Why am I paying for paper bags to put my groceries in after shopping in your store n spending good money absolutely not acceptable

This is technically their Central Warehouse. As a professional driver I do deliver here regularly. They offer overnight truck parking and they open at 4:00 a.m. for delivery drivers.

Holy shaize, 25 trucks in 3 hours and counting! Thats UNLOADING! Big Y beats any DC hands down, would recommend any wharehous Management to come visit, might learn something. Best $100 ever spent on lumper! EVER! Way to go guys!!! No bull Top notch!!

I prefer shopping at big y. They have great sales. My only complaint is that the discount off of gas only last 6 days. Right now I have 4 different discounts off of gas. And this is with losing a 20 cents off this morning. With the amount of money I spend it would be nice if I didnt lose most of my gas discounts!

Yes you can overnight here. I had appointment at 05:00 they called me at 4:30 and empty at 5:55. These guys are awesome.

Had 0700 appointment got me right in took about 1 1/2 super nice over here there is over night parking after 7p.m.

I was advised of recent racial profiling practices that have taken place at Big Y. It is disappointing to hear that store employees have been trained to follow, harass, and threaten patrons with police presence based on their personal racial microaggressions and not the truthful activities that have taken place in their establishment. I will never support this business and encourage others to spend their dollars elsewhere.

Great experience in a very nice office building. Very courteous and kind receptionist.

Since Price choppers closed we have had to shop other stores. Friendly cashiers prices are good when you shop the store during the big sales.

They just start construction at the site so no more overnight parking but there is pride truck stop 1mile away. Some trucks were park on the street but I’m told u could get ticket. Friendly guard house guy and fast unloading.

I love this store.as you walk in its so beautiful with flowers and delicious cakes.the people are very sweet. I visit this place at lot.

One of the only supermarkets I get groceries from. Their promotions in the weekly flyer drives me to shop more for those great deals. Their stores are always clean and recently added new, less noisy type carts to the Palmer one.

They have a trucker friendly yard a lot of room and you maybe able to reset there i saw trucks in the back of the yard looking like they were taking a 10hr reset but not sure very easy to find right of 91......

Overnight parking for trucks (officially only 8 hours before your appt but they will let you in 10 hours early if you really need to). 20 minutes to unload 21 pallets of turkey.

The best place to deliver

This is a horrible supermarket and a disreputable chain. When there are BOGO sales they often jack up the prices. Their deli counter constantly fails to use the number system and tickets making it a complete free for all. This has been brought to managements attention repeatedly. They recently changed store management and the new manager does not hear customers out, contradicts them in mid sentence, and gives them the brush off because he is close friends with Big Ys customer Service manager at their headquarters and he knows nothing will be done. In fact their customer service director basically told me she does not believe my complaints because she is close friends with the person. When I was in the store 2 weeks ago I watched as the deli counter staff, after refusing to use the number system, began antagonizing and insulting a customer with a disability, and when he was speaking to the management and I explained he was disabled it was the same thing. A horrible business model.

Had to deliver only 2 pallets and it tooks 5 minutes, but believe me, i met the most friendly stuff here today and this is very inportant for us truckers to be treated well!!

Went to the Meridan Ct. store, ordered french fries and they tasted like FISH!! they must use the same oil for both... also, I purchased powder donuts and they were stale :(

Big Y fired the certified company that used to clean their ventilation and refrigeration. On Tuesday, in the Tolland store, just adjacent to the dairy, and next to a rack of bread, an employee was cleaning the ceiling vent with a broom, while five customers looked on in appalled disbelief. This corporation has gotten so cheap that they are threatening their customers health.This is what happens when theres only one grocery store in town.

Terrible customer service at Big y in Marlborough Ct treatment was humiliating unprofessional both cash and manager loud nasty women I will never ever step foot in a Big Y again due too how I was treated especially by a manager Big Y in Marlborough Ct is not world class it’s world trash!!
