I recently (9/10) entered your Jewelry store and had the pleasure of working with your salesman Ali, he approached me, as I was looking around and kindly asked what I was interested in to look at. We established the price range and type of items was of my interest. He was able to direct me to 3-4 areas in the displays that had items I could look over. I have never had better service at any other jeweler! I went in to get my 2 watch batteries replaced. Not only were they quick, but they offered me a beverage to have while I waited. It took about 15 minutes. I wasnt expecting it to be that quick but Kathleen came back to me to let me know that the watchmaker is working on my second watch. I had an awful experience with another jeweler who did not know how to fix the problem I had on my ring, and instead of just admitting it, they worked on it anyway and ruined my engagement ring. I wish I could go back in time and go to Lucido’s first, but thank goodness I at least went to them second because they saved the day! Even though they had nothing to do with the problems, they understood how devastating this was for me and gave me multiple options on how to fix it or get a new ring.I ended up having them fix the setting and I was very nervous to get it back because I knew it wasn’t going to be the same, but they did an incredible job. Most of all they were understanding, kind, and somehow made the experience of having my engagement ring ruined come out with a positive ending. I could say a million other great things, but just trust me and go to Lucido’s.

I just stopped in today with a friend who was looking for a wedding ring. We were helped by Daniela and Craig and I cant say enough about how stellar their service was. Daniela was very knowledgeable and friendly. Craig bounced a lot of great ideas off of us and had a genuine excitement when he thought of something that the bride-to-be might like. The folks at Lucio Fine Jewelry were spectacular to work with. I am the owner of The Carpet Guys and I found myself in a major pickle when I put up a contest for my over the top hard working sales staff to win a Rolex watch if they hit a certain criteria. The contest was very hard to achieve although it motivated the team to the point where I had several sales people who didnt take a single day or evening off for an entire month in effort to try to service as many customers as possible. Last year, only 1 person won the contest and just last month I had a total of 6 winners in one single month.After the pandemic shutdowns caused by COVID-19, I found it nearly impossible to find any Rolex Oyster Perpetual watches to purchase for my contest winners. I posted on TheGloveMI Facebook group asking for recommendations as to who could help me since I exhausted all of my options searching at nearly a dozen jewelry stores in the area. Over a DOZEN people recommended Lucido Fine Jewelers so I sent them a message. Within no time John Shiha from Lucidos in Sterling Heights called me and got to work. Within 36 hours, he had a solution and was able to deliver the impossible.I am so over the top happy with the over the top level of service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff at Lucido in Sterling Heights, especially John Shiha. Dennis is amazing! We had a budget & he worked with us to maintain our budget and get us exactly what we like. Every time I go in, he remembers me and asks how I am and how my husband is. He is very personable & great to work with.

Having a wife and 2 daughter I find myself shopping here a LOT. Are there places that are less expensive? Sure, but like with many things often times you really do get what you pay for and at Lucidos I think that philosophy really rings true. Their jewelry and selection is awesome and their sales and management staff really know what they are talking about. It doesnt seem to always be about selling you the most expensive piece in the case but really trying to find the piece that fits for the occasion that you are buying for. I am a customer for life.

Service was good, prompt and attentive to questions etc. However, this place is very over priced. I went engagement ring shopping to at least 6 other stores (big chain jewelers and mom n pop type stores as well) to compare what was out there, this place was charging nearly $5000 for the exact same ring we found in another store for about $1300 less. They also were a bit heavy on the pushy salesmen type, overall I probably would not go back again.
