This review is for the scheduling service office in Stockton. I paid $2,000 for the U-Haul container to be delivered, and I NEVER received my container! I scheduled a delivery 2.5 weeks in advance, and now no one in the office knows where it is. I was told for 2 days that a driver Tasha has it, but no one can contact the driver. I have been given run-around for the last 2 days. U-Haul is unprofessional and irresponsible. Save your money and energy and use another company! U-haul will TAKE your MONEY and WILL NOT DELIVER your BELONGINGS! I was told that the formal complaint had been filed, and Chris Trudell will contact me. Lets see how many more days or weeks I have to wait to receive my container.My order number is #97831947 in case someone from U-Haul decides to assist me with this issue.

Propane machine down dont bother going here waste of time.

This place is terrible. I made a reservation for a truck a week in advance. They called me 12 hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck telling me they couldn’t fulfill my reservation. Completely unprofessional. I really hope the owner cleans house and gets a new staff member for every position. I’m begging you please don’t spend your money here because these people really don’t deserve any type of profit.

Some weird stuff going at this uhaul. Paid a deposit with my prepaid Visa card. Never received a refund for my deposit. After 10 business days I called to see where it was at. Manager couldnt find it. Then told me it was under a number that I gave her. Then she says that I was paid in cash for my deposit. Why didnt you refund my card. She gives some excuse that didnt make sense. I told her I never got any cash. She says, well have to check the surveillance cameras. I get a call back being offered a rental voucher. Um no thanks, I want my money back. Now I have to drive over there to get it. Every other place refunds to the card. My advice. Make sure you get your deposit back. Even if it is just a little bit of money. They could be doing this to more people.

Great staff and reservations accomplished. Very resourceful truck to made my day productivity. Used my mobile app to do drop off procedures for the first time and it was done. Got receipt in email. Staff checked on me doing drop off procedures. Of course I will go there again.

Called in to reserve a car dolly. Went in today no problems. Staff was friendly. I was in and out quick. The service guy hooked up my trailer, tested lights, rechecked again and I was on my way. Fast and good service. I recommend this Uhaul establishment to anyone.

Horrible service. I reserved a trailer online Thursday, then went into the store on Saturday morning to get it. No one greeted me, although two people were at the counter. Apparently, it takes two people to work one register. I get the trailer, and am told that I can return it after hours, so long as its back before 24 hours has expired. Since I got the trailer at 8:55am, to me, this means return it before 8:55am Sunday morning... So, Sunday morning, we return the trailer, but the location isnt open. We dont think anything of it - until I get a call saying that my trailer is late & that it was due this morning. I call back & am unable to reach the actual location - just call centers & people answering calls at home. No one can connect me to the location, and one woman actually hung up on me. I finally get someone to send a message to the store, but of course no one replies, and no one has called me back yet. Im literally about to go back to the location & point out the trailer, but if thats necessary, Im demanding a partial refund for my gas and my time. The workers at the location should have checked their inventory 1st thing this morning, and the fact that no one has just reiterates how inept these folks are. In short - uhaul of Stockton sucks! Better to rent from somewhere else!

Worst three and half hours of my life! I was quoted an hour and a half for installation of a hitch. It took 3 1/2 hours I was told they had a waiting room they did not see installer broke a testing light and had to go to the store to buy another one when he finally got done installing he couldnt get it to ring up correctly and finally just said oh Im giving you a discount for your trouble but he didnt give me a discount he just forgot to give me the hitch ball I was so frustrated I couldnt go back. The installer was obviously completely incompetent and didnt know what he was doing and Im really concerned about even using this hitched to haul anything Im afraid it may just come right out off my vehicle. Terrible customer service told me I shouldve just dropped my vehicle off I told him I live an hour away and somebody else wouldve had to come with me and drive their vehicle and waste three and half hours of their day.

All these gentleman are Great Attendants. Awesome Service. Vehicles nice & clean. Also Propane refills available.

You can drop the truck off after hours drop the key in the box and I called the next day to let them know I dropped the keys and return the truck although the keys got stuck it was great

Rude. Shannon hung up on me. The next lady processed to tell me where I could buy the item I needed (very sternly) and spoke over me.
