I purchased my Hustler Fastrak from Rick 10 years ago. Over this period of time, he always helped get the mower worked on and back to me as quickly as possible. I always felt Rick was honest with me, and he got all of my accessory business as well. My mower is 10 years old, but only has 263 hours on it, as my lawn only takes about 35 minutes to do. This year I spent over $800 on maintenance for this low time mower, with starter problems and more blower/bagger problems. This recent blower/bagger problem was the final straw! I went up to talk to Rick about the reoccurring problem, and was informed that he had sold the business and was working in the shop now.. I went back to the shop to talk with him and found the shop empty of mechanics, with him the only person back there to work on the mowers. To make a long story short, all of their mechs had quit, and he was the only person available for service. I had talked to the new president about a trade for a new Hustler Fastrak, and he wanted $7300 for the mower and was only giving me $1500 for my very clean, low time mower that they had sold me originally and done all the maintenance on since new. No discounts at all! I went to another dealer selling top-rated commercial mowers and bought the top commercial mower made for $300 less, was given $500 more for my trade, got a $350 rebate from the manufacturer, and a $250 Visa gift card for my military service. This amounted to a $1400 better deal, and they provide free pickup and delivery for service, where I was being charged for it before. They still have mechanics in their shop, and so far have been very quick to answer my questions regarding the new mower. At the rate Ozark Outdoor Products is going, I have to question how long theyll be able to stary in business!

The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable on their mowers. I was going to purchase a Hustler from them but couldnt wait for the model I wanted to come in. The grass was just getting too high. Still a great place, I will most likely be purchasing other things from them in the future.

With the pandemic going on it’s been a long time since I’ve had good service anywhere and these guys were a breath of fresh air. Excellent customer service.

I have purchased several mowers here and a few others places as well. They always have great service and prices. It is rare i walk out the door without the part that i need. It is the only place i go now.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The service was excellent and they had what I needed. They did what they said when they would and on time. They made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. You dont see that from many businesses. Rick was especially helpful in obtaining equipment for my landscaping business.

I purchased a Gravely Pro Turn ZX 60 from Ozark Outdoors at the end of the Gravely Spring sales event this year. I was really happy with my experience at the store: I was browsing mowers for no more than a minute when one of the service guys (I think his name was Jared) came by and started helping me. Ive been plenty of places where employees who are not in sales ignore customers, so this was a pleasant surprise.Rick ended up getting me setup with the mower and walking me through all the details of the purchase. He even made time to deliver the mower in the afternoon, even though it was a Saturday. He walked me through how to use and maintain the mower and answered all the questions I had. And the mower is working great so far!Everyone I dealt with at Ozark Outdoors was friendly and helpful and went above my expectations, which made for a great experience.

They were very good at what they do they just didnt have what I needed so that is that period

Anyone can sell you lawn products, big box stores, online but when you have a problem with a product, you find out quickly your decision may have been a poor one.Rick and the folks certainly understand taking care of customers with smiles and knowledgeand respect! They do their part of making doing business enjoyable.I would certainly recommend going to see them for new products parts and service.Before you buy weigh the value and no hassle way of buying products.

It has come to my attention how much Rick and his team has helped so much with our business and property, they always go above and beyond to get what we need for both or getting our equipment repaired in a timely manner. We have a tree removal business and he has always gave me wonderful service from buying the best saw needed for our jobs to keeping them running when needed. We also have multiple acres that we keep mowed and groomed and they always do a great job keeping that equipment up and going as well. Recently Rick even helped get one of my tractor implements up and going again where he didnt even make the sale but helped me find the parts needed to fix it, to me these days you dont find people willing to go that far out of there way for something like that. There are dealers much closer to me that sell all the same equipment but they are so worth that extra time because I feel I get the same in return.

These guys are amazing. Great prices and great work. Have been chosen to keep my bruised and battered equipment up and running and they do it every time.

Jared & mechanic Rusty are the best!!!!! My pt460 had engine problems from the start that resulted in a new motor at 350hrs...My local dealer where i bought this machine had the new engine set up so it over revved & had no power,i took it to ozark outdoors(60 mile trip) at about 1pm,my mower was fixed RIGHT & i was back in my town 60 miles away at 5:30 mowing with a big smile because they fixed my mower &over revving was not even why i took it in,the voltage regulator quit working & they noticed the motor over revving at that time...Rusty is the best small engine tech ive seen in a long time,that fixes things right & cares for his customers & Jared was extremely helpful on getting me in & out...theyve earned my business here on out on everything!!!!!

Bought a mower there and have never felt so rushed in my life. You think when you spend that kind of money, you get a little more attention. I should have balked when they answered the couple of questions I had about the mower the way they did, but I just went on for some reason. Now it’s at another dealer getting repaired/replaced.Every time I would go in there previous, I’d get different answers on what to do and how to do it. Wish I would have found out about the other outfit 3 years ago...

Not happy I bought a raptor here. Now that warranty up they refuse to help with issues Im having with it. Wanting me to bring it in so they can charge me more money. I know if I was them and wanted to keep business I would help out all I could. Ill never buy another thing from them...poor service

Terrible customer service! Dont order anything over the phone unless youre happy with being Double charged and only offered a store credit instead of a refund...then when you call to use the store credit treated like an unwanted virus. Profanity during a call seems to be the norm. Update: This is the CORRECT place. Just now finding out that the credit promised was a lie. Does; l dont have time for this fn s**t sound familiar? Thats the profanity mentioned.

Came in and went to parts desk. 2 people saw me and didnt bother to say Ill be with you in a minute. I stood and waited for 5 minutes before someone ever came over after he was done talking with his friend. After my transaction I had to tell him to have a good day. You would think someone in his 40s would understand customer service 101. Sadly I guess not

Their limited hours is their biggest drawback. Other than that, their service and parts departments are awesome, their sales department is good too, offering great deals on everything they keep in stock. If you can get there before they close, they will be more than happy to help you out, and will get you what you need.

I have been doing business with Ozark Outdoors since 2005. I purchased two Arctic Cat ATVs, and a 33 walk behind Cub Cadet mower in 2009. Rick and company have always been fair and honest in my dealings with them. Due to my experience with them I just purchased a Gravely 42 zero turn mower form them and am looking forward to continuing my business relationship with Rick, Don and Ozark Outdoors....

No one here listens. They just want to spit out an answer and move on. Every time I have been in it’s the same thing. Sorry I’m not a full time mower. Wait. No I’m not. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Bought a new Hustler from Ozark Outdoors in the spring of 2016, started having problems with the hydrostat in the spring of 2017 with 52 hours on the mower. Called them and made an appointment and told them that I needed it back asap because I didn’t want to hire someone to mow my lawn. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning and didn’t hear anything from them Friday, Saturday, Monday or Tuesday. I called them several times to get an update on my mower. They would not call me back after leaving several messages for just an update, that’s all i asked for. Finally had to hire someone to mow my lawn, finally got a call from then Tuesday evening right before they closed and said i had a bad drive belt, ok fine belts wear out i know that, but thought it should have lasted a little longer than 52 hours. Got there to pick my mower up and they charged me $65 to fix my mower that comes with a 4 year warranty? So i asked them how much a belt was and they told me $23. I said I could have put that on myself and saved myself $40 if you guys would have called me and let me know that was the issue? And they didn’t really even act like they cared? I wouldn’t recommend buying ANYTHING from Ozark Outdoors! Or Hustler if that is how they stand behind their product.

They carry mainly Hustler, Gravely, and Cub Cadet mowers with a variety of smaller push mowers from Honda. Great selectiion of Stihl and Redmax products and they can order in just about anything you might need.
