Victor went out of the way to help me out even AFTER I had left and completed my purchase. He made sure to correct the errors corporate made, and returned my funds immediately. Highly recommended coming here for your phone services

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The service there is awful they have no idea what they are doing. They screwed my husband up with his phone so badly we had to go back twice! I spent hours there I would have left but my husband needed his phone for work. I had to go in because my husband was so upset he did not want to set foot back in the store. If you need to get a new phone get an issue fixed go to T Mobile in Milford inside of the Milford Mall they are very professional and take there jobs serious and you will definitely leave satisfied!

Ive had t mobile as my service....the service is great....but barium ave store.......sucks....the store itself is ugly....service has no knowledge of anything...about there deliveries...about the pdeliveriesnever mention any specials they may have....music to loud....and all the girls do is talk to each other while there suppose to be helping you...and its always in Spanish....Ive been going there for years never changes....go to the one in the mall....that one is like a different world....

I just switched from ATT to T Mobile. Louis was wonderful on all fronts helping me make the transition - generous with his time and expert advice in trying to resolve some issues with lost data on my ATT phone as well as in optimizing the financial incentives offered by T Mobile. He also helped me set up the new phone and resolve some tech issues that arose a few months later. You couldn’t do better for customer service!

Went to the Barnum Ave Stratford CT and Melissa was very very patient in helping my husband and I get new phones and other stuff. Took a while but she was an excellent sales person, engaging, funny informative & a great sales woman. Made a memorable experience for us. 🤩

I went into the Stratford office on Saturday and was greeted by Catherine. She was very unprofessional and she used fowl language while working on my account. Not only did she not help me but she recommended I go online for service. I went to the Bridgeport location and they treated me as I am accustomed to being treated by T-Mobile

On Tuesday night right before they closed with a broken phone and I need a new one and instead of them rushing me out they gladly helped me and stayed open an extra hour so I can get my phone up and running again . Catherine was awesome helped me so much and didnt make me feel like I was a bother I would totally go back to the store

Very pushy sales staff. Sold me unnecessary Sim cards and wont refund my money. Also I keep getting bills from T-mobile for services I never had with them. I only inquired about their services and they kind of forced me to buy Sim cards and now they keep billing me. Aweful company.

Very nice employees they try their best to help customers except for the manager whos rude and unprofessional, I was there at 3pm on 9/21/2017 nice experience with the young kid but not his manager.
