I was looking for a place where my brother to store his items and this is right across the street from his house the customer service was outstanding you cant go wrong

Plenty of parking and very clean and staff is very respectful and very helpful.

This unit is not as nice as it use to be and they seem to raise their rent every 4-6 months. Our family has had a unit for over 10 yrs there.We have trouble accessing our unit as the gentlemen in the unit next to the right of us must live in it. He always has our door blocked while he sits in there giving himself tattoos or works on bikes no matter when we come. The woman on the left frequently has shopping carts full of bottles blocking our unit, but she is polite enough to move her stuff so we can access our unit.We no longer feel comfortable to take our kid with us as it is frequently a hot box...the 10 yr old doesnt need to be stoned from the 2nd hand weed fumes.And another unit 5 or so closer to the elevator has a gentleman who is frequently (30-50% of the visits) up there smoking cigarettes.

Not much to say. Its a storage unit.

Love the staff. Gate access hours could and should be extended though.

Very great service I love it

One star for cleanliness, another star for friendly staff. Was placed into location where a tenant family is just loitering around all day long, every single day, with no real purpose for being there other than because its become clear that they are homeless and cant think of anyplace else to loiter all day. Doesnt matter what time of day or night i arrive to unload a car-load of things, that family is there hogging up the entrance door with their 2 or 3 cars, they sit around outside on the bare floor talking on their cellphones about their criminal past in prison and their probation and parol status, and occupy outside space to spray paint their car/truck parts. All this despite the fact that during my contract signing, we were lectured for 20 minutes that we could be terminated from tenancy if we come to our storage unit everyday, are found loitering around, and that the excuse of being there for any amount of time to clean out or re-organize our belongings is prohibited. We were told by the female manager very sternly that she wants us in and out of the facility very quickly (while snapping her fingers across our faces) because other tenants will become concerned about nosey little loitering persons breaking into their units. I was very impressed by her strict enforcement of policies...until i complained to her about that loitering family...i dont know if they are related to the female manager, but she appears to excuse them for being in violation everyday. Just wish this place would equally enforce their tenant policies to everyone and not look they have different sets of standards for different people.

I called just to make sure they had the 5x10 I reserved online due to a problem with a different storage place an hour before. Not only was the woman nice, but found an even better deal for me without me asking. Then we went to finalize and the guy was awsome too. They even offer a moving truck to use for free. Talk about above and beyond. Thanks alot guys.

I was in hospital with coved the kind people at instoragecworkedcwith me after I had come out of hospital.they were always profetional .

In deciding on a storage unit, I did a very thorough Internet search for the best unit for the price. I visited a number of locations I thought I might be interested in. In Storage Stanton came out far on top in my search. I was looking for a safe and secure facility with an interior unit. In Storage Stanton has alarmed units, multiple cameras and high walls surrounding the property. It is extremely clean and well maintained. Kevin was extremely helpful and informative in helping my husband and I get our unit rented. They have a truck that customers can use, locks for purchase at a very reasonable price, boxes and even a Goodwill donation box on site. I highly recommend In Storage Stanton. Thanks Kevin for making it so easy.

The pricing is great! Better than other larger chain storage places! Victoria is extremely helpful and knowledge, friendly and was very patient to ensure I understood everything.

Kevin was very helpful. Took me on cart to see 3 units. Like that they have sturdy flatbed dollies but not able to use for our last load ( late- locked up). Very clean & secure. Wish I had moved there sooner.

Stopped in on saturday to get info with beca, came back on Sunday and leased a unit with Victoria. both staff members were very helpful and informative, Victoria explained all the details and gave me a great deal, she was very helpful and very professional, I am pleased with the service

Very well kept, clean everywhere. The only drawback to this place is the gate hours. Because the staff is friendly it seems like they would like to do more things for the people that rent there, but that it just seems like they are limited, because of the hours.

Used this place for many years. Love that the inside units stay the same temp year round. Great security! No problems
