I recommend this dealer 100%!!! They are great professionals who treat you with respect and honesty! Best price in the market, and they deliver what they promise. Our seller Matt was awesome, very knowledgeable and kind. He would answer any questions or concerns at any time of the day. The General Manager and owner are great people, they go out of their way to satisfy your needs. Luis, the captain who did our sea trial was great with us, going the extra mile to explain and guide us. Again, if looking for a boat that’s your place to go!

[very detailed]I shopped on and off for 8 months debating on a motor brand and shop I could feel comfortable with. I was lead to Palm City Yachts by a coworker.Initial call was incredibly comfortable. Blake had time to answer all my questions at a level that proved he was competent with his knowledge of repowering a boat and whats involved. He quoted me a price that I was very impressed with. I decided to stop by their shop in person, and was immediately impressed. I was able to place money down and get the process started very easily. There was extra work I asked to be looked into, without hesitation, I was give a WRITTEN price on all the work I was requesting....... NOW ... heres the catch ... I live 2 1/2 hours away, and I dont have a trailer!! There are plenty of shops by me, all of which I spoke to several times over the 8 month time frame, but I just didnt feel comfortable with what the results, cost, quality would be.Blake tried his best to include the pick up and delivery at an economic price, and he made it happen. Luis picked the boat up, and was very precise in where he wanted the boat on the trailer, put 3 straps to secure the boat and off he went. Very nice guy!!The fly in the ointment... boat show over that weekend... And yet, my boat was completed in under a week. During the installation and rigging, Blake called me to ask a few more questions, and then I was put in direct contact with the installation tech. She was amazing, very efficient and to the point. There was NO .. ohh you need this, ohh this looks bad... Only a very short list of corrosion on some wires and her simple fix. After the boat was completed, the lingering effects of the boat show, and some rough weather delayed the sea trial by a few days. When completed, I was given feed back that the prop I selected wasnt going to be conducive for the motor (300hp) and hull.We got the delivery date set for today, and while I was on the phone with the shop, they put me in contact with the person who did the sea trial... I.asked what prop he recommended and if they could swap it out... Again, I was impressed.. simple answer, and yes, we will swap it out before the boat goes to you in the morning... Delivered as promised. Work completed exceptionally well, clean installation. Louis, again was super nice and put her in the water .. went over a few things and off I went. The Brass tacks...-Price was as quoted and there was NEVER any nickle and diming.-Shop is efficient, clean and competent.-Staff, though busy, was always willing to take the extra few minutes to talk to and is really, really nice (like, relaxing nice).!!! Went through the break in process today after delivery. The prop which was delivered on the boat seems correct. I am glad I went with their recommendation and had it swapped out.I strongly recommend considering this shop for any maintenance or repower. I wish I lived closer, or I need to buy a trailer.

Purchased my first ever boat from Palm City Yatchs Stuart a couple months back and my overall experience was second to none. From the moment I made first call on the listing and spoke to Victor (arguably one of the best all around salespersons you will come across), to taking final delivery of my new 2020 Pioneer Sportfish 222, I have not one single negative thing to say. A typical buying process has its ups and downs but not in this case; everything went smooth and without any setbacks. The quality of their service matches that of the quality of boats in their inventory, truly excellent. My new Pioneer goes toe to toe with any of the known higher end brands in the market when it comes to quality and craftsmanship, and for a fraction of the price. After having researched the Pioneer brand for several months in advance and thinking I knew just about everything, I was surprised to learn many new things about their boats, all thanks to Victor. His knowledge on the boats he sells is phenomenal and will be ready to answer any question you might have. He will go above and beyond and out of his way if need be to make sure his customers are satisfied, and I can attest to that. He will make it happen!! He makes himself available throughout the entire process and even after the fact. Hes followed up with me several times to ask how we have been enjoying the new boat and to remind us hes available should we have any questions or concerns. If you are in the market for a new boat, I would highly recommend you look into Palm City Yatchs, and ask for Vic. I am not a person to ever write reviews or praise people who correctly do their job, but the standard at which these people operate truly deserved my acknowledgement.

Went to look at a used boat, after 20 minutes of walking around the boat on the lot myself I went inside and had to find one of the “salesmen”. I told him I was interested in a boat on the lot and he said “feel free to go look at it” lol. Then I asked if they were firm on the price because of the damage on the boat and he said “yeah, we only have 2 used boats so we’re holding onto them” the website shows like 7 used boats. Even if you only have 2, are you in the business of selling, or “holding onto”? Will gladly pay more to buy a boat somewhere else.

They have lost my business. The salesman (Blake) quoted me a price to install new twin 300 Suzukis. I asked about lead time and availability. He said he would call me back in an hour. 8 days later, no call or text, or anything. I finally call him and he doesnt remember much of our conversations (yes more than one) and I have to go over all of the info again. A week later I go up there to meet him in person and discuss a few things regarding the motors. I ask for a quote in writing on March 11 and he says no problem I will email it to you. Well it is March 16 and no quote so I call. He then says Suzuki does not allow the dealers to put quotes in writing but texts me a small informal quote. I explained that I require a quote on company letterhead and have always received this with every repower Ive done. He says he will send it if I give them a deposit. I again explained I require a formal quote in writing on company letterhead prior to the exchange of any money or I will take my business and money to a different dealer. He tells me good luck. Not the way you would expect a major dealer (top 5 in the world according to him) to handle a sizable transaction. The way he operates is just too shady. Stay away, take your business, and money elsewhere.I do have the entire text exchange if anyone at Palm City Yachts would like to dispute ANY of the facts I have listed in my review.

12/18/20Well, I saw this boat for sale on line from Palm Bay yachts, in stuart, fl. It was an 2006 for a competitive price. I called and talked to a salesman named Matt about it and gave him anot offer based on the pictures he shared with me. Based on ongoing emails, he told me the owner would come down a couple of thousand and thats as low as he was willing to go.I asked him was there anything wrong with the boat and he said just the steering ram needed to be replaced, our techs. went through it and everything is in order. That was great to hear from a buyers standpoint. Needless to say, I was excited! It took some convincing on my part, for the wife to get on board, lol. I asked for more pictures, which Matt sent, to help convince the misses. I explained to my wife Matt said .... and techs. did..... and boat was straight up ace!! And it worked! I told Matt that I was coming from Tampa area, which is about 3 hours away. So, I get up early and head down there, lots of traffic, but made it in 4 hours. Walk up to the boat and met Matt just before approaching the tongue of the trailer (he1 wasnt with anyone). High I said, Im the guy thats been chatting with you about this boat.He said yes, Im Matt, go ahead and look at it while I take care of some paperwork. Ill be back with you in a bit.So, now Im inside....... outside........... underneath............ back inside the boat........ walked around and looked at another boat kind of the same way. My point being, I was out there for A WHILE!! He never came back out to check on me, answer any questions I may have had.So, now Im a little concerned about the whereabouts of my salesman, what could have Happened! An emergency had occurred? No. Was he looking for me, and missed me in Passing? No. Was he working on paperwork on a billion dollar Deal? No.He was just standing at the counter b.s.ing with other employees that he sees everyday, 30-50 hrs. a week. My oh my what couldve been so important, having a laughing discussion with with his constituents, or assist on selling this boat?Needles to say, I was a little miffed!! I didnthe like leaving what I have spent years saving, sitting in my glove box. I said something to the group of men in passing wheres Matt? (I saw him there, lol) oh hes just ignoring his customer, laugh snicker, in my subtle way. We literally took 4 steps together, listened to him Bragg all the antique Mustangs theyve purchased.I scratched my head and said, you know theres some damage on the boat.... I was interrupted with THE OWNER WONT TAKE A DIME LESS!! My response was, I guess we have nothing more to talk ab... as he turned and walked away from me......You can imagine the frustration I had.A.) Working on my wife to buy a boat.B.) Being told the boat was gone through and only needed one repair (not forthright)C.) Pictures sent did not disclose cracked interior panels, (very deceiving)D.) Ignoring your customer, for shame!!E.) Not being attentive, and answer any questions he, or she, may have. (Not helpful)F.) Taking into consideration the long drive the customer had. (Offer him/her a water maybe)G.) Man, the list goes on.....Moral of the story is, a person may or may not be a millionaire, but all bleed when cut, get my point. I came with all the money, cash, with taxes figured into the equation (I WORK FOR A DEALER TOO, MY FRIEND) to buy this boat and (I feel) like I just wasnt good enough to had been talked to and maybe reassured that this was a good purchase.Just think...... your paycheck couldve been a wee bit bigger if .......Public: Stay away from this guy..... and his photographer!!!!!!

I had PCY re power my boat. I pick it up they tell me they are to busy to go water test it. So I put it in the water and I have the wrong prop. they don’t send me with extra props or a guy to change the prop at the dock. So I am in and out of the waterpulling the boat each time from the dock to PCY 6 times playing with prop trying to find one that would stop Cavitating.only to find out they set my motor up to high. I have a NEW factory digital gauge and no one working there knows how to show me how to work it. So I take it to the other Suzuki dealer in town to get someone to show me how to work this gauge. Only to find out PCY did not install the fuel to the gauge.so now I have a motor that is mounted to high and no idea how much gas is in the boat. I take the boat back they drop the motor down and tell me it’s going to be two days to fix the gas gauge. I get it back still no gas gauge.yellow marks down the side of my boat. My trim tabs now don’t work and 10hrs latter the NEW digital gauge is not working. At this point I am mad and just want my boat to be right I just paid all this money to get a NEW Motor and NEW gauge I just want it to work.so I take my boat to the other shop they tell me it’s due to the way the boat was setup is why the gauge is not working and they also show me they did not seal the blots that hold the motor to the boat so the boat is filling up with water every time I use it. Not only did I pay the new shop to fix everything PCY did but I will never be back to palm city yachts.
