This is the best place you can use for a storage. They have the best prices, friendliest staff and the manger is always there to help with anything and is very friendly. It doesn’t get any better for a storage unit. I was storing high valued items here an not once did I worry because they have the best security features. I highly recommend this place if you need storage.

This storage is the by far the best in Stockton! Ive been a customer since 2016 and it has always been very clean, secure, day or night, and it is in a perfect location. The staff is absolutely amazing (and beautiful!) They have always been respectful, honest, and welcoming, and its obvious that their customers security is their first priority, The fact is that you wont find a better Storage facility in Stockton.

At the time of rental the language used in sales and written automation is ambiguous at best and borders on mendancy. The insurance offered by Extra Space Storage in overpriced.A good place to store your junk but nothing of value.

I was very Happy with my very first ever putting my things in storage! I started on line chose this place, because of the close proximity to where I live! My daughter had a Granny Pad built for me in her back yard ! Placed all my life long treasures in storage , I by the way am in the over 60 group! Have collected treasures for almost that long…..my daughter of course is not interested in most of my “junk”Her words……I love the fact there were automatic payments available, the very few times I had a Question the office was very friendly and took care of what I needed! Easy access in and out of the property was important in case I needed to get one of those treasures out …. Which was at least A couple times a month. The property seemed safe I never had a problem going there in the evening by myself. The grounds were kept neat and there always seemed to be one or several other units being accessed , they would most times respond to my smile and hello waves! It was a first and hopefully last time renting storage but if the need arises in the future I will check there first.

Outside of cost going up over time while low introductory offers go down, this place is nice. Right next to the university which is convenient and also comes with the benefits of university police driving by often. Its on one of the main roads in Stockton. They also newly repaired the entire place. The dumpster and bathrooms are almost always locked.

Its awesome they are open later than any other storage they have a open restroom for us and very helpful and nice.

Ok this place worked out perfect for me I saw there listing online and there access hours was first thing that caught my attention then I seen all the convenient safe options up to indoor vehicle storage I figured I’d give them a shot. I remember in the past at previous storage places they required your life story and them taking forever when I just needed a unit so I was scared before walking in here but I walked in and was greeted by two beautiful young ladies with smiles that just wanted my name and number hahaha I wish but ID card and debit card and it was super cheap first months free I just had to pay small insurance fee in case something happens my property is insured so peace of mind my property is safe stored with them no matter what in a ten foot by twenty foot unit with roll up door with cool combination lock all for like 75 total for first 30 days and I only needed them for about 24 days IM WINNING AND GRINNING Thank you girls were pleasant confident friendly and fast

We had originally planned on shopping around other storage providers but we were so impressed with Isaiah’s service and charisma that we decided to choose Extra Space Storage right away! He was able to show us 3 different units and get us setup and out the door in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone in the neighborhood with additional storage needs.

ANDREA the manager WAS AMAZING.. unfortunately I had to move in with a friend.. and move everything out of my apt. She made the process so easy and was really understanding. I highly recommend this location ask for ANDREA! 10 stars if possible!

I have been a tenant for two plus years. The facility is nice and is easy to access. They keep it clean and safe. My only issue is they are charging more per square foot than an apartment by almost double. When I signed up my 10x10 was only $125 a month. Fast forward two years and it’s now $200 a month for 100 square feet. So I chose to save 5 months worth of fees and got a 10x10 shed and put it on family property. The price and greed is why this location only gets 3 stars. It’s not a bargain or any deal. They don’t even use lube when they bend you over every month. They will continue to raise rates even though they are higher than apartments per square foot because they can. It’s ridiculous.The last issue is the staff is great when they are there. I have left many messages that have gone unanswered and the phone goes unanswered most of the time. The office has been empty many times, the return sign time having long since passed. The majority of reviews are nothing like my experience over the last two years.

I used this exact facility when I lived in Stockton and never had any issues and even had a lot of help getting my lock off once. Very friendly and professional staff. The property appears to be quite secure (constant video surveillance, codes for entry, alarms on the units). The application process is straightforward and relatively simple, depending on your needs. And they sell boxes and locks too, if you need them.

OK, then: It was a rapturous experience: the 6x10 unit was actually 6x10 and it was *empty* when we got it. Amazing. Did not see rats or other varmints in the area. The gate opens and closes with the code the way its supposed to.All in all, a real storage space.Seriously, it is clean, well run, personnel very helpful and friendly, but please stop sending me requests to review every other day!

My friends an I use this place to store our stuff for the summer between school years. We havent had an issue with the place and the lady at the front desk was very nice and was able to help me immediately. Very much recommended.

Hes always making sure were doing okay, if we have questions he answers all of our questions, when my car battery was dead he jump start my car, I see him always being nice and respectful to other customers and Im glad he works here and Im glad he helped me out when no one else was there.

Brandi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She started the meeting with a tour of the unit and explained exactly how everything worked very well. She also had absolutely no problem when I read the entire 13 page lease contract very carefully. This would usually irritate most people but not Brandi! She answered every question I had as I was concerned about the security and possible damages that could happen in the 8 months I will be gone. Very reasonable pricing and has an automatic pay option which is extremely convenient. I look forward to continue doing business with this particular Extra Space Storage.
