The Pike coffee was good but, they allow smoking inside. I hurried out! Allowing smoking inside is why they received fewer stars.

I always go to this Starbucks never had a problem. Today, they made MY drink wrong and ran out of bagels and didnt offer me something else. They made my boyfriend items well. The afternoon people are better to make drinks and food then the morning staff!

This Starbucks is amazing and has made me feel completely safe when visiting to pick up my coffee during COVID. I have seen some reviews saying that management is poor and rude and wanted to clarify what I have personally witnessed. At time’s patrons have come to the store refusing to wear face masks which are required at the establishment. Instead of respecting the businesses wishes, they were argumentative and rude. The business is firm with their protocols as any business is entitled to be. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the staff.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been too! The staff is amazing and respectful and the manager Darren is always so welcoming! During this tough time he has especially made sure his Starbucks has been safe for everyone. Especially with enforcing masks and social distancing. Will definitely be returning!! Plus he makes the best coffee 👌🏽

I am very picky with my Starbucks drinks and this Starbucks location gets it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. They also always have the latest merchandise. The staff is friendly and the manager Darren is very patient and hospitable. Not to mention, during this global pandemic he has enforced all CDC protocols and has required his staff and customers to wear their masks appropriately, and social distance. I am very grateful he has done this because not all locations take this seriously. I go out of my way to go to this location because of their manager Darren! I highly recommend!

The people posting about the manager have no idea what they are talking about. Darren has been managing this location for close to 5 years. He has done much for the community. He has raised money for numerous outreaches and does a coffee with a cop event each year. I will continue to frequent this Starbucks for the great coffee and great management.

Extremely rude employees. They made my order wrong twice. I literally just asked if they can please remake how I asked and they yelled at me in public ajd said I’ll have to repay again even though I didn’t get my order. I’m so shocked and embarrassed.

Staff is so friendly! Everything is always clean and seeing them follow proper protocols has allowed me to feel safe with getting my coffee every morning! & the manager Darren is always so patient and kind.

This place always gets my order right! Such a welcoming environment and with everything going on the manager Darren is always making sure that his staff and his customers are safe. Some establishments are hesistant when it comes to enforcing masks which is terrible, but not this Starbucks! I never have to worry when i come inside to pick up my order. Highly recommend!

Starbucks is the best. I love their coffee. I especially love their app that you could order from and when you go to pick it up, you dont wait on any lines and its usually waiting for you. Furthermore the service at this location is excellent. The Caramel Macchiato is their best coffee in my opinion. They have been taking extra precautions for COVID-19 as well.

I come to this Starbucks location at least 2x a week before work for the past 4 years. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. The manager, Darren, is always respectful to customers and manages his team well. In comparison to other Starbucks, this location has the best customer service.

I’m not a coffee drinker - but the store manager Darren always helps me find the right drink to suit me, whether it’s a tea or a refresher or whatever, always helps me out. Friendly staff and always clean. Good atmosphere and to be honest, probably the only Starbucks I can go to in the area without feeling judged. If you don’t know what to drink, not a coffee drinker but want to experience the Starbucks hype - head to suffern and ask for Darren. He will hook you up!

I did a mobile order and they left it out uncovered. When I walked in another person was touching my drink! I asked them to make another and the server had an attitude about it. Would not return here

I’ve been to many Starbucks and this one is by far the worst! I keep going back only because it’s the closest one to me and every single time I get more and more disappointed. The employees are rude and obnoxious. The drinks are NEVER made right. Apparently whipped cream doesn’t exist here because every time I ask for whipped cream I don’t get any. I recently ordered a venti cappuccino and the cup was half empty!!! It looked like someone either spilled it or drank from it. The only reason this location is successful is because there aren’t any other ones around here but something needs to change!

I came in with my fabric kippah on my nose for face covering and the Manger derren start yelling at me u need to have a mask so i told him its fabric and covers my nose he it needs to be a mask. He has a ride attitude dont think i will come to this location again

Another bad experience. Evidently, the cashier has poor communication and rudeness. Never gets order correct. When mistake is address when pickup, just receive the rudeness and disrespectful response from the staff. I suggest customer service training be provided and advice how to properly respond when a mistake is made by the staff.

Ordered a grande java chip Frappuccino. Had to wait a few minutes. I drank it and noticed that it was more like drinking milk rather than a nice slushy mix of ice, milk, Java chip, etc. Oh well. Probably won’t go back. Don’t know how you can screw up a stable drink. How long has Starbucks been serving coffee?

Consistently friendly, efficient service and well-made coffee drinks make this location a standout. Small size of the store can often make it crowded; not the most comfortable location in which to hang out for a while. In/out street/highway access not very convenient.

The coffee is a bit too strong. But I like there refill program. There frappuccinos are good.

The morning crew is almost always attentive and on-point. The afternoon crew - especially for the past 6 months - are disorganized, unprofessional, not friendly, negligent, and prone to offer special treatment for people they know personally such as advance their orders, carry on long conversations with other people waiting behind in-line, etc.I now make it a point to avoid this Starbucks location during the day almost at any cost.EDIT: Quite a few items are always shown unavailable on the mobile app. I was specifically told by the afternoon crew that their MANAGEMENT TELLS THEM to not make those items available for mobile order. Yes, THATS a thing here.

Typical Starbucks but usually very, very crowded. No drive through. Service is courteous and quick but finding a place to wait while your coffee is made can be challenging.

No consistency in lattes anymore. Starbucks used to be big on quality control. It isnt anymore... and its all stores, not just this one.
