Price cutter is a pretty decent place to shop especially if you’re on the south side of town. However, some items are higher in price, and the trade off used to be that I’d pay a bit more but they actually had people running the registers. Now they’ve swapped to self checkout.... rip

Idk why Im reviewing a grocery store, but this place rocks! Especially the beer and wine cellar side. They always have what I need. Its bright, and its clean.

I love going here for birthday cakes. Their marble with whipped icing is always fresh. And they do a great job decorating.

Everyone is always so friendly here and I love all of the unique offerings.

I come here so I can get in and out quicker than going to HyVee , but the shelves are not always stocked and you have to really watch expired dates on products. Recently I bought a box of Teddy Grahams that had expired a year ago. Not ok!

Im very thankful that Price cutter is still open and operating always have a good experience here.

I went for a specific kind of flour and I couldnt believe the variety of flour they had. Way more than walmart. I found what I needed quickly. The ladies at the check out were really nice too.

Prices are a bit high, but its not a bad place to shop.

Employees are extremely nice and friendly. Store was very clean. Store is occasionally low or out of stock on some items, but that is due to suppliers not store management.

Nice little store, prices are a little up there but worth it if you dont want to deal with Walmart crowd :)

I love my local PC. Friendly staff, decent prices considering the massive Inflation were seeing. They have far less bare shelves than Walmart.

We stopped here on our way back from Georgia. Went to Starbucks and Miranda the girl working in there was the rudest person Ive ever experienced in a Starbucks.

Worker used wrong code at deli and tried telling me the price went up untill I had to get a manager to check and sure enough, the worker was trying to over charge me .

Great store and local grocery chain. They have been around for decades and have a great selection of groceries and seasonal items. I have never had an issue with items being in stock or available for immediate pickup. There is a nice store with plenty of wine and spirits as well as a Starbucks kiosk. They are Covid-19 friendly as well. Staff are polite and knowledgeable about product locations and availability.

Working there in the past, I have plenty of friends who still work there that I like to stop and say hi to. :)

Aside from empty shelves especially this one with mouse traps, never being able to find beef that isn’t brown, produce that looks like it been sitting there for weeks, horrible prices, and rude cashiers it’s a great store!

Theyre prices are not great. And I cannot tell you how many times we have bought food that is spoiled. Milk several times, sausage, and then a bag of chips! Do they not check their stock?! I try and stay away from Walmart; however after this last time of getting spoiled food, I think Ill go back to Walmart.

This Price Cutter is well maintained, cleaned, and quite nice. The isles are big and spacious, no tight squeezes. The meat selection here is very very large. The staff are very polite, kind, and helpful. A very good place! 5/5

If you are handicap do not go here I was treated so bad!! I called ahead to make sure liqure doors were open honeys on that side they said ya so I parked right by the door in a handicap spot well he refused to come open the door even though I told him I called and its hard to get in and out of my vehicle. He didnt care he was the older male manager this morning Feb 8th. He should be ashamed of himself!! the doors are to be open at 8 and he just had no heart

Lady at the liquor register needs an attitude adjustment. I had 8 items and she looked annoyed. Then I sat the items down and she said something under her breath about having to reach. The register area is small and I didnt want to shove my items at her. And heaven forbid she lean over to get my items. Retail sucks to work. I know because I work retail. I would never act that way with a customer. I dont usually do reviews, but I was appalled at her behavior when it was not warranted.

I love our Ozark Price Cutter, but this one the employees arent helpful and always seem like youre a total income for asking them for help of any kind.

Im used to shopping at Sams club or walmart,.thought that price cutters would be a decent store but Aldi is 5 stars compared to Price cutters, definitely wont go again. Go to Aldi, still cheap prices & the food is more fresh if youre on a budget.

Great meats, and dairy. Produce was old and tired looking. Cashier was young and very depressing. I believe when you are at work, you represent the company, and should leave your problems at home!

Ordered a firetruck cake for my son’s 3rd birthday party, and it turned out absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better cake, and my son absolutely loves it!

I went in after 9 pm and customer service had just closed, thankfully the young lady was still able to assist me with my money order. The staff has always been very helpful and the store is always clean. They also have specialty items that you can not find in many other grocery stores.

I have been a Price Cutter customer for many years, I always used the Republic rd location, now Im going to the s National store. So far Im not a fan of the Deli. There is always a long wait although there are 3 to 4 people working there. They dont acknowledge and never smile either. I guess I got spoiled at the other location. As a matter of fact, the check out crew never smiles either. I was just there and and made a comment to the cashier, she never said a word or thank or anything.

I can always count on PriceCutter to be insanely expensive!

Have not found any negatives. I am disabled and find customer service excellent. Employees are helpful and friendly and appear eager to serve, happy in their jobs. Store is wonderfully clean. Meats appear fresh and are above what i can find other places. Produce is superior to what i have been able to find other places. Cheeses are of good variety and quality. Prices on canned goods have been fine. Nice variety of breads are nice. Pastries are super. Delivery service is a blessing. Thank you.Cynthia Owen

Kind of unrelated but so glad I stopped at this store cause their Starbucks had Kenya blend and its not only my absolute favorite blend but I havent found it anywhere else in years. I feel like I experienced a very special Christmas! Yay. 😁

The people are very friendly and they are great with their customers! Were new to Springfield, again, but we go there because its close by.Their prices are slightly higher than expected but lower than the big boys, as a rule.

Store is very clean and the prices are good. The bakery is very nice. The meat dept is well stocked. Fish is excellent. Produce is very well kept. It is like a well kept secret. Few people to bother you. Friendly staff. Starbucks is nice. This place is a hidden gem.

Walk in and a cool breeze smacks you in the face; it feels so good to be here! Chris Rocks bigger and blacker bit describes this location perfectly Produce, Deli, man the list goes on for days. This is one of the nicest locations in town and a must for fine grocery shopping

There are several Price Cutters in this area but this one is classified as a Super store. Shelves are well stocked, wide variety of brands and products. Its a relaxing environment with staff that are friendly,efficient and helpful.

I love the variety of foods and sales. I live in Joplin and we no longer have a Price Cutter. It is nice to stumble on one conveniently.

Its everything rolled up in one a grocery store post office you can pay your bills a real good place to shop and get everything done at once

Again Im really a fan of The Price Cutters in Springfield in Ozark. Ive been to other ones and they were not quite so nice. So, I think it just really matters who manages them. Either way this one was very nice.

Price Cutter offers a great variety and well priced meats. They must care about their employees and customers because they provide plexi shields at the cash register and provide face masks for their employees.

Couple of things come to mind here......Please check the dates on packages, especially on dairy products. Other than that its not too bad I guess

Some of the foods I love I can find at Pricecutter. Was disappointed that the rack of lamb was not available even though it was listed online. Curbside service wasnt efficient, neither the cell number nor the text was answered. The staff was efficient at filling my order. Wish their delivery service would reach my area.

Cheap prices

Five stars is for the deli department they have new help there that could not possibly be more helpful. If you want your ham or your turkey shaved just tell them you want dust and theyll do it perfect every time

Like this store. Location is not obvious or convenient. However the selection is large so I can usually find what I came in for. Old, traditional supermarket with good booze, floral and deli departments

Needed some ingredients for a soup. No Mexican cheeses except queso fresco and it was on clearance... Nice store, tho. The deli counter was beautifully stocked. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

I love coming here for my morning coffee at Starbucks. They do a incredible job. Most other locations make my drink too milky or not enough milk some even up charge me. I cant wait until they get a warmer for the breakfast items.

Most of the younger employees are kind of blaah (obvious they dont want to be there), but the store is always clean, and theres not many customers. Makes it easy to drop in, get something quick, and be on my way.

The store was super clean. However..... When shopping here expect to pay small town prices youll get better prices in Nixa where there is more competiition.

Bought 10 lbs of fried Chicken Tenders. They made certain that they were fresh cooked and ready to go! Will buy there again.

Clean and usually quite! My only critique is that they are low on organic items.

Nice selection of most things. Has some smaller brands and etc. I recommend the cheese selection up near the front of the store. 👌👌
