Pharmacy staff is the “WORSE” I have ever experienced. They’re rude, you never get acknowledged and staff walk back and forth without any type of acknowledgment. Also, it takes forever for tg to give you the prescription.

If you can avoid Walgreens at all cost I would. The staff they hire here are clueless, unfriendly, and cant logically work through even the most basic problems. Their online prices also differ from in store items. When you ask why that is they just say we dont know why its like that and we cant honor those prices. The photo department is even more of a mess and the staff dont know how to troubleshoot the equipment at all. All this could be related to the high turnover of staff as well. Clearly they have problems with training and retention as well. Please feel free to ask any questions and Ill try to help!

Drive thru takes forever because people are too lazy to go to thw doctor for covid tests

Came to pick up prescription in drive thru closed 30 mins early and I had been waiting for 20 mins… staff in this department is so bad!

Angry and fed up!!!! Ridiculous almost two hours to get my covid shot and they keep giving shots to people that were behind me because they couldnt find me in the system when Ive been coming to this location for seven years!!! 😠😠😠😠😠 Corporate needs to be called . Get it together hire more people its not rocket science!!!

Same day delivery no good it has been delayed for 3 hours now.customer service said its up too a third party.

They wanted my insurance card for my vaccine to charge my insurance because theyve seen what type of Coverage I had when its supposed to be a free shot even people in line were confused money hungry pharmacy charging for vaccine if you have the insurance for it when its supposed to be a free shot .... why did everyone receive a free shot but me ill be calling corporate...

Really really bad customer service... make a order online, went to the store to pick it up and need to make the regular line... whats the point to make the order online? 😔

Their pharmacy department has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The pharmacist was able to answer a very unusual question that pharmacists elsewhere could not answer.Everyone in the store is knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very helpful in the photo department. Great store!

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy, rude and unprofessional, had no problem filling my script when I paid Cash this month told them my insurance company said to call them so they could override the issue , was told they dont make calls after debating the issue with them they refused to fill the script at all stating they didnt feel comfortable because of another medication Im on but they had no issue filling it last month before I asked them to call ins company so apparently they are not only to lazy to make a call but the pharmacist believes he knows better then my Primary Doctor and my Surgeon , was told by friends not to use Walgreens becausebthey always had terrible service, should have listened.

Always have a good time here. Very good Service and always has what I need.
