When looking for a short term storage rental this placed seemed to have a good price. The advertised price does not specify you must by their insurance as well. The space was advertised as 5 x 10. That is the outside measurement . Inside is 4 ft 4 in by 9 ft 4 in. On the first of the month I went pay and the office was closed even though it was during posted open hours. You also have to give 30 days notice to vacate. Everything then do is legal but I felt deceived by their online pricing and polices

Great location for the Harlow/Hayden Bridge area. Comparable rates, monthly agreements and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for all of your moving/storage needs.

Clean affordable nice place

Good peopleisnt secure as it used to be.The gates aren’t locked and are left open without anyone attending the gates. Sometimes it’s left open over 24hrs with no one on-site at times. Gates just left open all day till after close. Seeing many people going in and out threw front gate with no security codes used or needed!!! I’ve Never seen so many be able to go in any place that’s supposed to be secured & keeping your heirlooms keepsakes & precious things safe so in safe. Can’t believe they are allowing this to go on so very long! getting the problems with security should be a number one priority and should have been fixed or monitoring of the gate checking people in and out if they can’t fix it. This should have been in place the moment the gates failed to operate. theres been more thefts happenin the last month than in the last 13yrs

They recently changed hands. The new managers were easy to work with and they were very helpful.

People there are very. The manager sue is sweet and she has a cute dog. Stuffs clean and check the storage the whole day. Price there is ok, not expensive. I leased for summer break and will come back again.

I have rented a unit at Springfield Secure Storage on two separate occasions and have experienced sincere kindness and quality customer service. The staff have always treated me like a welcome neighbor when I walk into the office or call on the phone. How refreshing to be treated as though I am a valued customer.

I have used Springfield Secure Storage off and on for many years. Having a coffee too get in means only authorized people can get in learning the chances of damage or theft. There are 24/7 security cameras as well. Start is always friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend them for storage or moving supplies such as boxes and packing tape.
