I have purchased many boats with many less than perfect dealer experiences. This by far was the absolute best boat buying experience I have ever had .Jeff Misty Ethan and Shane at Sand N Sea Marine were a great help in finalizing and taking delivery of my 2021 BlueWave Makaira.

I couldnt be happier with my purchase ! Not only is the BLUE WAVE PURE BAY built as well as more expensive competitors but outshines anything in its price range . To the important part... I went to every boat dealer in town and this is by far the finest experience I have had . I knew very quickly this is where i wanted to buy and Shane and Misty have not disappointed from purchase to first splash . Now that the deal is done ? Great communication like you have never seen . Customer care at its finest . We are very lucky to have honest ethical people in our town like this and recommend everyone to say hello when looking for a new boat !

In July I brought my Silverwave pontoon in for warranty repair that was told it would be a 2 week turn around for it to be completed.Finally mid September it was done.We traveled to Stuart to retrieve the pontoon and when we checked it over it was discovered the lounge seat was damaged. Shane stated he thought it looked like it was chewed on by a critter and he really couldn’t think how else it happened. He then asked me what I wanted done . I said I want it repaired. He then said he would order the skins and let me know when they were in.It took a little over an hour to get home and on the way home I came up with what probably happed.We had bought a new boat cover and cover props ( they hold cover up ). One of the brand new mushroom plastic cap was broken ( split) . I figure someone placed them on the lounge seat and accidentally either sat or stood on them causing the tear and break of the cap.I went to email him what I figured what happened and Shane had already sent me an email stating he wasn’t going to do anything about the seat and he was done doing any more work on my vessel. He had cc’d the boat manufacturer in that email as well.Be fair warned people! If Shane Hunt stands by his theory that a critter chewed the seat then that would mean his place of business is overrun with critters that will damage your property when you leave it under his care.

Sand N Sea Marine has provided a wonderful experience for us in both the sale and purchase of a boat. They are honest and showed us such a great boat selling and buying experience. If you are looking for a great experience in either process I highly recommend doing so with them!
