Never enough registers open. I have even gone when the Eagles are actually playing thinking it would be better. Nope. Lines are down the aisles. Maybe if they hired some people instead of turning them away because of their age, they may have some people who actually would work there. I don’t get it

This location really is the best. The one in Springfield has weird customers so I try to avoid that one because Springfield, PA people are a bunch of Kens and Karens. Even the store robot is nicer in the Baltimore Pike store. The robot in Springfield is a nasty automated Karen(I think it identifies as female) that will speak to you very rudely and they have it programed to follow people around the aisles (just like real Karen and Darren)...super creepy. (Dont go to Sproul Road one)

Good in and out store. Whether it’s self check out or a store employee. They always have multiple checkout lines and options available.

I love giant. Fresh seafood to fresh meat. I dont buy anywhere else except Acme.

The store usually has a lot in stock, but it seems like since covid hit, this is not the case anymore but I will still give it five stars because I love Giant brand products and getting in on the gas deals to get myself free yes at the end of the month .. staff in this store is friendly and the layout is really good, better than some of the other local Giants in Delco .. not my local store but Ill drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes just to shop here.

Clean and easily shoppable. My only problem was it was pretty dark inside. I get the point in saving energy but some aisles had such a transition from light to a dark and gloomy section, it may be hard for people to see or navigate a cart when the transition is that drastic

Employees are helpful, most merchandise is easy to find.By using the Giant card you can get $ off at their gas station.

They always have what I need and then some.

A little pricey. Other than that I like it. The beer garden has good selection. Produce always fresh. And you gotta have the regular chicken salad at the deli. Service is fine.

Love the online order pickup system. In store is very clean with wide isles.Just wish ,we can find a way to avoid using paper bags for curbside online. Maybe just bring cart out? Use boxes from getting products in that were getting recycled anyway?

Totally over this store. It was legit the best until they made a 3rd cake wrong. They never have anyone that can write on cakes or answer any questions. Its a mess. I ordered a cake that they advertised in their cake book and they made it wrong not only once but, 2 times. I wasnt charged for the kit that they didnt even have on the cake when I got there to pick it up. The bakery manager didnt even care. It was just upsetting. I had to bring the cake to the party, and I was embarrassed by it.

Well maintained store. I travel a few extra minutes to this location even though there is another location close to me

Tell me why I went in and there’s literally zero ice cream. The ice cream freezers were empty and blocked off with tape. Put up a sign at the entrance or something so I don’t waste my time walking around to have to go to another store. This isn’t one brand or product it’s a whole section! Also the selection here is underwhelming and there’s an odd odor- a faint, fishy smell that lingers around the produce section and the first few aisles. I gave them a pass before but at this point I’ll just drive out of the way rather than bother with this store.

Probably would have been much better if they had stuff. I mean, I know 7 staff members needed their social time at the front of the store for the 45 minutes I was there. Its hard when there are 5 customers to keep up with everything. But I am sure glad they got the magazines and batteries restocked. I dont know about you but I can do without food as long as I have my tabloids and AA batteries.

I really like this Giant on Baltimore Pike. It seems to be setup differently which makes it feel much bigger. It usually isnt overly crowded and I can find what I need.

We go food shopping here every week. We like this Giant cuz it has most of the stuff that we need.

Beer and wine clerk exceptional. Deli counter clerk very, very nice. Check out clerk she forgot to say thank you. I spent $117.+. I forgive her. Everyone is stressed because of the pandemic. Id shop at this location again. Had everything I wanted to buy and more. Very clean.

Could use a renovation, feels dated but what really matters are the groceries. They have groceries so thats a win.

One of the best grocery stores around - Giant took the place of the original Genuardis stores which was a local chain w/ fresh produce, clean stores, excellent customer service, and ...I miss it. But this is the next best thing. ❤

Most items in the meat department needed to be replenished along with certain areas of produce as well. And I swear the prices across the board have gone drastically up in Giant. Not to mention my giant card stopped working...

Today my mother and I visited this giant location, I have always thought the store was amazing, but now after having the pleasure to be checked out by Anita, lane 12, it just doubled our love For this location, she was so sweet, and so pleasant. I really hope Giant considers her an asset to the store, because she most certainly is!!!We will be back, thank you Anita!!!!

That store is wonderful. I checked out myself and then realized I really did not know what to do because I was from out of town. I was unfamiliar with the process, plus I had my 18 month old grandson. The self check woman was so nice and tolerant with me. Thanks so much. The Giant has everything even big hearted staff.

Celebrating a birthday, all the food was great! Top notch customer service. The only low point: NO MARTINELLIS Sparkling Cider. Cooked some of the food but I bought quite a bit of it, great quality, fresh, well done!

Typically the Giant at the intersection of 320 and 420 is a good store to go to but can someone please tell me what happened to the people that were once great in the deli . . . ??I was there yesterday it was a bunch of young guys and my lunch meat was cut with about as little care as possible. The entire pound of American cheese is a wreck and I couldnt even get the slices to separate they were cut so thin. The staff at one time would show you the thickness of the cut and make sure it was OK. Also, all the slices werent even going in the same direction and the ham was paper-thin as well.Also, I was at the new one in Broomall on Thursday with a family member and I could still get a number and order directly from the deli but the one in Springfield mandates that you use the kiosk to order . . . Whats up with that?

The customer service is pretty bad I was waiting for ten mins and the girl at the counter barely acknowledged me. It was pretty rude considering I myself work in customer service and you don’t just ignore people or let them stand there not knowing what’s going on. I don’t know if the girl was training, but if so I hope someone teaches her to acknowledge your customers. I mean I’m just shocked. Not to mention I food shop here every week. This is unreal I also want to note the woman training this new person was very short with other customers. There’s no explanation they are just saying computers going slow and they don’t say anything I had to ask. I just can’t believe this

I have always liked Giant food stores. I wish there was one near me.

Much better than the Brookhaven store which is cleaner and newer than this location but it is worth going out of the way to shop here to avoid the dregs of society who frequently shop in Brookhaven

One of the better giant stores still crazily put together and nothing really makes any sense but all in all not a bad store

First thing first, I am a four year customer. I have always found a happy and intelligent staff that is interested in my experience. Recently I was in a self checkout lane. After checking out my selections I tried the CASH BACK option to get money/quarters ($20) for my laundry and the system wouldnt approve my purchase.As soon as that happened, GIANT employee/Baltimore Pike/ Springfield Pennsylvania Julie Scott walked over and asked if she could assist me. I thanked her and we ran my card again. The purchase was approved but I still needed one quarter for my laundry. I was so happy and I tried to gather the coins in my pocket that would equal a quarter. Julie Scott walked over to me and gave me a quarter from her own change purse and told me Pay it forward. Julie Scott is the reason I will continue to be a GIANT customer.

I had a great shopping experience everyone was nice and friendly and the store was very clean.

Horrible customer service. Called a gentleman picked up the phone and hung up. I called back and selected the option to speak with a manager only to have someone by the name of Megan drop the call as soon as I started to speak and each time I called was the same practice. I simply had a question about the products available. The service was absolutely horrible and I will not be supporting this store. It seems like the workers have become apathetic and disrespectful... There does not seem to be any regard for their conduct by themselves or by management. The sad thing is when they dont have jobs, they complain about not being able to find the very work they sabotaged. NO, customer service whatsoever.

1pm on a Sunday. 2 registers & self check out open. Line wrapped around to deli. Throughout the store, I noticed 2 employees grouped together to stock the already stocked shelves. Numerous employees outside making sure masks are worn. Group of employees on a smoke break. When leaving, the management door was open & 4 people sitting in there. I don’t understand life sometimes. Thank all of you for working hard the past few months. This is usually a well run store.

I was social distancing for the 25 item or less lane and a costumer jumped the line and had more than 50 items in his cart told me to mind my own business really rude to say anything...and then they closed the lane on a busy Sat evening ... only two lanes open for your grand reopening celebration... tell you the truth when you renovated the store it really is confusing . disgruntled patron...I didnt get to pay for my food so I left...I wont be returning anytime soon. Whoever scheduled for today 12/5/20.. not enough help with costumer service.

Do NOT use the scanner after 8 pm you will risk your whole shopping history being wiped out and they will tell you to unpack all of your groceries. Nice clean place but the attitudes of the associates, all over the place. Some are wonderful, some dont care at all. All in all its a good place to shop.

I like giant food stores because they are clean and they are always big and wide aisles the people would normally friendly I do notice that their prices are a little bit higher than most shopping centers but they always seem to have a decent salad bar as well and thats what I normally go therefore. They are service dog friendly and I do recommend this store

Not an experience but an opinion. I work at a giant and while this covid thing going on we got extra 2 dollars in paycheck...which was so useful... They should have just let us keep it. Was helping so much. And secondly we are suppose to get a bonus for working the whole time. Think all the employees should get the same bonus and not discriminate against fellow employees and pay accordingly like daily for however and paid we did risk our life to be there. It shows that giant management appreciated all hard work. .and i really enkoy working there. Its actually nice

One of the things I was looking for was Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules. They apparently dont carry any.

Staff here are very professional and nice. The deli experience was the best I have ever had. 1 person sliced my bologna and another person prepared my coleslaw! Awesome Teamwork!

Smaller Giant...which is perfect for me. In and out quicker. And they are super in the store. They carry almost every item but not as many of each item which means they have to restock quicker and they do. What takes a half hour at any other Giant to shop the store I am in and out in 15 minutes. With everything I need. So keep the Super stores and I encourage you to keep going to your bigger ones so you dont clog up the aisles at my Giant. I hope you dont find this little nugget. Because it is Aces to me folks!

Well organized, very clean grocery store. They have a wonderful international section. I am from Chicago and wanted to cook a Thai meal for my family. I usually get the ingredients at a Thai Restaurant supply store in Chicago. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they carried most of the ingredients I needed.
