The facility is bigger than I expected and Their rates are very competitive!!! Their lot is so big that it allowed you to store your vehicles or RVs. Its a clean facility and their staff is very friendly and helpful. Hugo is a super nice manager and hes on top of making sure his facility is safe and secure. Dora was really helpful when she setup my account and in showing me options for storage space. Easy access from Beach and Katella boulevards.

Jessica A. is incredibly wonderful at the Stanton location. Although she didnt have the size unit I needed, she found one at another location, made verbal contact with the manager there, set me up at her location; so all I had to do was show up at the Westminster location, check in with office there, get my lock and done deal. Super easy and both locations - professional employees.

Move in good but as time goes by monthly rates increased on my 10 by 10 till I finally had enough.At $ 300 a month Id been there 12 damn years and I just kept paying increase.Started out at $ 130 month.

Would give 0 stars if I could. There is no security here, people drive in after other vehicles, and there are people who have no vehicles who hang out in the area watching people unload their items into their storage unit. Mine got broken into and they cleared all my stuff out of it. Look for a more secure storage space where they actually care about security. Talked to another storage renter, and his unit got broken into and had 2 motorcycle motors stolen from his unit as well.

The employees here are better than in any other rental spot. They treat you with respect.

Great experience with this company - the best prices I could find for a small locker in LA. The 4x5 unit was actually big and spacious (tall unit, you can fit in a twin mattress, lots of space to easily fit a studio apartment).Rental agreement is done online, and they’ve texted me entry details. I never had to go to their office to sign any documents. Easy move out process, also everything done online. They will prorate your move out and refund the difference if you move out before the end of your rental month. There is no need to give them a 1 month notice. Dora, the manager is great and very professional. Thank you!

The hours are great the staff are great and are always working to keep the place clean . I was there a little over 4 years and was very happy there unfortunately one issue caused me to have to vacate the property this issue regarded an assistant manager named Yvette. Drama ensued while My boyfriend and I had separate units there . Apparently she didnt like us to be near each other on the property and tried her best to keep us apart which made me question her about this. I felt singled out and picked on which made me very uncomfortable there. When I notified the manager I got no reply . A week later I was accused of harassment and was told I had 3 days to vacate my unit and the property . I spoke to the district manager and after hearing my side of the story he let me have a month to vacate the property which I went peacefully but still feel I was treated very unfairly and asked to leave a place I was happy at . I would have loved to give this place five stars except for this one incident.

Thanks 4 helping out.. what I would really like to know is what happened with my fam my files of burglary its been well over a month and patiently waiting I get no feedback and I would like some you know I like to get my money or something I havent talked with anybody on the phone they sent me one letter and you please see whats going on I need some help here

Very easy to rent a space online. A lock was waiting for me when I got to the unit. Grounds cleaner was doing his job. Very clean and no clutter.

Yvette did a fantastic job setting me up with a great match for storage unit for my needs. within 5 to 10 minutes she was able to confirm the size and amenities I needed, cover insurance, locks, site policies, everything - politely and professionally. I knew I made the right decision in regards to a storage site from her handling start to finish. A+ job and will recommend to friends and associates.

The price and location got me here but one month into my rental contract I was unpleasantly surprised to open my storage door and was greeted by an alarming amount of RAT DROPPINGS. When I asked the manager about it he relecuntly lent me the help of the grounds keeper, he informed me theyve had a problem with rats for months now that they are trying to take care of. After all of this, a few weeks later I get a notice that theyve increased the rent on my unit. No thank you.

Had my trailer parked there with part of my tiny house on it... So one crushed front of trailer it un movable. Which causes major damage to the house. And items where stolen... They could not and would not comp me a storage to put other things in side. To secure them. I had to pay 300 to store rest of belonging... Needless to say no cameras in that area.... Security joke... I will be move all my stuff to new storage company.

I dont know where to begin so Ill start from the inquiry. Now, after the headache of dealing with public storage, I contacted extra space storage and was met with my demands half way. Then, after the quality care recieved upon the application process, I felt as if some mystical force on my side guided me there because everything I wanted in unit, was met with way more than I could have asked. I give full credit to the staff. I am greatly satisfied with the serve so thanks and great job!

The worst place you will ever deal with. They push every issue in their favor and only until someone takes it to court will they change it.2 months in the hospital, 1 month post inpatient additional injuries occurred, back in the hospital, all total out of work, communication and ability 134 days. They sold everything out from under me. My trailer with ALL of my personal belongings and memories, my tools (extensive,) and my right to protect myself. The same day I was hospitalized my new van was stolen and all of my tools, pers belongings with it. I had four surgeries the first 3 weeksi was in hospital, not in a position to deal with them, nor was I notified even though I called them and let them know I was in the hospital.

We have experienced several other storage companies before, but Extra Space Storage is head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you Hugo!

So far so good...Despite the sketchy area in Stanton, the ground floor access is preferable to taking elevators etc. making the storing endeavor much easier...

I would have given this place 5 stars but unfortunately they are very understaffed and only had 1 staff helping out 4 clients. I had to leave and return 2 hours later to get helped. Customer service with Yvette was 5/5, she really knows what she is doing and super friendly.

I’ve been looking for somewhere to park my 35 ft trailer. It took me a while but i was finally recommended to Extra Space Storage. The location was close to my home and work and the price was the lowest I’ve found by $70. I showed up and was greeted by the manger Carmen, who was super friendly and professional. The property is very clean and easy to access. Carmen walked me through the process and got me all signed up in about 15 minutes. I love this place already and highly recommend it. Thanks Carmen!
