Great service and business. Moved into 2 units the week they opened and just recently completed move out. VERY clean, convenient, and safe. Ruth and her crew are great to work with. If anyone needs a little extra space temporary or a little longer term, this is a top notch place.

Eddie was very kind and professional in helping me decide which unit I needed. Ive never used climate controlled storage before so he patiently gave me a tour of their facilities. The security is impressive and I feel very safe leaving my heirloom antiques there. The location is wonderful and very easy to get to. Being able to unload and get inside the air conditioned building made our move much more enjoyable. I was a little worried about the elevators but with the free dollies they provide, the move was a breeze. I highly recommend this place. The price is worth it.

Absolutely love this place! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the units themselves are very well kept/clean, very safe, and the climate control is a huge relief. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone looking to store their stuff!

I have used many storage units in my life. This one is far and above the best. Aside from the obvious climate controlled feature, the security, cleanliness, and ease of access, all combine to make this a really great, the best and, as far as I’m concerned, only storage option in Springfield.

Great place to store your stuff the staff is great..very helpful and answered all our questions. We ended up moving to a bigger unit! Very clean and well lineup and has security system in place we feel safe.

Hands down the best, most secure, nicest storage units in the Springfield! I was on the fence at first when looking for a unit, but then I stopped by the property and saw how tight the security is at the facility. Everything is brand new and clean and the management is the best! Ruth took me on a full tour showing me different sizes of units and really took the time to help me find what worked best for me. I love it and they’ve got my business for life!

Clean and affordable storage solutions

I have waited almost 4 months to write this review so that I could share my honest experience of such a new establishment. And if there were more stars to give Id give them. Ruth in the front office was absolutely the best to work with. I rented a unit in all of about 5 minutes online. Within minutes Ruth had sent me the details. The location is perfect and their prices are competitive. The units are indoors and climate controlled as well as secured by cameras on every corner. The entryway doors have Bluetooth capabilities that is controlled via and app. You connect your phone to it one time and any time your within range of an entry door it will open for you allowing for a handsfree entrance. But if your old fashioned you can always remember a code and get in that way as well. Ruth with send you out a payment reminder each month, and with there being multiple ways to pay handing over money has never been so easy. The design is sophisticated and sleek and it makes you feel at absolute comfort leaving your belongings. Everything from start to finish was so easy. There werent any hiccups, it was just....easy. One thing I personally wasnt a fan of was the the 6am-10pm hours but that is definitely not a terrible thing either. Its just that I work late so I was usually having to rush around in order to get there in time before they would close.All in all if your thinking about getting a storage unit just stop right here and do your self a favor... just save yourself the headache. Im so confident that I would put my small children on the line guarenteeing that you wont be able to find a better storage facility in a 100 mile radius that will compete with Ruth, and the 65 self storage business. You just wont.Thanks again for the great service, professionalism, and all around great experience.
