Not as crowded as most of the other shopping centers because not too many people realize that its still there. I went to use the Bank of America ATM which is perfect because the one on West and Hammer usually has a line or is out of order plus theres people hanging around sometimes that makes me feel kind of uncomfortable pulling money out.

Everybody is nice and friendly except for the Filipina that works at the deli. First time. Still they get 3 stars because is a great place to shop.

This place has some of the slowest service ever. I don’t think I’ve ever had a wait that’s less than 15 minutes. They also rarely have baggers so the whole process takes forever. I can never figure out why, but about half the time I go here they demand cash if you’re buying alcohol and that’s a bit annoying. It’s the closest grocery store to me and avoid it like the plague, every time I go in here I end up wasting 30 minutes of my life waiting in line.

From The Outside Its Great, But The Deeper I Got Into The Store Things Were Harder To Find, Some Isle Were Kinda Sorted In Wrong Areas, Kinda Scattered... Always Nice Deals And Prices, But Not Always Fully Stocked Because The Prices Are So Good, So Get There Early, They Run Out Fast...

Not happy with the new manager of this store! He doesn’t walk the floor, he doesn’t spot check on employees work, so you end up buying items dated for March when it’s April. (I have made several complaints to the corporate office, and can’t seem to get anywhere at all!) I wouldn’t make a complaint except fresh seafood can be toxic if eaten over a week past the sell date. Next time, I’ll call the health department and not the corporate office! (I know I should check dates before buying but I was in a rush!) I’d go elsewhere, but they are close to my home.

Nice market with very friendly staff. The food variety is pretty standard. Their produce is usually good. Unfortunately, their bakery isntthat good. Not the place I go to for baked goods, but definitely a place I can go to for everything else.

I love this store. Troy is the manager and he does a excellent job. I also get my medicine from there pharmacy and all of the crew are very nice and on top of getting everything done. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

My go to grocery store. Their produce and deli selection of fresh and reflective of the vast California farming community. They also have an impressive selection of meat alternative/vegan foods.

The parking lot is always dark. There are homeless people all over in that area. There is only security once in a while. Tonight I watched a guy steel a 12 pack if beer and no one even bats an eye. I dont feel safe when i shop there anymore. Savemart should care more about their employees and customers than they do about their power bill. Bring back bright lights in the parking lot and provide security.

This Save Mart has great produce and sales, but their items are generally prices about 10% higher than other nearby stores. Only major chain more expensive in N Stockton is the Safeway on Pacific and Ben Holt. The employees are helpful and friendly.

I love this grocery store. I always find what I need, if I cannot all I have to do is ask. All employees are very helpful and cheerful. I never have to wait a long time at checkout. Store is always clean and stocked up.

Very nice! I felt like i was shopping at a more upscale store, but the prices were really good with so many deals. Very clean & great customer service. They have the carts with the little cars that kids can pretend to drive in too so that was a bonus for my son.

Cant remember his name, but the service clerk that bagged my groceries was extra sweet. He has dark hair and a mustache and it was Sunday afternoon. He did a great job packing my groceries in the two bags I brought. I was impressed when I got home to unpack them.

After using my smart foods rewards account then paying for my groceries and I was handed a box of delicious cookies. Apparently todays promotion is to use the rewards program and receive a free box of cookies.Otherwise the produce was fresh and the selection was good. I took advantage of the five for five promo to receive a free five dollars worth of meat after purchasing five of assorted meat products.Today was the first time that I spent less than a hundred dollars in groceries in a couple of years. Todays haul only ran 74 dollars.

There are 18 of us in 2 lines which means I am the 9th person in line...either add self check out or open registers...for the high prices more registers need to be open

I am disabled. The people at this store have been very kind and helpful. Whether it is bringing a riding shopping cart to me, reaching items I cant get to, packing my bags so I can deal with them at home or packing things into my car in a certain order for my convenience, they have always been very kind and helpful. I am forced financially to shop the discount stores, but Smarts sales are good and I love the Rewards program. I dont buy everything here, but I come here every grocery trip and am always pleased with what I get. Excellent selections, fresh meat, amazing produce and great sales.

A great lil supermarket to pick up groceries. Fast. Easy. And convenient. They offer a lot of services and sales. Lots of great prices . The new look of the store is great. Definitely feels cleaner and more put together. Hopefully the outside gets cleaned up soon. Other than that a great little supermarket experience.

You can find good prices on some items but you need to know your pricing and prepare. Most items are overpriced. Walmart is better for bargain shopping.

I was surprised today by something I witnessed at the Stockton Pacific Ave. store at about 10:00 AM on 6/22/2013. One checkout line was open. I was standing in a line of about 5 customers. A beautiful young woman was number 3 in line. The checker called for another checker. She arrived but, and this is what Im writing about, she did not come to the existing line and offer to to serve the next customer first. Instead, she simply opened her line and other people, not in the existing line, went there. I think that us customers in the first line were not happy about. The aforementioned woman went (unadvisedly) to the other line after other people (including a customer with a basketful of groceries) had lined up. There was a delay in her line and she left her items somewhere and exited the store (which I do not condone). The lesson? When additional checkers assume checking duties, they should make every effort to be fair to those waiting in line.

It is a nice store. The managers and some of the cashiers have poor attitudes. There is a bakery and deli inside. Sometimes they serve left over chicken.

Havent been in for a while, but always impressed by the clean well organized appearance....not a fan of the lighting..some sort of filtered sky lights which makes it a bit dim..other than that got everything I was looking for.. with some decent sale prices.the main reason for my visit is that this Save Mart carries the 3 types of specialty Mexican cheeses I needed for a meal I am making..no other store in the area carries all 3 under on roof... really nice full service super market unfortunately stuck in the not so great fading hammer ranch center including the long time closed CVS pharmacy next store..still a pleasant shopping experience.. where you will probably find everything you are shopping for..I will visit again.
