Stopped in after a poker run on my m109 and left with a great used road glide. Fantastic staff, super friendly, prices you cant beat.

Normally I do not do one star review but in this case I am only stating factual information about the general manager Shawn. Treasure Coast HD installed a new rear fender, saddlebags, inner fairing etc for more than $5K. The issue is that months later I discovered the rear fender paint had bubbled in spots. The Factory sent the dealer a replacement fender but Shawn would not cover the labor. I had called him 4 times but he never returned any of my calls. He has no concept of customer service only making a buck

Nick, which is one of the salesmen, is really great. He is friendly and attentive, even called to see how my ride home went. I called him just one time on a Sunday afternoon, to ask that he please mail me my owners manual and he said he would. He called me back Monday morning to confirm that he mailed out my owners manual AND my suspension adjustment tool, which I hadn’t even thought of. This is rare in most places once a sale is made, so I really appreciated that from him.The other person I interacted enough to fairly review was Rick, he was very friendly and helpful as well. The two ladies in the apparel department were very nice and helpful too, sadly I didn’t get their names. One had a few tattoos on her arms and some blue strands died into her hair. The other was at the register and we laughed a little at A Boy Named Sue.

Didnt take any photos. Their website is pretty thorough. The interior was clean, had a really great pirate ship décor and all the staff that I interacted with were friendly. Just popped in to buy a shirt for an old riding buddy in Ohio. Had a nice selection of 3X, a few 5X, but weirdly no 4X which is of course what he wanted. We found one that he would like so all good.

I needed a tire. Leaving for my appointment my bike wouldnt start. Called to cancel but Rick in service walked me through as fix. He was actually going to come to my house and either fix or toe it to Harley. When I finally got there the whole thing went off without a hitch. Great service and real friendly crew.

First of all, I just want to say I got a great deal at TCHD! I wanted to trade up to a bike with ABS (two bikes to the trade) and I was not expecting what kind of treatment I was going to get. TCHD treated me with the upmost respect and Tom, my rep, couldnt have been nicer! I got a great deal at TCHD (did I mention that?)! This is the second new HD that Ive purchased (I usually buy used and fix them up) and the experience was 180 degrees from what I got with my previous purchase at another HD shop. Cody, the Manager, helped make this deal possible, so big thanks to him. The Finance guy (new guy but really friendly) worked with me to get everything put together and now I have a 2021 FLHX! If youre thinking about a bike, new or used, do yourself a favor and talk with Treasure Coast Harley Davidson. Great people!

Best dealership experience Ive ever had. Everyone was welcoming. I felt relaxed and never pressured. Im a new rider and this was my first bike but everyone was supportive. Kris, our sales guy, was the best. He paired me with the best bike for me with financing within our budget. They were out of the the free Harley Davidson shirts you get when you purchased, so Kris actually bought for me one from the shop. He even delivered our bike for us on his own time. Treasuer Coast Harley is one of the best Motorcycle stores in our area. They know how to take care of the customer and they bring years of knowledge and experience.

They ordered parts for me. I came to pick them up and you cant get help. They dont know where the parts people are and a bunch of lazy sales staff sit around talking to each other and could care less that youre waiting. I assumed theyre getting paid but Im not buying a new bike so screw me and the other two customers waiting.

I went to look at Harley Davidson boots.I found the ones I liked, they didnt have my size in the boot I wanted, but they let me try on different boots to make sure I got the right size. The 2 women helping me said they could special order my size and the boots would be here before Christmas. I am really impressed with the service and care they took. I know Im getting at least 1 present I will love.

I recently made an appointment to test a new Lowrider S with April Coury, salesperson at TC Harley. April made herself available to accommodate my schedule and was very helpful. Prior to the test, she went over the features of the bike and gave very clear information about how the ride was to be conducted. During the ride, she was very clear with directions, and led well, demonstrating her own skills as a rider.When the ride was complete we spent a few minutes discussing the bike and how it rode. When she asked me if I had any other machines Id like to try out, I mentioned the Fat Bob as well. Instead of having to make a new appointment, she adjusted her schedule and offered to go back out again, with me riding the Fat Bob. That to me is going above and beyond a typical dealer experience!At no time was any pressure put on me to make an immediate decision about a possible purchase. Instead, I was treated as a fellow enthusiast and rider. I cant remember a more positive experience with a dealer of any brand, car or motorcycle.

The friendly and happy experience makes you feel like home. The hole staff goes out of there way to learn your needs and get you on the right motercycle. I highly recommend this dealership.

Went to get my bike out of storage on Saturday and it wouldnt start.. it had been setting for a few months.. wasnt sure if the battery in the bike or possibly the fob battery was shot.. went to red devil cycle and picked up a batterys for both.. changed just the fob and the bike started so I returned the bike battery which had cost just under $140.00. Rode the bike to my home and put in on a tender. Got ready to leave on a trip and realized my battery was charging all night on a tender and in the morning still flashing yellow. I have only required minimal service in the past and had that done at red devil cycle in stuart. Red devil is closed on Monday so my options were limited so I elected to go to Treasure coast harleydavidson. The service tech was very pleasant and said he could accommodateMe. When he told me the battery was $180.00+ I thought well thats a bit high but Im between a rock and a hard place. Then came the shocker. They wanted over $75.00to put it in the bike. I elected to take the battery home and I installed in myself in less than 10 minutes. I assumed the high price on the battery included enough profit to cover dropping the battery in the bike.Well they got me once but it wont happen again.

Ill say that first impressions mean a lot to me, and Treasure Coast Harley has managed to mess that up everytime Ive come by.The first time I came by for service (for a broken headlight bulb a week after I bought a brand new bike) the service writer tried to charge me parts and labor to replace the bulb. Argued and she agreed to give me the bulb as a favor because consumables arent normally covered by the warranty. As if its normal to buy a new bike with broken parts and have to pay to replace them.

We purchased a new bike from here & the sales team were great & helpful. I feel we got a great deal. I am very happy with the purchase. My only complaint would be the service department is kinda slow & seem to take they’re time as my bike got a flat & it’s taken them over week to pick it up & repair it.

Return Customer after 9.5 years. The deal was completed during the virus upswing in Fl. It included a trade as well as an engine kit. The sales manager worked with me on the phone and texting to put together the sale at a good price. The deal was completed outside on the bench under a tree with all personnel wearing masks and disinfected shared items. I was impressed with the knowledge, performance of and respect of their crew!A friendly bunch making the experience easy with good advise on upgrades. I recommend .This dealership if you want or need a Harley.Good people!6 months since the purchase 7,000 miles on the 133 engine kit. Bike runs great no issues and uses no oil. The 133 kit is a good value and enhances the performance

I was there this afternoon to pick you up a couple of things, and not one person who worked there was wearing a mask. When I inquired about it the girl in the clothing department gave me a real snotty answer. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe in there. I buy 2 Harley’s every other year (one for me and one for my wife) rest assured that I won’t be buying any from here.

RE: SHAWN ROBINSON, GMOn Saturday February 13, 2021 I decided to purchase a Harley to use for the following three weeks while in Florida. After several hours at Treasure Coast Harley I was finally shown a bike that I was interested in purchasing. A long wait to a brief conversation with the General Manager Shawn Robinson resulted in negotiating an acceptable price for the bike, however the fees seemed high. I left the dealership for a conference call, having been there for several hours already, and asked if they could send me a breakdown of the fees. It seems that real numbers are impossible to get from anyone but Shawn, and all bike prices seem to be a secret. Five hours later, and three promises that Shawn was going to call me, I finally received an invoice showing not only the breakdown of fees, but a price 1000.00 higher than we agreed upon and mileage that did not match the bike. Still no call from Shawn. The salesman and I agreed that we would speak to Shawn the following morning and get everything sorted out. The following morning I contacted the salesman again, still no call from Shawn, and explained that I would accept both the price and the fees if we could just go ahead with the purchase. Two more texts directly to Shawn and still no reply. All texts sent were shown as read. All day I waited for a call and finally I resigned myself to the fact that Shawn had no interest in selling me the bike even though I was willing to accept our agreed upon price and all the fees. I am an affluent cash buyer and was prepared to fund the purchase the same day.By Monday, still having not received even one phone call from Shawn Robinson, I reached out again by text to ask for a return call with some explanation or apology. Once again the text was read, and once again I was completely ignored and have still not received a call from anyone at the dealership.I have owned Marinas and Powersport Dealerships for over 30 years and would never allow any customer of ours to be ignored and treated so disrespectfully.I wish someone from the dealership could have reached out to explain to me why I was not able to purchase a bike. I have never received any call or explanation and wonder how many other potential customers have been simply blown off. I suspect the salesman, who by the way was very nice, would have liked to have sold the bike as he also had no idea why Shawn was refusing to call me, and could not do anything without Shawn’s approval. I suspect that Shawn may have accepted a price that he later regretted accepting, but this happens to all of us in business and the honourable ones will always honour their word...or at least offer an explanation...not hide!!I ended up buying a beautiful 2019 CVO Street Glide from Rick at Elite Motorsports in Boynton Beach. What a difference it is dealing with a grown up and a professional. Cant say enough good things about Rick. And I will absolutely never do any business with this Treasure Coast Harley , or any of their other affiliated stores again. My home Harley dealership is great and I’m sure would never behave so poorly. Treasure Coast Harley is a large dealership, but very amateur.A simple phone call from Treasure Coast Harley would have prevented posting this review. If anyone from Treasure Coast Harley responds to this review it will be the first voice that I’ve heard regarding this issue.

Went in for pegs. Came out with a clean 2018 street glide. Kris was great! No pressure sale. Didnt try to sell a bike when we walked up. Honest about what he knew of the bikes on lot. Experience was multitudes times better than experience at space cast Harley. He had service check the bike over again before we signed. Wanted to make sure the bike was in great working order instead of leaving it up to the extended warranty coverage just to get it off lot like the other place did. All my future purchases will be from here.

The staff here is the best. I bought a new bike but then decided it wasnt the bike for me. I brought it back and purchased a different bike. Everyone there was so very helpful, they made it all happen. Each time I visit they greet me by name, make me feel like they care.AND no place around can beat their prices. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FINANCE DEPT. I bought an extended warranty on my new 2018 Harley Street Glide for $1649 to go from the factory 2 years to additional 5 years here at Treasure Coast Harley. I traded it in 7 months later (still within factory 2 years) at their sister store Space Coast Harley and rather than make it easy for me to buy a warranty on the 2019 Street Glide, I had to buy it again and cancel the first one at Treasure Coast. I immediately contacted them after the trade and spoke to Robert Campbell. To make it more difficult I had to email him to cancel the warranty. After a few emails back and fourth he said it could take up to 30 days to cancel. Also even though I cancelled it before the 2 year factory warranty was up they would be prorating it. After a follow up and no response it slipped my mind (this is what they want you to do). Its been more than a year now and I keep notifying the sales manager there and they keep ignoring me. I would not buy anything from either of these two stores. Especially anything the finance dept offers. Buy warranties online out of state for cheaper before the 2 year warranty is up. Also, buyer beware they $2000 worth of dealer fees in addition to the sale price tases and state tags. Space Coast Harley played the same game when I traded the bike I bought from them but eventually got a refund after staying on it.Oh but both dealerships never forget to call me every other week to see if I will trade my motorcycle again... So they clearly have my number.

Shawn the new GM and his team are amazing. Their techs are way better trained that the competing dealers , and their customer service is second to none. They have gone above and beyond to help not only me, but some of my friends in emergency situations on bikes that weren’t even bought from them. As a business owner , THIS is how you run a business. Paul in sales and scott the manager are all at the top of their game. Oh and their pricing is way better than palm beach Harley. Worth the trip!

Spoke with April about an out the door price for a new 2020 HD sportster 883, she got me in connection with her sales manager (Boyd) and we negotiated $10,000 out the door with delivery.Then, last minute Boyd flipped the script and said the color I wanted was not available (even though that’s what we were originally negotiating on) and that I would pay for taxes yourself. It’s an understanding among good salesmen that OTD price is reflective of taxes and fees.Nonetheless, FALCONS FURY of Conyers Georgia gave me the color I wanted, the features I wanted and it was all done for $10,000.Now that’s what I call a deal. In short, if you’re looking to do business with this dealership, don’t. Call the folks over at FALCON FURY and they’ll be transparent and get you on a bike ASAP.

Horrible experience. Buyer beware buy somewhere else. They have over $2000 in dealer fees!!! They double charges you freight and prep that is already passed on from Harley on the cost of the motorcycle in the invoice. These fees are just additional profit on their already inflated prices. If you do buy a Harley here, do no be tricked into buying anything in the finance department in regards to warranties etc. You can buy them online for cheaper before your factory warranty expires in 2 years. If you buy it up front and cancel before your factory warranty runs out you lose that money.... Their paint and chrome protections are a waste of money. They never pay out claims on them. And their road hazard is obnoxiously priced. It is more than the cost of four tires if you buy the tires somewhere reasonably priced and not in their overpriced service prices... Run to another dealership. Also same owner owns space coast Harley, Titusville Harley, and I maybe west palm Harley. Probably need to go to Petersons to avoid the same rip off and games.

Should have more selection of clothing and outerwear. Came from out if town only to find very small selection. No one was wearing a mask or socially distancing. Very disappointing to see.
