They serviced my braking system and got my car back on the road ASAP. Their customer service is top notch and unlike any other auto care shop I have ever been to. They clearly explained what was wrong with my vehicle and how they were going to fix it. They also made sure to contact me promptly along the way to make sure I was informed with the progress . They truly live by their name and have honesty and integrity. My only regret is not using them sooner! Thank you Phil, Tina, and the Integrity Auto Care group, you truly went above and beyond.

We took my 2013 Hyundai into the dealership for diagnostics and repair. Ended up with a $3400 estimate for work that needed done. Took our car to Integrity Auto. They did a diagnostic check and came back with an estimate of $1,700. HALF!! Got the car back and everything runs great! Ive been bringing my cars here for years, but couldnt get my hubby on board. This time he took the car into the dealership then Integriry - and now he is a believer and will be bringing his car to them as well.

These guys are awesome! I’m from out of town and had a brake line blow out on me. Phil said that they weren’t going to be able to get me in right away, but took it upon himself to call some other local reputable shops to see if they could get me in the same day! 2x I’ve gone to this shop and 2x my issue was unresolved when I picked my vehicle up. This time I felt over-charged and underwhelmed by the result. I went in for a an oil change and my front brakes changed. $560 later the reason I went in still wasn’t assessed. Same thing happened the last time I took it in. I asked to address my turn signal not functioning. I picked it up and the turn singal was still not working properly. They quoted me $185 and said that still might not fix the issue. I’m just not sure how competent their technicians are and I’m not sure how fair the prices are, especially when the issues I bring my vehicle in for aren’t resolved when I come to pick it up.

This shop is great. They serviced my wifes car a little while back and they did a great job. I appreciated they did not pressure her for any upsells or take advantage of her. She was very happy as they treated her like a ling time customer even though it was her first time. She felt they went above and beyond to make her feel good and understand everything. This is such an important part for me. As for the service it was finished on time, solved the issue and was very reasonably priced.We will be back for our vehicle needs.

I have never seen a place like this before. Such wonderful customer service, and such wonderful people. I felt like I went to their home and was welcomed as a guest! As soon as I got there, they welcomed me with a fresh hot cup of coffee during this cold weather (not overnight stale coffee) hahaha. They are very honest people and they will only tell you what you ACTUALLY need. I met with Phil, and I am glad to say that they now have me as a regular customer. Great work done by kind, honest people. Went in expecting to pay way more than what I did. Phil and Tina were very nice and more than accomidating. Kevin did the work and got it done in a very quick and timely manner. Brandi did an awesome job of getting the parts there as fast as she could so I didnt have to sit around all day. They were upfront and honest. Most places will let you believe your car needs more work done than it does if you tell them thats what you believe but Kevin made sure to inspect every concern I had and let me know that some of what I thought needed to be done was completely unnecessary and saved me quite a bit of money. These guys are great and Ill definitely be returning whenever I have concerns about my car.

I recently brought my 15 Chevy Cruze into Integrity to have the clutch looked at and a 100k service. Phil called me and let me know the clutch wasnt in need of a replacement and that the service was all that was needed. Most shops will try and squeeze every dime out of you, but not Phils Integrity Auto. This guy knows how to treat a customer right. I took my car here to replace the rear brakes in Jan 2019. It went broke in Aug 2019 and they did some work. Its pandemic I barely drive the car in the last two years. I heard the noise again and a mechanic checked the car for me. He told me its the rear brakes problems. The owner told me its out of warranty since the original work was done in Jan 2019. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service hands down. I always feel like I am NEVER being misused for business and the quality of work is still there even though they worked with my low budget to make sure I could get all that I needed. I never felt pressured to have a service done and they even went so far to helping me get help with a service done they dont provide. My college daughter broke down in Stow. Discovered she had a broken fan belt. Had the tow company pick it up and take to the closest repair shop.At first, they were sugary sweet. Pretending they were going to do everything to keep costs down. Discussed using used parts, even using the part if I found it cheaper. Told me labor would be around $300. After finding the part for $180 (new) he said he could get it, but there would be a little “shop markup”.I live 45 minutes away, so I was stuck. Figuring it was going to be a little over $500, I told him to quote me with him getting the part. Because I didn’t want to keep delaying repair.Now that he sensed I was going to approve doing the repair, the price went up to $700.I discussed it with my usual mechanic, and he said it was a little steep because of additional charges like $185 to recharge the ac.When I mentioned that to Phillip, he stared getting rude and condescending. Then he said he wouldn’t warranty the work because the alternator was making noise. So he would be willing to do the 1 hour labor charge in addition to the part being replaced.I told him I did not want to spend any more money, and that I was already covering the extra money my college age daughter did not have. So I had to pay with multiple credit cards.Philip said “that’s not my problem, you just want to get the cheapest repair you can”.I said I am done giving you money, I will be in to get the car.He said “I’m not going to have you cancel your credit cards, so you have to pay cash”.That was never part of the agreement to perform the work. The “owner” was just being petty, and immature.I went in and told the girl working to take my credit cards for $700, and we would never have to see us again. She refused saying Phillip told her not to, and he (conveniently) was not available to explain his justification.Apparently, many customers have bad experiences, and their only recourse is to dispute the charges. Phillip is so afraid, he was willing to make a girl cry, and miss work because they don’t have $700 cash. Just to prove he is a big shot.NEVER use this place!

Cant say enough good things about them. They are always friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. They are thorough and explain everything clearly. They dont push unnecessary repairs. The replacement brake caliper didnt work and fell off in two weeks causing me more than 1900 bucks damage. They broke the sensor of my car. They switched my front and rear wheels without my consent, and my front and rear dragon wheels are not the same size. I have never seen such a poor level of professionalism. Now I even wonder if Googles rating is true.

They offered to replace my brake pads. But the new brake pads were not installed properly, which damaged my brake caliper[Its only been used for about a week.] and cost me more then an extra 1000 bucks. Of course I went to another repairman because Im afraid of their Professional Level and didnt trust them anymore.

My boyfriend takes his car here all the time for repair work on his 08 Avenger. Each time we come in we are greeted with some of the best customer service we have ever seen. Working retail and food as well as also working third shift, our schedules are very hectic and always short on time. Even during this current epidemic we were still able to get the vehicle in with no hassle and was 100 percent communicative with fair costs and we didnt even have to walk in their front door. Never taking the car anywhere else, were probably walking if they ever were to ever close

This review is long overdue. Probably about 6 months ago our 4Runners brakes completely gave out. I work in Stow so I was pretty much stuck. I called around to places that people recommend it to me. None of them could get me in. I found Integrity myself. Im very glad I did. They got me right in even though they were busy. They finished the work in one day. Everybody was super friendly from the first phone call till when it came time to pay. Heck I even got a Christmas card from them. Thats unheard of! This is a fantastic business and I would encourage anybody who needs service on a vehicle to go there.

Though I work in a totally different industry I can appreciate what great technical aptitude and customer support should look like. Took my car in without an appointment when I had a major brake failure. Got it repaired in just a couple of hours after I explained why I needed it so quick.Price for the work done and parts needed was better then I expected to pay. Called to get an estimate on wheel bearings and told me he couldn’t give me an estimate and would rather me just bring it in so they can look it in case it wasn’t the wheel bearings (which I already know is the issue).When I politely re asked a ball park estimate if it is in fact was the wheel bearing he raised his voice and told me to google it at which point I hung up the phone.Edit: Phil proceeded to call back and leave a nasty voice message.“Integrity” The irony. During covid-19, they were very fast and professional. They explained what my car needed completely Withouy it to the point I didnt understand an.They took every possible precaution with safety with contamination, and we never saw them face to face.This is my second flawless car service with them. (I had wheel bearings fixed on a 2011 Subaru) and now brakes repaired on a 2004 Subaru Forester) I finally found my close to my house and honest place to keep our older cars functional and safe.

I love Integrity Auto! My car had been making a concerning sound for over a year. We took it to the dealer and they could hear it but could not identify it. Integrity Auto identified it right away and it fixed it the same day! Great customer service also!

The staff at Integrity Auto Care was much more than I expected. As a female, I immediately feel like I am going to end up paying too much, be pressured to fix things I had not intended, and talked into unnecessary service and upgrades. Phil and Chris put me at ease right away. They didnt charge to read my check engine codes, gave me all of the information and their recommendation. There was no pressure to have my car fixed there - I was given the time to decide what I wanted to do with the information I was presented. It was going to be about an hour, so they shuttled me back to work so I didnt have to wait. They found something else wrong while fixing my oxygen sensors. They called and told me exactly what they found, but again, no pressure to have it fixed. I said I would have my husband take a look at it. While most places would then scoff at the idea of someone else doing the work they could easily charge for, they told me to have him give them a call if he needed any further explanation of the problem. While dropping money into a vehicle is seldom a planned or pleasant experience, Integritys professionalism, genuine care for the customer, and overall painlessness was refreshing, welcoming, and frankly - unexpected. I would give 10 stars if I was able. :-)

I recently had the folks here do some work on my Jeep Wrangler. I had a nearly certain idea of what the issue was before going there and the diagnosis by IAC was exactly what I thought and nothing more. They were extremely honest and straightforward and I will happily do business with them again.

Took my car here for a brake inspection and had the front disc brakes done...all was well but I was told I also needed to have my rear drum brakes done in the near future as well. I was under the assumption have rear brakes done meant the ENTIRE rear brake system. No. I brought it back a few weeks later to have this done and they replaced ONLY THE SHOES!! The next day, my drums and cylinders blew!!!! WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR!! How did no one notice only a day prior that these parts were bad?!?! Now they want another $440 to fix these!!! No. We should be reimbursed for the initial cost of our brake repair since we now have no rear brakes!!! We called some other area shops for estimates on a FULL REAR BRAKE REPAIR (what should have been done in the first place) and were quoted $275 for EVERYTHING... cylinders, drums, shoes and hardware. Integrity is a rip off charging $250 for SHOES ONLY. Will never come back or recommend them to anyone.

Hope this business is successful. I saw a $650 review for wheel bearings? Sounds a bit pricey but for a catalytic converter it was very decently priced for myself.

My van had several issues, most notable was a significant shake in the steering, and a heavy pull to the left while driving, among other things.I worked primarily with Chris and Phil. I had them inspect the van, and they gave me the detailed report on all the issues they found. I expressed my interest in getting as much information as I could and they even walked me out to point out and explain each issue on my van so I could see for myself.I was on a tight budget, and they gave me an honest recommendation for repairs with that in mind, and the pros and cons of each choice - and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted them to do. They also advised me that other issues may arise - no one can promise a 20 year old van wont have its unpredictable little bumps along the way.I took a few days to think on it and do some research and shopping around. The price they gave me was the best I could find on all counts but the alignment, which was $30 cheaper at another place nearby. But they were the ones to mention this, and even had the address and contact info if I wanted to go there for that.In the end I went with the recommended repairs, though I left a couple items off.They charged exactly what they quoted me for all the work I wanted done, did just what I asked to have done, and 4000 miles and a month later, I have had no resurfacing of the issues they remedied.I was only in town for a couple weeks, but I would make these guys my regular shop in a heartbeat.I drove that van to Washington state over the next couple weeks, and its still running fine, no shake or pull to either side.No complaints whatsoever. Professional, friendly, and good at what they do.Cant ask for much more than that - thanks guys.~Mr. Fox

Integrity, their name really does say it all. They have a superb staff which take the time to listen and also to educate their customers. They provide excellent car servicing (at a fair and reasonable price), and they go above and beyond to help their customers! For example, I had my brakes repaired today and they were so kind to drive me home during the repair AND come back to my home to pick me up when the servicing was finished. This allowed me to continue to do the work that I needed to do -without having to sit in the repair shop waiting room for several hours. Im sure that there may be times that they dont have the staff or capacity to do that, but knowing that they were willing to make it as easy as possible- when it is in their ability to do so------is a real differentiator. I trust them and because of that it is one less thing that I need to worry about. Thank you Integrity Auto Care Center of Stow!! Wow, Integrity Auto is the perfect name for this shop! I was in Cleveland on Business, traveling from South Carolina. My heat stopped working upon my arrival to Cleveland. I found Integrity after contacting several Jeep dealers that couldnt look at my Vehicle for several days. The team at Integrity was able to look at my vehicle the same day I arrived. Ultimately, Integrity was able to find the issue, which was simply a mistake made by a previous mechanic. My Jeep was fixed on time and for a very fair price. Too bad these guys dont have a Charleston, SC garage.

These guys offer superb service in ways other garages dont. Theyve been in constant contact with me and calling the insurance company daily when they were supposed to have already been in contact. Every repair is explained in detail so you know the value youre getting and the money youre saving. They even have a great loyalty card that you can save money on to use towards future service. I cant recommend them enough.

I have been using this shop for years. They consistently take care of my problems, dont over charge, and dont fix things if it isnt needed. Integrity Auto Care is a five star business. My wife and I have taken our cars here for years and will continue to do so. There are some things I can do on my own car but sometimes you just dont want to do it yourself or you want the opinion of an expert. These guys are experts and treat you with care. They tell it to you straight but also wont BS you. They tell you what you need, not a bunch of recommendations that you dont need right now. They also were kind enough to shuttle me to the local Bob Evans so I didnt have to sit and wait while they made the repairs.

This was my first experience with Integrity and Im extremely satisfied. They are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, helpful, etc. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car, showed me so I could identify it for myself, did a great job correcting the issues, and suggested but didnt oversell items that may not be necessary at this point in time, as so many auto service companies do. I take my car and my sons car to Integrity for our regular service, and when something is wrong. Recently, my sons car wouldnt start. I had it towed to Integrity and they were able to call me back the same day with the estimate. They fixed the car and it is running great. One thing they do that I love is give a checklist of every major system. They grade it either good, fair or poor. I now know exactly what needs to be done next. The staff truly has integrity and I wont let any other garage touch my vehicles.

I know nothing about cars and they break down the information enough for me to know whats wrong with my vehicle. They give honest suggestions on what should be done on my car and I believe I have saved a lot of money listening to them. I needed to get an oil-pan replaced, which would have cost around $200 based on what these guys quoted me. After they opened up my car and started working on it, they realized that they could do an alternative fix to the problem for around $20-$30. This solution worked great, and they did it instead of the job that would have made them MUCH more money. A lot of companies say that they prioritize customer satisfaction, but this is literally the only mechanic shop that Ive ever visited that truly follows up on that claim.

This is the best shop in northeast Ohio! The people who work there are beyond polite and fantastic!!! It is the first car shop that was extremely honest and backs their work 100 percent! Thanks, guys! I live around 40 min away from this shop and I drive an hour to have them work on my car! Go with this place, I guarantee you will never go anywhere else! This is without a doubt the best place in the area to get your car serviced. Despite me moving to Canton, I still make the 40 minute commute to come here because theyre so honest and fair. As long as Im in northeastern Ohio, this is where Ill be going.

My issues couldnt have come at a worst time. I had just lost my husband and with funeral expenses and everything else I didnt need my car to completely die on me. I mainly spoke with Chris who was very pleasant and professional. They fixed my van and the cost wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was very pleased with their work from start to finish.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Integrity Auto. The technicians have decades of experience. The times that I needed repairs, they thoroughly explained the problem, gave me different options for repair, and let me decide what I wanted to do before any work was done.Youre not just a customer to them. They treat you like a friend...they appreciate your patronage and they make sure you know it.

What an awesome experience. They got my car in right away. Took care of everything it needed and texted me to answer all my questions. I plan to use them for all my remaining work on both our cars. I don’t plan to ever return to a dealership service center again! Would trust them with anything my car needs. Great job guys!

I thought I had finally found THE place to take my family’s vehicles, but it seems that more often than not, the work that Integrity does well does not balance out the inconvenience they end up causing. There have been multiple occasions where work has been done and something has gone wrong that ends up with my family having to rearrange our schedule to either leave our car for extra days or having to take it back to correct something that was done incorrectly. Even though we have paid them plenty for their services over the last year or so, instead of trying to correct a situation on the customer’s reasonable terms, I was asked to once again do it on their terms and at their convenience because it “wasn’t a safety concern” to them. It wasn’t any concern of mine until they did something incorrectly. So instead when I requested a rental car while they fixed their mistake, they wanted to hem-haw over a rental car price and wanted me to take time off work or rearrange my weekend plans around the holidays to make it convenient for them. They proposed the option for someone from Integrity to drive me to work and I wouldn’t have a vehicle throughout the day. Needless to say, I’m not comfortable with that for various reasons.Integrity did not admit to the mistake or attempt to correct it at the time of the error either. This was found at another facility days later. I worked at a preventative car maintenance shop for three years and a qualified employee would know they made this mistake. I know Integrity’s employees are qualified, so this means they chose not to tell me at the time of service. After all of that, I found out that they were dishonest about how to fix what I had originally brought it in for when this other error was made. There was a lack of empathy when I called to resolve this issue that can make a customer feel that Integrity’s mistake wasn’t as important as the next paying customer in line, so I will now gladly step aside.The owner asked if I was looking to punish him with the most costly way of solving my problem which wasn’t even the case. I just didn’t want to continue to feel punished for trusting them with my business, which will no longer be a problem for me as they’ve lost my business for good.

I wish I would have came here 1st, but I guess I wouldn’t have appreciated them as much if I didn’t get a negative experience for the competition . The whole atmosphere is unique and catered to the customer. No one enjoys when they car break down, but at least I know I have someone honest in my corner. Prior to coming here I got 2 other quotes and besides beating them he explained why the other guy wanted so much. He NEVER once bad mouthed another company and that went a long way also. He didn’t NEED my business, but he wanted it and the way he approached his work showed. I’m not going anywhere else

Upfront about costs. Were not pushy with extra repairs. Family run shop where the whole state seemed like they enjoy their jobs.

This is a great mechanic shop to take your vehicle to. I was very pleased with the kind and friendly service. Everyone shook my hand and greeted me. They told me exactly what they were doing to my car and how much it would cost. They did not try to sell me anything extra. This is what a mechanic should be doing. I will never take my car to a Midas, or other big box store.

Been taking my families vehicles there for over 2 years..great experience and reasonable pricing..but most importantly they really do have INTEGRITY..always go beyond what is required..2 instances of such in the last month..definitely a GO TO operation...this critique presented to u by secretagent Bob

They will solve any car problems you have, if you have money to burn. They will try to change your car parts even if they dont need changing instead of trying to troubleshoot and fix them. A simple leak? Change the whole thing and the problem is gone.My additional comment: Yes I only give bad reviews to the places I was unhappy with. I dont have time to give 5 stars to all other hundreds of businesses I have been to.And No, this is not my real name. Because I know from the kind of response you give to other unhappy customers you would be stalking and pestering me, like you just did, and I dont want that in my life.What I wrote here is what I experienced. I am not here to give bad review without a good reason. Your company told me spend more than $2000 to change several parts. I went to another garage, spent $200 to fix it.

The mechanics at Integrity work on your car as if it was their own. Phil went out of his way to track down a part for our car that is NO LONGER manufactured so they could fix it properly!! I first went to their establishment because they are right around the corner from my house, but I will continue to take my vehicles there because they genuinely care about their customers, and they take great pride doing all they can to get those vehicles up and working again. They take time to explain the problem in words I understand (cause I am not a mechanic!) and make sure I agree to all the work. You wont be sorry if you take your vehicle to Integrity, in fact, youll be GLAD you did!!

Integrity is where I go for ALL of my car needs. As a younger female, it can be difficult to know if Im being ripped off or not. The guys here ALWAYS address me by name and explain what and why they are doing what they are doing to my car. There is never any pressure or doubt here! They are timely and as polite as it gets. Wonderful business all together!
