Store is a ripoff do not shop here. Went in on 11/7 around 6 pm and purchased groceries for my family and my bill was 389 which I paid 338 in cash and remainder on my card. They took the 338 in cash and still charged my card for the full amount and you call customer service and they are extremely rude and not helpful. Do not shop here! I won’t be back!! You lost a very loyal customer!

Very clean store and friendly employees that are willing to help whenever they can. There is a lot of parking but do not be surprised if your parking a little bit away from the store because this Kroger is always packed.

Employees are friendly and when you ask for help most of them are willing to help out. However I truly don’t understand why there produce is so nasty at times. I went in yesterday for potatoes and come other things. Every single bag had a bad potato or bugs. I looked at couple other things in produce to find the same thing. Needless to say I left and went somewhere else. Shame seeing they just had a grand reopening!

Here lately, they seem to have a stocking problem. The shelves are bare and products are limited. Better off going to your local gad station or convenient mart!

Helpful and friendly. My only disappointment is that you no longer carry the good woebers plain Horseradish in the refrigerator section . Please start getting this again. Its rated the best in the country!!! The others are all not even worth buying. And the Woebers distribution center is right down the road.

Weve been pleased with the selection, cleanliness & freshness of food at this Kroger over the years. Since the pandemic were trying to use the order/delivery service. Weve ordered 5 times, and out of those weve picked up twice and had them delivered 3 times. Im really impressed with the pick-up service. It was a smooth process with no issues. The delivery seems to be different. I dont think the people who prepare your order for pickup are the same as the ones who shop & deliver. With the delivery service we spent two hours receiving/responding to texts about products not being available & suitable replacements. They were unable to find or items were unavailable for $50 out of a $320 order, despite the online store describing items as in stock. I felt like for the $10 delivery fee with A $15 tip we spent too much times texting then when they got here we carried the majority of the groceries from their car to house. I think well stick to pick-up from now on.(Edit: The people who shop and deliver are independent contractors, I believe, & perhaps not as familiar with the products.)

Terrible online order system, and even worse management. I ordered 15 2 liters. The charged me for 32. When I tried to get them to correct it the only thing they said they could do to fix it is offer me a $35 discount on our next order. When I insisted that they instead fix this order for the correct amount, they refused to do it. I called the store and talked to a manager named James Harris. This man has absolute zero customer service skills. Instead of offering to help me, he was very rude and hung up on me. Apparently I dont have a right to be upset about their lack of service? I might expect this kind of behavior from a regular employee, but I cannot believe that a reputable store like Kroger would put this guy in a management position. He is awful! Do yourself a favor, do your online pickups somewhere else.

Normal Kroger. Other people leave reviews saying bad things and stupid things likemy time is too valuable. If thats true then dont shop in store, order it online so we dont have to see you. My experience was good. Great employees, decent prices, clean sore.

I have stopped Krogers for years, ever since walmart got rid of a lot of their name brands and started forcing their store brands on us.One of the two things I look for in a store is#1=YOU HAVE WHAT I NEED WHEN I NEED IT#2=Customer service.Number 2 makes no difference if you dont have number 1. All the friendly customer service in the world wont make up for not having what I want to purchase.As of late I have noticed KROGERS has been GETTING RID OF A LOT OF THE NAME BRANDS AND FORCING MORE STORE BRANDS ON US. I do like some of your store brand stuff, but I also have certain name brand things that I prefer over your store brand stuff.For instance, I prefer Pepperidge farms all beef smoked sausage because stomach issues cause me to be extremely sensitive to other brands and I refuse to try any other brand because it usually results in 24 hrs worth of digestive misery.When I am canning. I dont mind your store brand vinegars, but I prefer my lemon and lime juice to be RealLemon brand.IF YOU ARE GOING TO START TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE WAL-MART TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS, FORCING YOUR STORE BRANDS ON US, I WILL GO ELSEWHERE. I DONT NECESSARILY CARE ABOUT PRICES OR I WOULD STILL BE SHOPPING WAL-MART, BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAPER.I want our choices back, or I will just become a Meijer customer. Their prices are more expensive than yours, but they have everything I need in one trip.

This Kroger has gone way down hill. Every single time I go in there, the store is dirty, not stocked, items are in places they shouldn’t be and the pharmacy is a train wreck. God forbid you have to call that pharmacy for anything, prepare to be on hold for more than 15 minutes and hung up on several times. Kroger used to be my go to; now I’d rather pay more at Meijer than deal with this disappointment.

I go to Kroger for their organic grocery. Some of the items are overpriced.

Worst part about this Kroger is the customers. Super busy and always people with the worst manners.

Went there on 10/23 at 9:50pm, and the fat curly haired guy rejected us to enter while he allowed five american people enter the store. Im Asian and other Arabic guy was also not allowed to enter, and he was very upseted. I felt like we were discriminated against based on my race. The other employee tried to let us in when we said all we want is a bottle of wine, but the fat curly haired guy kept saying that we were not welcomed there. He said its 9:56 and we cant allow anyone to enter after 9:55 - I mean... he kept us rejecting for 6min. His action was very offended and unacceptable. We will never go there again. Highly not recommended.

Ever since they closed down the Krogers next to where I live, this store, being an extra 30 minute commute (by bike, my only mode of transportation) has become my only other option. The easiest method for me to use has been to get off work and bike straight here, which is only about 4 minutes. I work late, however, until 12:30, but I still made it by 12:43. They said they were closed and told me to shop somewhere else. Google says theyre open until 1, but they usually arent. Strongly advise for other people who are less fortunate to take their business elsewhere, as Krogers priority is exclusively with making the most money, and not at all about the communit .

Very clean store well stocked. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Easy to get around in the store. Aisles are wide enough to get past other shoppers. Plenty of check out lanes open. Have self check out lanes and an employee there to help you. Employees are friendly and very helpful. More than ready to help you find what you need or want.

I love the new service of ordering your grocery list online and picking it up at a scheduled time. So far I have not had to have any substitutions which makes grocery shopping less frustrating. I recommend this service to anyone who has trouble walking or is very busy to use this service. I just wish they offered this service for free as another large chain has been able to do. However with the exclusive online coupons Im usually able to cover the cost of the service charge.

Hands down the BEST cake I have ever had. Had our sons graduation cake made there for last Sunday 6/10/18. I called to let them know it was so good. Found out the head of the bakery made it, Ashley S. We had a full sheet cake 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla, and it was AMAZING!

Angel in customer service was rude. I returned some chocolate that didn’t taste good. She was not nice at all. Was going call her manager but I had to go back to work.

They diffently need more cashiers and clerks between 8pm to 10pm. Very irritating to stand in line for over 30 minutes for a handful of items. And the self checkouts were ot working probably so I was definitely unsatisfied. You night want to add a couple of good and well prepared employees on check out lines.....

Variety of food products, pharmacy on site, some have liquor stores on site, bakery has all sorts of items, floral department, pet department, school, health, house supplies. A one stop shopping store.

Guy turner wont accept my digital cupon and paper worst kroger in springfield maybe entire ohio people smell inside and trashy employees are horrible with low IQ .

The shrimp they had was posted at 6.99 in a 2lb bag ,after we we went to pay for it they charged us 13.99 .We complained they said oh its 6.99 a pound and thats a two pound bag. We went ahead and got it but its very misleading. I said give us half a bag ##!..

They was out of the sale items I was looking for. Their was very little fruits. The roast was buy one get one free. When I went to check out they told me I had the wrong item. Well it was together and they both looked alike. The cashier was rude and told me I had to put it back. Well I could have said I didnt want it anymore and walked away. But Im not like that. So I went to the back of the store and put both of the roast back and paid for my food.and left. That store is usually better than that.

Standard Kroger store with ample parking close in. Very clean and employees very friendly and helpful. Good selection of produce and well stocked departments. Not wide selection of speciality items like a Marketplace but has most of items on a standard shopping list.

As I was going to the salad bar I notcied two workers standing at the bar I asked was they about to close it down as it was only 4:30 one lady said yes but I could still get something as I went to the other side the other older lady saidoh come onas if I was taking to long.I turned to her and replied excuse me She then looked baffled and said I was talking to myself. No she was not just rude.

Enjoy shopping at this location...pleasant staff, helpful. Well stocked. Great sales. My only complaint, based on numerous visits, is STALE bread...always! I can remember ultra fresh bread for $0.99 a loaf...as the price goes up the quality goes down.

Usually dont shop this Kroger but was in the area. The store itself seemed ok & clean. My cashier was not very friendly or efficient. I was the 3rd person in line & it took over 15 minutes to check out & the person in front of me didnt have much. He didnt great me or say thank you. I bagged most of my own groceries. The one bag he bagged he put my hamburger buns in with 2 liters. Will only go in there of absolutely necessary.

Not a very good Krogers. Its okay but for some reason I dont enjoy this place like the other ones. Krogers is a great grocery experience. This one is a little more expensive than other Krogers and I dont know why. It is busy and the customers are usually the problem in terms of rudeness. Everytime I come up theres someone yelling, fighting, or smoking marijuana in the parking lot in groups. Seriously whats up.

I really love this store Ive been shopping there for about 15 years, my biggest complaint and the reason for 3 stars is because they dont have the non express aisles open or any baggers until around 10 or 11 I shop for a family of 4 so my trips are big. Im a early person I dont want to go to the grocery in the middle of the day.

I have always had a good experience at this Krogers store. I live closer to the Date. Limestone store but it isnt as clean and doesnt stock all the things I can get at the Bechtel store.

Great selection of products, good prices, and I absolutely love their salad bar... But the employees are what really lowers the rating here with me. Almost every single one Ive encountered here has been rude and very unhelpful. I went to the self checkout in here one time with 27 items... And the woman who was watching the self checkout lines complained because I had more than 20. As if only 7 items would make that much of a difference... I said then and there that I would never go to this one again unless I absolutely had to, and so far Ive stuck with it! Unnecessary rudeness does not go over well with me!

Kroger is high priced unless on sale. Offers decent selection but not as much as meijer for sure. If I am going to pay more instead of going to aldi, I might as well go to meijer. The baked goods at Kroger are disappointing. But at least we have the grocery :)
