Took my 91 yr old mom in to get what Im sure will be her last mattress. She deserves a good one. Not only were the prices good, but Scott Current is the best! He is very knowledgeable about his products but the best part is hes truly kind, caring helpful and patient. My mom was getting her Goldilocks on, Scott just offered as much assistance on and off the beds as he could while my mom questioned him about everything. Sale was finally made. Easy, simple, friendly, and FAST! After a very disappointing delay (and a $800 bait and switch attempt at $lum8erl@nd down the street) Scott made things simple. Bought an I-Comfort almost 7 yrs ago, with an adjustable base. Best prices, most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Recently the base controller went out, still under warranty. Staff quickly and efficiently helped point me in the right direction to get it replaced.

My husband and I went there on Jan 17, 2020. We were greeted by Scott. He spent a lot of time educating us on the mattresses he had and the ones we liked. We bought a king size hybrid bed and a full motion/massaging bed frame. What we wanted was in stock and they were able to do a free delivery, set-up, and old mattress haul away the very next day!! Would NOT budge on prices. Very helpful and patient staff. They helped us find the perfect bed... sadly after we found it they said it was twice the original price limit we gave them. We found the same mattress down the street over 400$ cheaper. He also would have had to order in most of what we wanted.

I am extremely happy with my mattress purchase. I never felt rushed & was shown several options within my budget. The store outsources their delivery company, which delivered on time & in perfect condition.

I searched for the best deal I could find for nearly a month and out of all of the salespeople I talked to every question I asked was answered with true knowledge of the product being sold. Not something that seemed to be the the correct answer to make a sale. Not to mention the best price. Beating the competition buy more than $3,000 in some cases,for the same product. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

Great shopping experience! We went to several mattress places in Springfield and this one gave us the best service. They were so patient with our unique needs and definitely not pushy. In fact, they immediately respected our budget constraints and helped us find the right mattress and the right price (saving us several hundred dollars from the lowest price we had found elsewhere). We got adjustable bases and they are awesome. Everything was in stock and we got same day delivery for free! Their delivery company almost beat us back to our house that day. Crazy fast!

We stopped in to look at beds just to settle a dispute on wether we wanted the king or queen size. To our astonishment the prices were about 200 dollars lower than the other stores we were looking at! The salesperson was incredible, knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy. And the bed is perfect! The right price, and much better than the futon we were sleeping on before. We plan on upgrading to a 2 bed room and buying a king sized bed next summer and we will be back!

Great bed, same day delivery, although we gave it only 3 stars because they were supposed to deliver between 4 and 5pm. At 5:30 I called to find out they were a little behind, but should be there soon. No problem. We waited and waited, the store closed, and we waited. By 8pm we figured they werent coming, totally frustrated that we wasted our Saturday evening waiting for them. At 9pm we get a call saying theyd be there in a few minutes. What??? Their truck broke down, which wouldnt have been an issue if they had just called! They had 2 phone numbers but made up some lame excuse. Not sure well use them again because of that.

The guys at the Springfield location were super helpful and very friendly.
