The store was well lit, organized, and clean. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The prices are high, but that is what you would expect from a Walgreens.

The Pharmacist Donna was so incredibly helpful.I was in such a situation trying to get Covid tested before travel but she was so accommodating and helpful. I called numerous times and she was pleasant. Definitely a wonderful person!

My insurance changed in January of this year. I chose to go with Walgreens on Constance Road. I get calls staying my prescription is ready for pick-up but I cant get anyone to help me. I stuck my head in side today. Two ladies were at the counter doing something. I said I will come back later. Neither one said oh...you need help. The Pharmacist was helping with people getting shots. I guess the lady working with cars in the back was busy. I dont mind waiting for help if they are busy. But, if I tell you I will come back. At least yone of you could have helped me.you I will come back

Store hours are not convenient for people that work late nights or weekends . Wish the drive thru was 24 hours at least.

Staff was very attentive and polite. Store was clean and I found everything I needed in one visit.

Its tough to rate a pharmacy. I dont believe a 5 star pharmacy can even exist, but, theyve been as good as they possibly can to me. Ive had one bad experience, but thats among several uneventful experiences.

Terrible service! Was told the refill was not ready which I thought was odd since it was put in last week. Pharmacist never checked the order bin. I waited 30 minutes to find out they filled wrong meds for someone else that they claimed had the same name (highly unlikely). She proceeded to check the bin and discovered the meds I was picking up for my mom were done and had been done. Not one apology was given. Heard chatting from the back which made me wonder if meds getting filled were even right. Will be changing pharmacy. So disappointed.

The young lady at the register was very patient while on the phone with or ins. Company. We are from out of town and she really helped us allot to get my husbands medicines for his heart.

Ordered a mothers day card and waited over an hour to pick it up then went there and said they didnt have any ink to print it, no notification or nothing TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
