I called and asked about a specific part for my furnace. Even had the part number for the part. I understand that certain parts should only be sold to licensed contractors. To change the burners in my furnace takes removing 2 covers, 8 screw and that’s it. I’m a very mechanically inclined person and have removed the burners on more than one occasion to clean them. When I called this business the person on the phone stopped me in my track when inquiring about the part to ask who I was. I told him and he rudely said, “we only sell to people in the trade.”. No problem, I was trying to buy them locally but the they refused to sell them. Internet price is about $19 each with free shipping. No wonder local businesses a failing!!!

My father gets most his materials from here for his HVAC business. Everyone that delivers or in store is very friendly and helpful plus during their Christmas party they were very generous giving multiple gifts to each worker in the company that buys not to mention the killer free food they had lol
