Literally the best customer service Out of all the one stops ever! 🥰Every SINGLE TIME I go in I get a friendly warm welcome, the manager there is BEYOND knowledgeable about every single product in that store and genuinely cares about the customers. She is more than happy to answer questions I come in with and I always leave feeling better equipped with information and products.She is a killer multi tasker & the best smoothie maker, I’ve never seen someone be so on the ball! Love love love this store and there staff!

I love this place however they say open at 530a weekdays, here we are on a Wednesday at 7a and they’re not open. Should probably post correct information. It’s okay the other Smoothie place in the area is open, I’ll have to use them instead. Bummer. Really like you guys overall.

My wife and I enjoy the shakes at one stop.. unfortunately the young lady who closes Thurs nights at Bell and 303 by Esporta was not present during our order.This was the second time we have walked in and not be addressed other than asking what we were having.After we give her the order, she asked a second time after a minute or so.While I had a peach Low carb post workout (LCPW) with coconut milk, my wife requested the pineapple LCPW with almond milk... All I tasted was vanilla protein, and the young lady comes back and says heres your peach and Pina colada while almost slamming them on the counter.We received the drinks, but weve had better service. :( There are usually 2 people working the counter.

Went in last Sunday and wasn’t sure what to get. Isabella helped me decide and provided great service. She made it easy to get in and out. She had great customer service and personality. I’ll be back soon!

The shake was not that greatThe girls were very helpfulThey forget to ask if I wanted vegan protein so I ended up with reg protein and it upset my poor little tummy not happy about that. I asked but they alright made the shake and did not offered. to correct it 😞😵Will not go to that location again.sorry.

It’s a good smoothie place.

Went into One Stop the other day after countless attempts at finding a protein best for my body and met my actual savior! Kaylee not only took the time and used my goals to find the best protein for me but she helped me find other supplements to set me back on track. Such a pleasant experience stepping back into nutrition to have such a welcoming and friendly store! Now waiting for the new location to open!

My mom and I both ordered a butterfinger slimmer, my mom IS LACTOSE INTOLERANT, so she ordered hers without milk and whey protein, two people came in behind us and ordered as well, (not sure if he got clustered, regardless you should be fine with a customer waiting to order) the only red headed tattooed male working makes our smoothies in the same blender just double recipe and tries to lie and say they’re different, as we WATCHED him pour both of our smoothies at the same time into our cups. We have been coming here for years and loved our smoothies before hand. I’m in complete disappointment that a “custom smoothie” shop isn’t willing to fulfill people’s needs with allergies and such. At the thought that “we won’t notice”

Awesome service by EMMY, I witnessed her talking with an older gentleman about testosterone and what to do if his levels are low. She hit every key point she need to and had amazing knowledge! There not just girls who make shakes they have knowledge of the body! Amazing store!

Today was my first day going to this place and BAM! Awesome service, amazing and beautiful valley girls who work there (one named Kaylee and the other I feel bad for forgetting her name) but from now on, if Im going to get my Saturday on, Ill go there instead of The Vitamin Shoppe. Saying that I love it there is just an understatement. I cant believe how wonderful this place is. God bless them.

I went in to One Stop the other day where a young blonde hair girl was working and the shake was given to me icy and not the best. I decided to go back today, where a man tall dark hair muscular man was working, and again same experience, the shake was icy and not mixed well. I am very disappointed. Wont be going back!

I visited here to rebuild my supplement collection after moving and experienced excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly, so I really don’t know what’s up with the one-star reviews. I was really indecisive about choosing a pre-workout, but the woman who helped me was patient and knowledgeable. She even gave me a free sample to go and try it out at the gym. Both staff members present were helpful and attentive. They have a wide variety of supplements to try, including a fridge full of the grab-and-go cans. I haven’t given the smoothies a shot, but they have a lot of options for those, too. I will be returning to this location.

Just found this place and I loved it. I had been telling everyone about it. However I came in today when there were two girls working, and the girl who took my order did not even make eye contact or even treat me like I was a human being. She was extremely rude and short to the point where I will no longer come back. Customer service is everything and it’s truly unfortunate.

Stopped here a couple times now after a work out and the staff is always super friendly and very helpful, even giving their ideas of flavor mixes to make a great shake. Very fast service with a smile. One downfall though is many supplements offered in the store are higher priced than competitors.

Staff is extremely friendly...no complaints there. However, when I entered the store, the intent was to purchase a good fat burner. The sales rep convinced me that Hell Fire was it...there was nothing more powerful. He said it would not only spark my metabolism, but that I would get a surge of energy that might even make me a little jittery. Bottom line: this product is $50 of nothing. I literally can take a nap an hour after taking Hell Fire. I feel absolutely nothing...nothing after taking this, and I take it twice a day. Do not waste your money on Ephedra products; theyre not the real thing (Ephedrine).

Gotta love One Stop!! Awesome employees, great products, amazing shakes 👌🏻The employees at this location never fail to greet me with a smile and a few of them even know me and my kids by name. Corey recently helped me find some supplements to kickstart my fitness routine back up after just having a baby, if you need supplements be sure to ask for him! I love that the staff knows their stuff. Not to mention I could drink butterfinger shakes for every meal. 😍🙌

WOW! GREAT EXPERIENCE!! The Man and Woman who helped me were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and up beat/ Friendly. I LOVE my SLIMMER ICE CREAM CHOCOLATE PEANUT WITH THE ADD IN OF THEIR THERMO FAT BURNER!! Hands down the best shake!!

After a workout I went into the Surprise location to get a post workout drink and they only 1 staff member working with 10 people in line....if you want to wait an hour for an over priced smoothie this is the place to go....Save your money and just make them at home...Place like this wonder why they then go out of business...
