My Dodge Dart 2013 Limited is my True Blue Vehicle! First car I ever bought and owned on my own. A tree fell on it during a crazy wind storm a few weeks ago. Geico recommended this shop to me and I am so glad they did. Angkors exceeded my expectations and some. Very friendly, personal, and professional. My car literally looked like how it appeared when I first drove the car off the Dodge showroom in 2013. Okay my car looks great, but I was lied to. I had to wait over a month for my car. No one was ever available to answer my questions. And when they did contact me they kept putting the date off. Im glad my car looks good but I had to come out my pocket for a rental car because of their delays. Then when I asked for some help with payment for the rental they wanted to blame my insurance company. The only reason I went to them was because the insurance company recommend them. I pray that there is no next time, but if there is Im going to Caliber like I should have in the first place.

I thought my beautiful Chevy Silverado was totalled. I took my truck to Angkor and I had my doubts Angkor could make my truck look new again! So.... it was that time where I had to pick a body shop due to getting rear ended and let me say I was extremely nervous about letting anyone touch my car as I take a tremendous amount of pride in how I take care of it.... So the endless online search of a body shop with great reviews started and ended me at Angkors.... The gentleman I dealt with was Jose Bravo and I went through my car and pointed out everything that was wrong and I also pointed out how clean and well taken care of my car is. Well not only did Jose and his crew take great care of me, they did it in a very promptly manner, I am very satisfied and will bring any of my future business back to them with NO doubt! A big thank you to Angkors for making my car new again!!!!

I am going to preface this review by saying that I am a bodyshops worst nightmare of a customer. I demand 100% perfection and I will be going over the work with a fine toothed comb, as well as feeling every inch of paint work. I am unreasonably picky. Ive probably had eight or 10 vehicles in different bodyshops over the years and Angkor has been the BEST so far.I was rear-ended on the freeway while I was stopped in traffic and then rammed into the SUV in front of me... in my basically brand new truck. It was only four months old. After the screaming and cursing... I was in search of a GOOD bodyshop. After having a very negative interaction with one of the areas biggest... I turned to Yelp to find a suitable one. This led me to Angkor.Generally when you first walk into a bodyshop they have this glamorous waiting room that looks all fancy... and they have a pretty receptionist that does not know a thing about cars that gets you all set up. Not here. This is a family run business and when youre talking with someone there, they know what they are doing. You can feel that they CARE about their business and their customers. Youre not just an insurance claim, youre THEIR customer. From start to finish they were prompt, polite, and professional.There were three or four supplemental updates in the estimate that needed to be sent to my insurance company for approval. Angkor kept me in the loop 100% and made sure I was informed and understood what was happening.Anytime I was in the neighborhood I would be that customer that would stop by unannounced to check the progress. I was never made to feel unwelcome when doing so. I know its a pain in the a$$ to have customers all up in the business... but Im that guy.Was the work perfect on the first go-around? Nope. But the few issues that were there were only because Im unreasonably picky. They never backed down from the challenges I put in front of them. They didnt argue like another local shop did after they left globs of paint visible (other shop). While Im sure they werent happy with my OCD requests... youd never know that. They wanted to do everything within their power to make it 100% and make their customer satisfied.Ive never picked up a car on the first call as good as this. The last shop I literally had 20 things they still needed to tend to and still had to go back FIVE times and they still didnt get it right. Angkor got all their ducks in a row and I only had to come back once and they made it as convenient as possible.It might sound like Im knocking them, which Im not. Theyve been the best bodyshop experience Ive ever had. I dont think there is a bodyshop out there what wouldnt have a defect Id find, well maybe one that specializes in supercars lol.If you need some auto body work done by people that will care about you and your car... check out Angkor. Tell them the picky OCD a$$hole with the new Tacoma sent you.
