The manager is very unprofessional. Did a western union money transfer and later received a message stating the money didn’t went through to call customer service. Called and customer service said to go back to the store to just get the refund. Store manager refused to give the money back so called customer service in the store and they told him he had to give us the money back he refused again and said that he didn’t carry that much money in the store ($250) I said its ok I can come back before you close he said to go to Walmart. So I went to Walmart, Kroger, and Publics and they all said the same that I needed to go to where I did the transaction. So I called the manager back and explained to him that we were losing gas money driving around for days and time off work so the manage said to give him till 1pm to get the money. I again asked for time off work to go meet the manager and went back at the time he told me and to my surprise he was no where to be found.

This store is VERY unorganized and for that reason I will not be coming back. The lighting is horrible! Its so dim you can barely see what youre trying to find. There so almost nothing on the shelves but TONS of crates and boxes all around the store making it hard to navigate. The aisle signs are small and hard to see making even hard to find what youre looking for. And lastly is VERY dusty. Definitely wont go back in with my bad allergies. The only reason why I put 3 stars is because the customer service is AMAZING the manager is so nice and friendly. I wish they would get the store together so I could shop there.

Clean store friendly cashier cant complain

The staff was great

As a full time wheel chair user I went to this store to get a couple things and it was the most disorganized store Ive ever seen. They had crates & carts lined every where i could not get down any isles except the 2 isle up front of the whole store. I asked for help to get something and they seemed like it was it was such a big deal to help. So i told them never mind and left the store. I will be contacting ADA for the store not being accessible. This isnt the first time this store has been like this either.

My last trip here was okay. The line was held up. But it finally got back together. There was someone new working there. And he did the best he could. Would have been faster if the manager was there to help with his cash register problem. Instead of the workers trying to figure it out themselves.

Decent store.. could be cleaner. Stock carts are typically left out and make items hard to get to and also make shopping with a cart difficult. Its typically what you would expect from a Dollar General.

THE CASHIER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFICIENT. THEY HAD WHAT I WENT IN FOR. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

All I got to say is they need to fire the white lady name Tara that works there. Went to return an item and instead of them giving my money back they charged me again for the item and so I had to drive back to the store and when I get there The lady name Tara told me she couldn’t give me my money back, that I had to call my bank. But the manager Doug fixed the problem and gave me back the money back. Dougs a good manager at this store

They were really busy but still was courteous and helpful.

Great staff. Store looks great. Always looks good. Always get greeting when walking in. Everyone who works here stops and offers assistance.

Usually I would give them 5 stars but this time the lady didnt use my coupons. I put my phone number in and when I got home I checked the receipt and nothing had been taken off.

This is one of the Dollar General stores I love I would definitely recommend it great customer service well-stocked and clean. They have rearranged this store and its quite organized today.

Great service, clean store, mask enforcement! Only complaint, Sunday is stocking day it appears, difficult to up and down the aisles due to Dollys full of crates with stock... Go on a different day to move easily

Their Dollar General is always clean and have a good time

They always run out of things and store is messy. Only one cashier everytime I go. Slow service. But if you want to be sure youre getting milk or bread, better off going to grocery store. They may not have it and you can save the trip. Its hit or miss.

This is an awesome Dollar general. Its well-organized and you can find everything you need and its well-stocked. Great customer service and friendly people. I love their clearance. I would definitely recommend this store.

I shop Dollar General a lot. But today they were out of almost every Gain and Tide products. And had very little other laundry products.

This is has got to be the worst Dollar General ever not only do not open on time they never keep their shelves stocked. It is now 8:25am I’m sitting out in front of the store and they are still not open. I really hope there DM pulls the video of today to see that several customers have left because they are not open, and force to go other retailers.

The store was clean and I could get through the isles without having to maneuver around carts. Thank God for small favors. The cashier was really nice and helpful.

Great shopping experience

They always carry what the BIG BOX Stores dont. They have a little of everything, and reasonably priced...

One cashier and long lines. Forget about a quick run in and out here! They are short and usually not stocked even though they have stock. Boxes are on the floor because no more than two people work at a time. The staff are really nice and thats why I gave them 3 stars.

I visited this store this morning (2/1) and the employees including manager were all so pleasant and helpful. I had questions about certain products and they had no problem answering them and assisting me. Ive visited here before and other workers were rude and unhelpful. Thank you all for being so nice today it made my entire day!!!I wish I wouldve gotten their names.

Good found a lot of things

I know we are through a time right now. But if other stores have some stock of paper towels and toilet paper then this store should have. They arent stocked with a lot of items. I did go to the store yesterday and they didnt have what I was looking for.

There shelves were empty no cleaning supplies no personal products the store is usually fully stocked

Always nice service they dont rush you to get out when its almost closing time. The hold the door for everyone they always great you with a welcome....always a in an out no waiting in long lines.

Its a great place to save money,and we all like saving money. My ellenwood general is always well stocked ,and helpful workers. I like it!

A little dirty looking

This dollar is cleaner than post Dollar Generals. Im not sure why the Dollar Generals are filthyThe is always stuff all over the floor and things not tagged properly. I bought pet treats for my dog, they were labeled incorrectly but the manager honored the price shown where the product was listed.

Not very organized, the older gentleman that works there gives you a creepy feeling.

Store needs to be cleaned. Clutter was in aisle so you couldnt go down certain aisles. Staff was courteous

Doors locked before closing time again tonight. Pallets of product line the floors so navigating the store is difficult. The employees are always very pleasant so perhaps they need more help at this store.

I pass by this Dollar General on my way home so its convenient to go in and grab a couple things when I need to. The store is clean compared to other Dollar Generals. Im always disappointed in the service. They are not friendly at all. No one greets you and doesnt even say a word to you until they tell you the total. I went a week or so ago and the young cashier actually asked if I found everything I needed and even talked to my son who got a toy. It shocked me as normally I dont get that service from the cashiers. I wish I remembered her name!

At this dollar General, the shelves are very neat, easy to find, great staff, very courteous, highly recommend.

It would be real nice to have these stores put some emphasis on getting the inventory up out of the floor and onto the shelf. Its a safety hazard having all those loose boxes and carts every where.
