Brought my husbands truck in last week for oil change. Ashley helped me. She was very friendly and updated me on the progress, which is nice. I will definitely be back.

I went to this shop, and this shop only, to change my oil since July of 2020.I recently decided to take it to true dealership because of a recall, and it turns out my oil plug is stripped. It’s going to cost me over $500 to replace the pan.Even if they didn’t do that, wouldn’t they want me to know that there’s something wrong? I mean, they have no trouble letting me know and charging me for scraping off battery corrosion and advising me to get a new battery because there’s “less than 60% charge left in it”.

Went in for an oil change and came out with a $95.13 “Service Engine Soon” light. Took it back in and was told it wasn’t anything they did. What a coincidence. I will say the employees were nice, but that’s about it.

Amazing customer service, Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time I have used jiffy lube and my first time coming to the stockton one. Thanks to Mike who I believe is the shift lead I will now be a loyal returning customer for all my car needs.

Sometimes you find good managers and sometimes are not good must explain them what so you expect so you get better service seriously.

I went and got a oil change. I asked about all my fluids getting topped off. They said ya we do that. I spent $111.00 for a oil change. They said yes they topped off Wiper fluid. I look at the papers my coolant was empty no one ever notified me of that And they lied and didn’t top off wiper fluid. It says my tire was low they didn’t put air in my tire. They should let people drive off the lot with out telling me and asking if I want in my coolant topped off or filled. People go they and trust they are going to do the right things for your car. I paid all that money and didn’t even get all the services done that come with it. I will never bring any of my cars here again.

I hate to be harsh because some of the staff are really polite and nice. Ive been to this particular shop several times mostly due to its proximity to Costco which lets me group my errands better and be more efficient. The service has however been really hit and miss. Ive had visits where things go as planned but Ive also had visits where Ive been made to wait up to 2 hours for an oil change when I was the only client there. My oil change light has gone on immediately after leaving the shop because my sensor wasnt reset. And Ive had multiple instances of oil leaks in my driveway because of loose oil caps or sloppy oil changes. Too much has gone wrong to ignore. So in conclusion, the staff is plenty nice but dont expect the work to be done timely or correctly every time. Ill be finding a new shop for future services.

The gentlemen who work there are very courteous and respectful. The service was excellent and efficient. The price can’t be beat. They also vacuum your car and wash your windows. I also observed the staff going above and beyond. A young disabled woman entered the building to use the facilities while her father was getting gas at nearby gas station. They were genuinely kind to her. They assisted her and chatted with her when she asked them all their names. It was really nice to see young people who are so kind. I’ve been a loyal customer and will continue to be one. These guys are the best.

Thankfully got in with out needing an appointment, no one else could get us in. Guess it was actually good for us in the end Jiffy Lube has great service and friendly employees. Thanks for the service.

This is terrible shop. Never Come!!!It will add a lot of charge in it if you dont check it carefully. Never come back again.I require to change regular oil and tire rotation and dont check the price. Then they charge me with Hight Mileage oil . The hight mileage oil plus tire rotation $90+tax. Are you serious? Do you charge more than dealer?I also require change power steering fluid. Then they told me they add some special fluid on it and charge me $19.99+tax. After argue with them, they wave this item.You cant believed this is a chain oil shop will do business like that.Never Come!!!

I dont recommend anyone go to this place .Last week I go for service and replace the oil .They didnt tighten the screws on bottom of the oil tank oil is leaking

A 5 star experience compared to my last visit. This time, staff was focused on the customers, got checked in within 5 min, and they said 40 min for oil change and tire rotation, and they kept to the time. The only thing they missed was my windows.

Sometimes long wait but if you get there early enough not to bad got out within 45 minutes

Having to deal with the manager that work there right now I think was the last one that I had to deal with another time I was there that I forgot my coupon which is only $10 and he wouldnt honor it beings that Ive been going there for years( to get my oil change tune-ups light bulbs replace), the last time I forgot my coupons the manager there said oh thats okay well go ahead and give it to you. But this guy was not trying to budge and this time I ask him to clean the inside of ONE of my windows and he said they couldnt do that and I said WHY and he just said we just not supposed to do that and I said just one window, and I said youre going to go ahead and clean all the other windows from the outside..... so I wasnt happy with HIS service but usually if hes not there Im okay with the service or other managers.

The guy who serviced my car by the name of Jaydin, did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service. I had questions about my car and he answered them without hesitation, very informative! Also the manager I believe is Chris. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service as well! Will definitely be coming here for maintenance. Prices are 100% reasonable. Not only did they complete the oil change I paid for in a timely matter, but they even aired up my tires, topped of my windshield wiping fluid, AND they vacuumed my car - with no charge. I highly recommend getting maintenance done here. Oh, and they also have a military discount for those who serve!

Great customer service. They get you in and out fairly quick. They offer services but are not pushy. They seem pretty honest. And I forgot my coupon and mentioned it to the rep he still applied it with a smile! Will be back within 3500 miles!

No appointment necessary. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Oil change, checked all fluids under the hood and topped off what was low. Provide free oil top off during first 3000 miles after oil change.

They told me I had a massive oil leak even though I only needed 1 qt topped off. They told me to power wash my engine to find the leak because they could not find it. They change too much money and do not know what they are doing.

Ive been coming to this Jiffy Lube on Hammer Lane and Stockton for about a year now and its always been the same they have never changed. Their work is outstanding and their attitude is super never changing I will recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone and everyone. Their service is quick and very convenient thats why I like this place a lot Ive been to other Jiffy Lubes and theyre not quite like this place

Excellent service, very friendly staff, and knowledgeable mechanics. I went in for a change and a check engine light issue they were able to diagnose what the problem was and fix it a little next to no cost to me and as always they do excellent oil changes highly recommend them

I came in around 1:30 pm for an oil change on Sunday, 10/21, and didn’t get to leave until about 4:30 pm. Maybe on a Sunday they’re unbelievably slow, but the last time I had an oil change here took a couple hours as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for fast service.

(I think his name is Nate) Nate helped me as soon I pulled up with my children. Very friendly! He listened and was very polite. He was patient and he took his time to explain EVERYTHING in detail. From the initial paper work to the work completed on the vehicle dwn to the final print out of the paper work. I appreciated that. As a woman, sometimes I feel as if Im being over charged on something because Im a woman who doesnt know much about vehicles. But, Nate was very HELPFUL! The gentleman who actually changed the oil on my truck was also very friendly and funny. I would definitely recommend this specific location. Good job to the Jiffy Lube Team at 1648 E. Hammer Ln.

Never going to this location again ... I usually go to the west lane location which has much more professional people working ... Got my oil changed this past weekend and felt like I was totally ignored and just rushed out the door . Didn’t even put my return sticker on my window or do a walk through at the end of my oil change .. never called me when my car was ready ... basically said how much I owed when I went to pick up my car and no mention about anything else .. over all wasn’t impressed.. I won’t be back to this location

Helped quickly. No wait. Came in for an oil change around 515pm on Saturday. Would go quickly as service person was professional and helpful. Also changed one of the air filters.

The people were nice enough however they listed services on my invoice that were not completed. I dont understand why. We came for an oil change and they did just that, however the receipt says they cleaned the windows as well and they did not. We do not ask for our windows to be clean so it was fine that they didnt do it however it is not OK for them to list on the invoice that they did a service that they did not complete.

Continual turnover with managers here. Newest one, pretty young. My car was not vacuumed out & not topped off. Nor did they walk me out and go over what was done for the oil change, like they always have in the past. They were not too busy either. The managers response, oh we dont do that stuff anymore overall, more younger guys in there doing a rushed, lazy job. Bad customer service from what Ive experienced there previously. Will NOT be returning to this one on Hammer Lane/West Lane again!

Horrible, worker broke my hood latch cable and didnt tell me until I went to get my brakes done at another shop . I brought my car back twice over a 3 week period only to waste my time both occasions Over 2 hours . I left today and the manager had someone call me instead of him handling it as he was to lie and say corporate denied my claim but I spoke to corporate and he never submitted a claim. My car will get fixed trust me !

3 stars because people where very nice. But the skill level seems slim to noon got a simple oil change told them do not remove the engine air filter so they removed it anyways only to tell me it was still in good condition yeah i know because I put it in myself and not only that they did not close the filter box all the way i had to shut it myself

About 2 months ago I went to change my oil 2 weeks later I started seeing oil on my drive way so I had my mechanic check it out we find out that the filter was not tight I went to talk to the manager told them about it all they said that the person doesnt work there I ask for a refund 2 MONTHS LATER STILL WAITING lesson learned

I called to see if they do AC charges there. She says yes. Awesome, I should be there in about an hour. She says well Im sorry but my manager does those and he leaves whenever he wants. So I say, would you mind asking if hell be there in an hour then. She tells no she cant ask cause hes in a meeting and hell probably leave after that anyway. Nice customer service right there. you might need a new manager!

Dont go to jiffy lube! They put my oil filter on wrong so my car was leaking oil from my oil filter when I went back they said they werent responsible so I ask for a top which is free but they said it was limited and I would have to pay

First time visiting this location. Worked out perfectly, got gas at Costco and then hopped right on over to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The lounge area is decently sized. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had my 18 month old daughter and the young man helping me was really nice with her. My husband and I have been customers of Jiffy Lube for a while now and we always have a great experience. Each store consistently has great staff and customer service. Ive been to them in Socal and Norcal. Will definitely be back to this location.

They have good customer service. The employee met me outside as I pulled in. Went in for an oil change. Took about 50min. They offer me additional services such as tire rotations and air filter change but I declined. Print coupons off JiffyLube before you go in.I only gave them 4 stars because they said they vacuumed my car, washed the windows, and refill my windows washer fluid. They did not do any of those. My windows were not washed and car was not vacuumed. Checked my washer fluid and it was not full.

The service at this Jiffy Lube is excellent. They work with you to determine what services your car needs and what can wait until next time (so youre not loading everything on at once). The facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff greets you quickly and they check on you throughout the time youre there.
