Green Street HVAC has been a great company for me. the last time they cleaned the hvac unit and rolled up the hose and checked for mold that I had asked them to do. They charged a fair amount with a military discount. I am impressed by there service.

Turned my heat on for the 1st time Saturday nite and went to bed-woke up cold with no heat Sunday! I called Green Street Monday and they were out that morning. I had heat in less than an hour and their rates are awesome! The guys were great-well mannered and professional. I have used them a few times in the past and they have always went above and beyond to assist!

We are new to the area and I saw this was a veteran owned business so I called. Bryce immediately scheduled my service. He told me our service rep would be Tim. Tim arrived on time, explained the issues found while servicing our system that had been badly neglected. The pricing was exactly what we were quoted and very fair. When inside Tim wore covers over his shoes which I really appreciated. We found Tim to be very professional and a super nice guy. I could not be more pleased with them and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. The deserve 10 stars!

Called Bryce today (sat. and day after christmas) because unfortunately our heat unit went out. We had not used Green Street before so we were a new customer for them but within 45 minutes he was here at our home to address our problem. I could not ask for a more professional, knowledgeable, timely and thorough gentleman. Within minutes he had our problem assessed and fixed. We also have a ductless unit that has been down for 6 weeks now (former AC company said they had to read up on it and have never heard back) that Bryce took the time to look at and will be reasonable replacing next week. I highly recommend this company for your heat and air needs. Green Street HVAC has gained a new customer!

Called at 11pm on Saturday night. Bryce informed us it would be $70+ more to get them out that night or wait until Monday. We waited, and he showed up right when he said he would, informed us we needed a new unit. Gave us a few options and a temporary fix, and will be installing a new unit next week! Very nice and helpful. Financing is available!

Bryce Conn was our technician. We called him at about 8:45 on Friday night because our heat had gone out. He stopped by the shop and came right over to our house. We have two little girls at home, so his response time was extra important. Definitely pleased with our experience!

I cant say enough great things about Green Street HVAC. Bryce and Tim showed up on time to evaluate the issues we were having. They made recommendations that were spot on and sent an estimate that was thorough and reasonably priced. Were talking about major work here: Green Street replaced all our duct work, installed a whole house air filter and put in a mini-split system in our bonus room.The crew was great and after being sick all winter long, Im healthy again since our air is now clean.This company goes above and beyond - I highly recommend them!

Without heat on the coldest night for the week, I called and spoke to Bryce and he was out within the hour at 10:00pm! He was very professional and had our best interest in mind. Very refreshing when a company doesn’t charge you when they very easily could. I thought I had an issue with my unit that turned out to be a learning experience for me. Honest guys, honest company. Couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience.

It is an absolute pleasure to have honest work done at a fair price. When other HVCA companies said it couldnt be repaired and must be replaced Green Street repaired. When it was time to replace, finally, they did an absolutely excellent job. I will never call anyone else.

I thought I was having problems with my HVAC system, so I called Green Street HVAC in Springfield, TN. Bryce, the owner, told me he would come by on his way to Nashville to see if he could determine if there was a problem. I was going to increase the temperature, but noticed the thermostats display was blank. Just before I noticed it getting cooler in my house, Id heard a huge explosion somewhere nearby, which caused my lights to flicker. I thought maybe something had happened to my unit. Bryce arrived when he said he would and went immediately to the unit to see if he could find the problem. He came in and said my unit had power, but then took the plate off my thermostat and determined that the batteries were bad. He replaced the batteries and turned my thermostat up and the heat came right on. I felt a bit foolish, but I hadnt realized the thermostat had batteries for the display. I was very thankful there was nothing else wrong with it. He waived his fee, which was extraordinarily generous, I felt. He couldnt have been more professional and responded to my phone call right away. If I have problems in the future with my system, I will definitely call his company again for assistance. I like using local businesses, but especially ones that are honest and professional and that provide good service.

Bryce, the owner, is awesome! He came to my house on time, introduced himself, and immediately gave me his card. After placing the diagnostic gauge on my unit, he explained each of the numbers and told me what they should read. He then gave me a thorough layman explanation of the expected cost for repairs and possible risks for repair of an older unit like mine. He repaired my unit, and the cost was actually less than the original estimate. Military and seniors get a 15% discount. The receptionist I spoke with when I first called was polite and informative. She called me before Bryce came and told me he would be at my house within 30 minutes. He was here in about 25 minutes. I will recommend Green Street to everyone I know. I will also have him install a new unit when my old one finally gives out.

Had Green street come out to fix my A.C.. was on time and very professional. Bryce the owner had A.C. up in running in less than 30 min. I highly recommend Green street. The price was fair and on point. You wont fill like you just took it in the shorts

Bryce came out to the house today to replace the compressor in my AC unit. Showed up on time and had the AC up and running quickly! I highly recommend Green Street. Pricing and value right on point! I will recommend to everyone. (By the way -- Hiller ☹️ is a rip off)

My HVAC was not working and I called Green Street to come check it out. The technician was on time, and he quickly figured out the problem. I have used other companies before, but I think Green Streets pricing was great. The technician really knew what he was talking about as well. I will definitely use them in the future and suggest that anyone in the Nashville-Clarksville area should use them as well.

Bryce installed a split home ac unit in my home and did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and reliable!

First thing, dont go to anyone else. Green Street will fix your issues and be 100 honest with what is going on. My family just called these guys out and in 15 minutes they did (in the dark! And look at there hours, no one else does this!) We discussed the issues and he walked me through everything he was doing. Because our unit is older he was very polite about the rising costs of fridgerate and helped put just the right amount with the cost per pound as we went to add. I have never seen someone so nice, informative and got the job right the first trip. If we upgrade units next year I will be calling these guys up for the install. Seriously, the best service I have had in Springfield sense we moved. Thank you!!!!!

Ill never call another HVAC service. Green Street is my company from now on.My AC went out overnight and I needed service quickly. I sent Green Street a message at about 630am, and to my surprise I had a quick response. I asked if they could work me into their schedule and they did. They showed up right on time and I was greeted by Bryce, the owner, who shook my hand and handed me his business card. He was professionally dressed and neat in appearance. He put slip on covers over his shoes before he came into my house, which I thought was very professional. I am a Veteran and he told me right away that I get a 15% discount and thanked me for my service. I felt very appreciated that he extended such an honorable gesture. I took him to the back yard and told him the problem I was having with the unit. I explained to him that Ive had Hiller and Lee Company both come out and they told me I needed a new fan motor and capacitor. I explained that Lee Company tried to charge me $200+ for a capacitor and another $700+ for a fan motor. I told him that I went to a supply store and bought a replacement capacitor for $25. We both agreed that the other companies were just trying to make money off me. He inspected the fan motor and said that it moves just fine and is not overheating and theres no reason to replace it now. He evaluated my heat pump and told me it was low in refrigerant. All of the equipment he was using was brand new. He worked quickly and ensured that all levels were where they were supposed to be. I was able to pay with a card, as he had a card scanner with him attached to his tablet. I signed my name and thanked him for coming out so quickly. Ill only use Green Street from now on.
