was new. My other supplement was derived from papaya and help me with my products and explained everything 😃 yes amazing she actually knew the products that they sold!!!! 😆 Their prices were almost the same as Walmart, but The Vitamin shoppe products are FDA tested 🤓next time you need some calcium some folic acid fish oil whatever phaser on or whatever you take daily go to the Vitamin shoppe located in between Bank of America and Michaels on the North of Bell Rd!!🖤 Have a healthy happy day.

The worst customer service I have EVER received. After driving 20 minutes to give them my business, use their loyalty program, and take advantage of an ongoing sale, I walked into the store and there was an ongoing power outage. I asked the employee working if it was possible to make a cash purchase and was told no. I asked if I could come back to take advantage of if the ongoing sale at a later date and was told no. I asked well whats the point of coming to your store then and he informed me that there was no point and that I should go somewhere else, so I will always be going somewhere else. After my request, he did call a manager, who was very polite and attempted to rectify the situation. Therefore, I will never again be shopping at The Vitamin Shoppe and recommend no one to at least shop at this location, as the customer service by the employees working in the store is absolute garbage.

Husband and I go here for our green drink (Green Vibrance) and occasionally for pre workout or amino acids.We purchased a new pre workout and absolutely hated it so we brought it back in in hopes to exchange it for something else. Firstly, we didn’t even have our receipt as we told the cashier to toss it after making our purchase. But they recognized us when we walked in and gladly accepted the return/exchange for another product. We used it towards the purchase of our Green Vibrance powder and couldn’t be more happy that they accommodated us.Also, if you’re thinking of using amazon or other online sources, they will price match! Support this local franchise and they will return the favor when you need something in return (like exchanging a product you hate for something else you’ll enjoy much more).
