I had a handgun with a stuck live round in the chamber. A quick an easy fix for them and they didnt charge me a cent....I did leave $20 for the pizza fund however. I will definitely be back for any gunsmithing needs I have...and they have a huge friendly dog, which is a plus! Definitely a place to go if you want honesty and quality work.

I walked in an hour before they closed and showed Cory the problem with my pistol and he helped me get it fixed within about 15 minutes. Wasnt theoretically a hard fix just a pain but he figured it out right away for me. Very thankful for his help definently will be the only gunsmith I ever go to again.

Great work, cost, and speed! Was originally told a longer time, but was finished in half that time! Also spent time looking at another firearm with no complaints and gave me excellent info! Will be bringing that firearm back to him next month to have those minor repairs and sighting done! Best and most affordable firearm repair place I have been too, now my only go to place! Thank you very much for the help Cory and sorry if I misspelled your name =)

I brought my pistol in because I ended up stripping the threads on screw hole mount after trying to replace OEM grip with aftermarket grip. Cory looked at it and tapped it out and installed the grip himself at no charge at all. Must be the good ole midwest values. I ended up buying a part because I just couldn’t leave without compensating someone for his work. And he did an excellent job. I have already recommended him to several of my buddies and will definitely come here for future needs.

The gunsmith, Mr. Anderson was very knowledgeable about my 100 yr old Stevens rifle. He fixed the issue with the lever action and barrel. No parts were needed, only labor and cost me far less than I imagined and in a reasonable time. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Theres a reason why Rocket Anderson (Anderson Gun Repair) has all FIVE STAR ratings. Hes good. REALLY GOOD! at what he does. I took my pride and joy to him for repair, an 1859 Christian Sharps pepperbox derringer. The single action spring was weak and the firearm would fire very inconsistently. Obviously no parts readily available for a pistol this old. Did that stop Rocket Anderson, gunsmith extraordinaire? HELL NO! He custom fabricated a replacement spring. First one didnt work well, neither did the second. Third spring worked! This is a man that you can trust with your most prized weapon. He was more than fair on the cost of the repair. Now you want to know the downside, right? You are going to need to practice patience. Like any other highly skilled craftsman that knows their trade inside and out, you will need to wait in line. Mine took 5 weeks, which is about average I understand. WELL WORTH IT! IT JUST DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!

All othe gunshops I called wanted from a couple days to 3-4 weeks and double to triple the cost to install night sights on my Springfield XD. Its my personal protection weapon. Rocket seemed to understand and got it done in a couple hours. Also gave me some good advice on a troublesome deer rifle, and offered me to look at it if I didnt hear it lined out. I grew up is a small business environment and the customer service, patience with my questions and fair advice will win my business every day. Thanks Rocket.
