Plenty of parking, easy to get into & out of with a good selection.Note, the Apache cases are often less than half what they would be if you purchased them on that website named after the large river in the Amazon. And Apache cases are often already half what a similar Pelican case would cost!

This company lost a long time customer because of them in forcing the unlawful mask mandate it’s pretty obvious vaccines and masks are in effective but they still want to enforce them and the manager wants to force you to wear it not taking my business here anymore same goes with all my friends and family we will be shopping elsewhere

Everything was awesome till I got to the register. Every item I bought was accompanied by a pitch to buy the warranty. Felt a little pressure. Was an uncomfortable situation. Wish they didnt do that.

Good stock, well organized and clean. Nice store! My only gripe is how their prices have increased 50%+ over the last several years and they even stopped the little freebies and frequent % off coupons. But thats not the stores doing.

Harbor Freight Tools has tons of tools for affordable prices. I found a few items to add to my tool room. Be sure to research your items prior to purchase for quality. You wont find a lot of Made in America in the place.

I tried and I tried and I tried after having a trailer hitch put on my car that harbor freight tried everything they possibly could but it would not work because you cant put a trailer hitch on a car. A sustaining hitch is too low to the ground because you dont put trailer hitches on cars. Thank you harbor freight for everything you did unfortunately it didnt work out but you guys were very grateful and still very thankful even though I returned everything

They really do have good prices on stuff. You know things may not be as good quality as the name brands but they still get the job done. Some things are not even worth buying at the name brand stores because either you not going to use the tool a lot or the quality is so similar you might as well just get it at Harbour Frieght. I love that this store is an option. Take advantage of the deal when you can.

Had what I needed. Price of the tool was great this store is closer for me but they do have another in West Springfield. Great spot for cost effective tools if your tackling something new. Warranty policy is also great if you purchase.

The people that work in the Springfield Massachusetts store were very nice to me and I had great coustermer service.

Website says they have 17 mini magnet sweeper. Went in and asked if they had them in stock, the employee said yes and told me were to find it. Item was not on shelf and when the employee check in storage there werent any in the store. This store doesnt know what they have in stock. So dont rely on website call or go in person.

Love the great service at every Harbor Freight Ive ever been in. This Springfield Mass store and the West Springfield store have always had people readily available to help me. Great shopping experience. The products are what they are. Most folks know what they are getting here. My experience with the tools Ive purchased has been mixed but Ive had no out right failures.

As a homeowner it helps you keep expenses down and allow one to get the right tool to finish projects while making it fun. So far, all the tools I purchased there have been reliable and still working properly. Lub their wooden 3d puzzle for the kids on snowy days. There is also a small but well cured selection for the novice hobbyist enthusiasts.

I purchase a small drill press, never opened the box for a couple months. They never emailed me my receipt, so I tried to return it only because a part was broken. All I wanted was to exchange it or just get the tilt table clamp replaced, the end result they couldnt help me, so I said does this mean I Im done lost out and they literally said yes theres nothing they could do. Corporate said its up to the store manager, store manager stayed thats the corporate way. Well I guess its called F the customer since they refuse to help you in a simple way.

Quality w decent warrantees, reasonably priced, good selection, very clean store n well laid out. They walk you to your product n explain diffs n answer questions if you ask for help vs just give you the isle #. Manager checks in if they see you looking lost. Best service!! Love this place ❤

The experience I had today 11/30/2019 at the Springfield, MA store was pretty uncomfortable as the manager on duty was constantly nagging at the cashier not to do this and not help customers which the manager should be warned by her superiors for doing what she was doing in front of customers. The cashier did nothing wrong and was very, very helpful. Thanks to this young lady which I give her 5+ star customer service skills. I was able to pickup the item I needed at another store.

If youre looking for a discount tool store, here you go. The tools are much less expensive than say, Home Depot but the quality will be low as well. I like this store though because it has a lot more than just wrenches and screwdrivers. Have you ever bought a screwdriver and have it come loose inside the handle? Be careful here. I like the gloves at discount prices. They have a good selection. I have a pair of gloves ready to use all around my house, for whatever task. They have a good selection of power and pneumatic tools that should get you through small jobs.? This business needs to get with the times though. Every time you check out, they ask for your phone number. They want you on their mailing list. I hate yelling out my number in front of strangers. They need to issue a store card like Stop & Shop. Even Ocean State Job Lot has a card now. Some stores are using QR scan codes now...even better because you dont have to fill your wallet with junk.

Visited Harbor Freight on 6/16/19 on Boston Rd (Rte 20) in East Springfield. This tool store carries a wide selection of various hand tools and power equipment. The tools are brands that most have not heard of, but the are of good quality. Harbor Freight sells hand tools, sockets & socket sets, wrenches & wrench sets, bench top power tools, compressors, air tools, generators, casters, clamps, car jacks, etc. I love to browse around, as most guys do. If you are in need of a tool, you should check Harbor Freight out. Prices are real decent.

This place is pretty awesome. A massive selection of tools at phenomenal prices. Look online for coupons before you go in or join their member program. Sometimes the lines at the checkout can be pretty long so just be prepared.

Clean and quiet always stocked shelves. Never really a long wait at checkout. It does have its busy times but if you hit it right you could literally be the only one in the store other than the employees.

I purchase a small drill press, theyre supposed to send me an emailed receipt. I never got it, I attempt to return small drill press just so I can exchange it for one that does not have a broken tilt table. I just took it out of the box a couple of days ago and it was sitting underneath my table for a couple of months or so do to moving. Well come to my dismay harbor freight will not in wont help me in the situation. I didnt want my money back I didnt want store credit all I wanted them to do was help me with a tilt table clamp because the clamp was cracked and broke into two pieces. I will never as a veteran of this country a present service member purchase anything and I mean anything not even loctite or a zip tie or accept a free item from Harbor Freight ever again.

This is a great place to get a tool that wont break the bank. Completely mixed bag on quality but I have a bunch of stuff from here thats pretty good. I love having an alternative to big boxes in the area.I love having this store in the area. I hope it does well.

Its like an evil necessity. Mostly all Chinese made stuff but affordable. The employees are always helpful. Just wish I could get American made tools at even a close price.

My go to place for all things tool related. Easy return policy, outstanding prices, helpful staff. Until I was told I cant shop there since I have a medical condition that precludes me from wearing a mask. While questioning this, since I have spent literally thousands of dollars there over the past two years, the female on the other end of the phone hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone when I called back. Piss poor customer service. I believe I wont be spending money here again.

Harbor Freight merchandise is inexpensive, especially when you have one of their easy-to-find coupons. However, quality can be an issue. You must do your own quality control check of every item before you buy it.For instance, I wanted to buy some of their $3.99 ammo cans but upon inspection I found several that were not molded correctly or had bad gaskets. But with a little looking I found enough that were good to suit my needs and they are still working well.Bottom line, nothing is professional grade, but if that is not what you need and you are willing to inspect everything yourself this is a great place to save some cash

Harbor freight is a good choice for simple items like tarps,sand paper, gloves Jacks, jack stands lower priced hand tools... but stay away from higher priced tool items such as miter saws, table saws, planers etc. You are better off spending the extra money on the real deal Rigid or DeWalt that will last for years instead of months or days in some cases. Do your research and if its to good too be true it is.

Cheap garbage. This one is fairly well organized tho. And its good for those one time use or rarely used tools. I do like to get blades for my multitool here as they are ridiculously expensive anywhere else.

Tools are at good price and lots of parking lot sales and mark down each month. Items are not the top of line but good for us do it your self and home project type.

Like going to Harbor Freight....cheaper tools....better quality than they used to be....decent selection....ill definitely be going and getting more tools soon

Great low prices for low quality tools... Perfect for the do it your selfer or if you only need a tool for 1 job... I wouldnt trust the tools here for any professional or repeated applications but you will undoubtedly get your moneys worth out of anything that you get here
