My husband and I are renting a place and the realtor left us with some paint so I could patch up some holes in the wall. Unfortunately it was the wrong color paint. I went to Don Smith with a tiny paint fleck I chiseled from the wall and the very helpful young man behind the counter worked with me about 20 minutes to try to find a match. Unfortunately they don’t carry that particular brand of paint anymore but we found a very similar shade in another brand and he was able to confirm the paint color by scanning the fleck under their laser. The paint I received is almost an exact match considering we had to try a different brand. It looks good on the walls. I was very pleased with the service I received and how hard the worker tried to get a correct match for me and I was very pleased with the results!

This store offers almost everything for your decorating needs. I come here primarily for the over- the- top and very patient service I receive from the keen- eyed staff. The advice they have given me has helped me to avoid decorating pitfalls that might cost hundreds of dollars. I wont go anywhere else for my paint.

We bought blinds from Don Smith Paints. Jane Frazier came to our house and showed us many selections. She helped us pick them out. She was extremely easy to work with. Eric came out today and installed them throughout our home. My wife absolutely loves them. They both went above and beyond to make the experience easy and painless for us. The blinds look great and Eric was efficient and professional. We couldnt be happier. We would highly recommend them to any and all.

Tim is always super nice and helpful. He gets 5 stars. The store itself gets 3 bc other staff has not been as courteous. I asked if I could do an address change last week, in case there are mailings Im missing. I was curtly told no, that they only need contractors addresses. I have been a contractor for 17 years. Perhaps a few questions were in order before abruptly cutting off my inquiry into updating my address. But Tim is awesome. :) Give him a raise bc he is the only reason I came back.

I NEVER choose a paint color without asking their consultants first. I also love that their color mixing is precise enough to go buy the exact same color again if I need to touch up. I was introduced to the store by a professional painter friend and will not buy paint anywhere else.
