This company is incredible! I got a large crack in my brand new vehicle that needed to be replaced. Raul and Edith made it so easy to work with as they help file the claim, replace the windshield and had it calibrated all in one service. My car came back washed and in better condition then I dropped it off. They kept me posted along the way so I never had to guess the status of my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Was going here for a while but not anymore. I stopped going when I realized Raul only takes you in if your car requires a lot of repairs meaning more money. Many messages and calls but he wouldn’t respond. Wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible! Do your research because there are better and more professional collision centers in Stockton. I brought my Lexus in for an insurance claim. All the insurance needed were supplemental pictures in order for them to pay out anything. However this shop took close to 3 weeks to take off my bumper and send in pictures when Raul, the manager, told me it would take 3-4 days. I was charged $1,000 because my car sat at his shop for 3 weeks. Not too mention wasting $700 on a rental that he advised me to get during the wait. I also picked up my vehicle with new scratches and some paint damage! He won’t answer your calls and is hardly available when you need your questions and concerns answered... All the insurance needed was pictures!!! They will move slowly and will charge you for work they didn’t do. Please look elsewhere

Front bumper & grill & fender work required for my new car, Raul and his team did an excellent job. I am so please with their professional work that they are absolutely right for keeping the name of the auto body as Excellente Auto Body & Frame Inc.

I contacted them in June 2020 to process a repair for my windshield already approved by my insurance company. They said they would order the glass and it would take 3 days to get in and that they would call me to schedule an appointment. I never heard from them. Then I called several times over a course of a month and sent messages through face book trying to find out what was going on as I was driving around with an ever expanding windshield crack. They not once called me back. I finally gave up after over a month of trying to chase them down and called my insurance company to tell them what had happened. The insurance company said they do not approve this location, cancelled the claim to them and immediately set up an appointment with a new vendor. Appointments were available with alternate vendors for the work to be done at my house with manufacturer glass with only one day wait time. Excelente is anything but excellent. Really poor way of doing business.

We had Excelente Auto Body & Frame repair and paint some blemishes and gouges on a black Lexus and the outcome met my expectations. They do high quality professional work and I am very satisfied.We shopped around and 4 other body shops wanted to do a complete paint job on the car because they said the couldn’t do spot repairs which was estimated to be much, much higher. Where the other 4 body shops said they would not be able to do spot repairs, Excelente did. They explain all scenarios if the repairs didn’t meet their high standards they would call us and let us make the decision to move forward with a full paint or just repair it as we requested. We recommend this shop to anyone that has pride in their vehicles and the outcome of any repairs and paint.

The name says it all. I want to point out that when l brought my car in, it was involved in a collision with some bullet holes, scratches everything you can think of. Raul at the first impression l felt a good vibe from him. Very professional and down to earth. He mentioned his place of work was all about the customers satisfaction and he did not disappoint.
