Peter was extremely welcoming when I walked into the store. He was also knowledgeable about the different mattresses. I appreciate his honest opinions and the fact that he was not pushy and just trying to make a sale. Thank you for helping me find the mattress I wanted and needed Peter! Just purchased a mattress from Pete at the Springfield, 22 West location. He is super knowledgeable on all types of bedding at all price points. We cannot wait for our bed to arrive this week. He walked us through what to look for and what our best options of what we like. He is great and not pushy. Can’t go wrong with Pete!

Besides the fact it was raining till the cows came home, the experience was perfect. Peter took such good care in helping us decide on not one but two separate beds. Even getting us a quicker delivery date! Can’t imagine a more sincere person.

Sleepy place, mattresses collection was sort of limited. Salesman was very helpful and nice, a bit pushy though.

We walked in and were IMMEDIATELY greeted and were approached for assistance. Mark had vast knowledge on all the mattresses and even carried a measuring tape to physically show us how tall mattresses were as we had to be exact with our purchase. We had shopped around but felt I welcomed and as if we knew more about mattresses than they did! We definitely would and will come back in he future!

The salesman sold us our mattress, but didnt volunteer the fact the mattress was on sale. I had to call back to get a refund for the sale amount, about $200. I guess this is the state of affairs now, we have to tell the salesman we want the sale price???? Sad. I recommend you go to another sleepys....
