Skeptical of service because of the location, but once I was inside I was very much impressed. The employees are fluent in both English and Spanish and very professional. I am not familiar with sending money to Mexico and they were able to help me in a very helpful manner. This store goes to show that even though its in a different part of town, the store is very high functioning. I didnt give a 5 star rating because of the parking and entrance to the parking lot.

I love the exchange rate and the system they have. Although the staff, especially girls are sometimes bad and very rude. You ask them something and they respond reluctantly and sometimes they treat you wonderfully. Hopefully the manager will coordinate them to treat us with respect even though they are bad, because we are going to consume them, not bother them.
