System was goin good and then boom starts cutting in and out obviously lose or Krimped wire. When I started following the wire they ran all of it under my brake pedal and where I constantly step. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Not even going back to get it fixed by them. So called “Pros” they got here.

I had a high end custom stereo,speakers,amps and custom rear speaker box built for my 1971 super bee. It looks and sounds amazing. Tony was very professional and informative. His installer was awesome. Tony also helped me out with a couple of Harley installs. I will going back for more work. I highly recommend this shop.

Installed a 2,000 stereo system I purchased from them and they broke parts of the interior of my vehicle. Bought a Groupon for a 5 window tint and they said anything bought off of Groupon is low quality and cheap. Also, depending on what customer service employee you talk to, they will quote you different prices on the same service.

These guys are great! They replaced my blown subwoofer with no questions asked. They have always have had great customer service. All of my family uses them now because they are no drama and their audio installs always sound better than the competition. Been using them for years and wouldnt think of using any other shop. My jeep sounds 2x as good for almost half the price that a buddy paid at another shop in the area. They know what their doing!

Bad tint work on a 2021 brand new car. My door paint got chipped while the car was there. The installer left his soap bottle inside the car, well all around unprofessional. I ask them to remove the film and reimburse the money but they decline to return the money. More than $600.00 wasted. Enjoy

Horrible service I went there just for installation I purchase some skar audio good brand online they told me they didn’t won’t to install it because I would not buy there over price amps and speakers.So I was Confused Because i went there about a year ago in another car with the same sound system skar audio and they install it with no problem never going back.

West Coast tinted my windows and technicians did an excellent job. Went back today to get radio installed that has bluetooth capabilities. Tony is awesome. Listens to what you really need. Makes you feel welcome and confident that you got exactly what you came for at an affordable price. Will be a customer for years to come. Recommending them to my family and anyone who needs audio or window tinting for their vehicle(s).

Theyre nice (they are salespeople after all). I had an issue with my custom car audio I took to 3 shops to get professionally fixed for a couple years. In total I spent just over $800+. I went to their store and paid for diagnosis and some part they thought would help. It always work fine when youre listening in their garage but I was fuming angry when I got home I decided the only way I would ever get this fixed is if I did it myself. I got home, took the subs out, and one wire was loose in the butt connector. I took it off, put new wire. and twisted the ends together and wrapped it in electrical tape I havent had a problem since. I spent $800+ trying to get pros to fix something that I diagnosed myself almost instantly and it cost me nothing to fix since I still had leftover wire from when it was installed the initially.

Talked to the owner. Was very unfriendly and all they want to do is install what ever they want and not what you asked for. I don’t recommend coming here. Had to make multiple appointments that they canceled. When I went today the job only took 5 minutes. Not coming here again.

Went in there in August of 2020 to try to get Apple CarPlay installed into my car. Was told I needed some parts to be able to do it and the total came out to around $500. Fast forward to current February 2021 and the part still hasn’t come in. I’ve tried calling numerous times since and everytime I get put on hold, only for them to eventually hang up, and everytime I’ve tried to go in person, I’ve been told the person who sold me the parts is not in and that they would get back to me multiple times but never have.

Very good customer service, they are ready to help you with anything or answer any questions. The job on your vehicle will be worth the price. (Always ask for Tony)

Work was completed same day but completed 2 hours past promised completion time with no communication on their end. Would i go back? Probably not.

What a joke dropped truck off at 9 am with 2 cars ahead of me called and was on hold no one ever answered went back at 4pm still not done told to come back at 7 closing time I paid for the tint on groupon talked to the guy said 5 year warranty would be an extra 40 bucks so I agreed when I went back to pick up the truck it came out to 63and change I asked what it was for he said a 10$ shop fee

I bought the 3M crystalline clear film.$260 (no tax) for just 2 front windows. over priced !no tax so they can just pocket it.I was not allowed to watch him tint it because I can slip & fall back there, as though I cant watch from outside/ far.. just keep the back door open.I didnt get a good/ honest vibe from Mai (owner). She seemed like she just wanted to sell & get paid fast.There is dust behind the film so they didnt keep it clean before applying it.

Brought my car in for an appointment at 9:30am May 13th the first appointment of the day, I drive back by the shop at 12 noon and they still havent touched my car. Very dissatisfied with the fact I scheduled to have work done and its not being done in a timely fashion. Will not return if they do the job correctly and its not necessary... I brought a Polaris rzr in there to get a hole stereo installed. They did a great job hands down the best shop around. A lot of my buddy’s got systems in there rzr and by far mine is cleanest install. I believe the owner was helping me Out to figure out what I wanted. He was very helpful and patient with me. I have gone here to have alarms installed on 2 cars, Ive had sub woofers, custom made boxes, amplifiers, and window tinting. They are the best!!! I recently purchased chrome rims and tires. I first went to another audio shop and just wasnt with the installation and the way it sounded. Ended up going to west coast to get their opinion and recommendations on what to do for the quality of sound I was looking for. Ended up redoing just about all of the work I first had done by the other audio shop and the end result is amazing! They hooked me up with great A++++ work and equipment and I couldnt be happier. Ive since returned a few other times to have other little stuff done and every time these guys have taken care of me and done amazing work. Apparently, my brother received great service so he recommended id visit them. On my end their service was terrible. I drove from out of town multiple times just to hear excuses and when they finally decided to do the work, they ordered the wrong thing and held my car for 3 hours. Mai was not sure what she was doing from my understanding. Anthony on the other hand was nice, he tried his best and i dont blame him. i just wouldnt return ever. mind you i got a refund and they were still trying to charge my bank. For what? i had to call my bank directly to cancel myself knowing them they wouldnt have dine it, they still owe me about 50 bucks

Had a full system installed here. Took the 30+ hours. Not joking about that. Had to go back several times and they still didnt get it right. DO NOT GO HERE. Service is very poor and the guys doing install have NO idea what they are doing.

Very poor customer service. They are con artist they lie and say 99 dollars til you get there and tell you its 99 dollars if you want it to bubble and mess up. If you want it done right and for a way better price go to lodi they will do it for half the price and not lie to you in advertisement. Plus they do very poor work.

On their window, it says alarms for $39 with a Viper alarm pictured. In small print it says,actual model may not be displayed.Went in and asked for their cheapest alarm. They said $109, $10 extra for shock sensor. I was like WTF on the box it says it comes with the shock sensor. So I went for it and it ended up being $130 out the door. They said they will call me when the installation was done. I waited 5 hours and then I called them to see what was up. It was done.Installation was done very badly. The alarm speaker was zip tied next to my timing belt and it was actually rubbing it. It wasnt even installed with the speaker facing down like it is suppose to. No hood sensors were installed!!!I have to stand right next to the car to press the alarm!I looked online and the alarm they installed for me,A10 was listed for $30 brand new. So I paid $100 extra for installation I guess.They took 20 minutes to give me my keys when I arrived because they were all eating burritos and didnt want to talk to me. No joke, true story. They just stared at me and kept eating.My friend also went there to return his speakers which he got 5 minutes before, and they didnt want to return it for him.Im going there again this week for an exchange because this alarm sucks balls!!!

My personal experience..I bought some cheap hids online and went there to have them put in. Not only did they have my car for 45 minutes before calling me to tell me there was another issue and they wanted to keep it until the next day, but I left the shop with one fog light working! All I wanted was to look nice.. I got a car wash and everything and now they got me looking weak out here in these Stockton streets!!!#mynameisterrance
