Do not do business with them. You will never get what you paid for or your money back. I can prove it I ordered an exhaust system from them months away. They wont contact you because their frauds. You call them and someone new tells you a new imaginary date. I now have legal representation for this. Because they should stop doing this to people.

I would give 3.5 stars if possible.I had a few issues with them:1. I bought a carb that was supposed to be tuned specifically for my motorcycle. It didn’t ship on time and when it finally arrived (after calling twice) it wasn’t set up for my bike, based on their own recommendations on the included instructions. I called about this and they said it could be set up either way and the way I got it was fine. They offered me a discount on another order.2. I ordered some brake parts that were supposed to fit my bike and they did not. The rear rotor was not properly drilled to accommodate the OEM bolts. They sent aftermarket bolts that were entirely too short and had red thread lock on them (I could barely get the OEM bolts off with blue thread lock. The red probably would never come off again). I emailed them and called to discuss. I returned the order.3. I ordered a rear rotor somewhere else and a matching front back from these guys with a new set of OEM bolts. I verified with the manufacturer the rotors were supposed to use the OEM bolts. When they shipped my order they swapped the bolts for some aftermarket bolts… not at my request. I called to explain my previous issue and said I had inquired directly with the manufacturer and need the OEM bolts. They did send them. It did need the OEM bolts as I had ordered it. Their replacement was not correct.4. I ordered an oversized front rotor kit and called to ask which type of pads the kit comes with. I was told Sintered and the website images showed the same. When the order arrived the kit included semi metallic pads. They did send me new ones but I had to wait a couple weeks.Once my return was processed they attempted to charge me for shipping both ways ($35). Since the parts didn’t fit I had to again email for that refund. They did make everything right, which is why I give them 4 stars, but it doesn’t seem like they really know what they are doing. They go against their own instructions, against manufacturer recommendations, and when you question them they just say that’s how they always do it… so I’m not mad per se because this is my ongoing experience everywhere but I don’t think I’ll buy from here again. I definitely don’t trust their advice.

Procycle is a great place to work and a great place to place orders for your motorcycle. The website currently only shows a limited number of items that we can get.

Ive been a happy Procycle customer for over 10 years now. They consistently provide the best parts, service, and support. They have stayed late on more than one occasion to make sure my parts went out on time...once even when they were in the middle of a heat wave. They overnighted me parts to a hotel in the middle of Nevada so I could fix my bike and continue my trip. Sure you may find a part or two cheaper, but not many places care as much about their customers as Procycle.

Great outfit with friendly helpful employees. Fast shipping as well as knowledgeable customer service. Jeff the owner is always quick to provide a great wealth of knowledge to help problem solve. He does this on his own time without asking for any sort of compensation. Excellent company to do business with, very well run outfit!

The best place in the country to buy parts for a DR650 (and others!). Theyve been dealing with these bikes for years and are always willing to offer sound advice and recommendations. Huge amount of knowledge and connections to other great manufacturers (Cogent Dynamics, JNS Engineering, B&B, etc). Highly recommended!

I dont know where to begin. This was the most pleasant enjoyable educational and fulfilling trip to any store I have ever had. I recently purchased a DR650 and I came with a TM40 carburetor on it but it was a huge mess, Cycletune of Portland wouldnt even touch it that was a bummer. I walked in the door with a very limited knowledge of carburetor disassembly and reassembly so I knew I was going to just buy a new one. In comes Drum the man who put me on the right track to being a dual sport master. He wanted to see my nasty carb before I bought a new one and thank him he did! Within 10 minutes he gave a the whole rundown on taking apart the carb what everything was in it and the few small but very important steps in the process then compared mine to a brand new one showing me that all I needed was new jets at a cost of $30 I was and still am ecstatic about that revelation. From there he gave me a plan for the night which included cleaning and soaking the carb and getting ready for the new jets. The next day I returned and in the parking lot finished cleaning my carb all the while he was encouraging me and helping when he could it was invaluable help that really boosted my confidence in my moto and myself successfuly bringing it back to life after a few hours I had a fresh rebuild with everything looking great. And you know what it started with out a single flash of hesitation Thank you Drum and Thank you Procycle! I know now theres nothing I cant fix with the right folks to help things along

Horrible customer service and product!I bought some fuel lines that they claim is BIODIESEL compatible. These are polyurethane clear fuel lines. Obviously they never tested the product and MADE FALSE claims! Within a year after using their fuel-line with biodiesel, the fuel line disintegrated AND cracked at both ends.I had to cut the part of the fuel line where it started cracking. A month later it does the same thing and continues to crack. I even used their metal clamps.I was left with a mess of fuel from their dysfunctional fuel line that collected in my engine and on the floor. I probably lost $100 of fuel.I left a message and an email and THEY NEVER bothered responding!

#1 place to source parts from if they have listings for a bike you have. So many DR650 parts, enough to get me in trouble with the Mrs with my spending. Im like a kid in a candy store on their website. Then we got her a TTR125, and to my excitement, i saw they had a TTR parts segment too! Bought a carb rebuild/jet kit and shop manual for her bike that very same day. Same day shipping if parts are in stock and you call early enough. Would recommend Procycle to everyone that have bikes they carry parts for. Cheers from Cali
