Come on, its a grocery store! Google wants me to review it so Ill let you know its a nice store to go shopping. Its bright and clean the aisles are wide and everything seems to be pretty well stocked. During this time, some people have masks and some do not. There currently is not a mass mandate, however it is recommended to wear one. Other than that, its an okay place to go shopping!

Great supermarket. Its was clean and was able to get everything i came for.

Great natural and gluten free foods selection. The store is always very clean. The robot is weird, though. The addition of the wine and beer a few years ago was nice. Had my first experience with curbside pickup a few weeks ago and it was very efficient. I dont mind paying $3 extra to have someone else do my shopping AND load it up in my car. The exchange of an item they replaced for an unavailable item was easy and required no extra work on my part.

Big, beautiful supermarket with spacious aisles. Generally well stocked, but some items sell out. They have a great produce section with a variety of choices.

Great grocery store. I know where everything is now. The aisles are nice and wide. Customers are respectful to others; everyone wears masks and tries to stay 6 feet apart. Check out lines are usually pretty quick or they have lots of self check out lanes. Lots of products and reasonable prices.

Just had to pick up 50 pieces of cooked fried chicken for a party!!!! Their chicken is always so good especially since u dont have to do all that work!!! Great job Giant!!!

There was only ons check out line for people with over 25 items. There were a fair number of people waiting. Understandably, the cashier was harried and overwhelmed. This is the second time this has happened there. I will not be going back.

I like this store. Speedy self-checkout and everyone just seems happy at work.

Albeit it being after 9pm, Giant of Sproul Rd in Springfield, wasnt busy but (like me) last minute stragglers getting a couple things. Staff was very friendly, store was brightly lit, very clean & all the products were on the shelf neatly. The produce department was a rainbow of fresh fruits n veggies.

Simply the best run bakery department of all the Giant Stores. The Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies are amazing.

This is an excellent grocery store! They have a huge selection of items including many that are healthy. The store is kept clean at all times (their friendly robot keeps an eye for spills) and the employees are all super nice and helpful. Overall very good Giant location!

It’s not a bad store just be careful of what produce you get. I shop here weekly and always find moldy tomatoes, oranges and strawberries.

I have never been to this Giant before. I usually go to the other one in Springfield. I went on a Saturday afternoon, the day before a snowstorm and the Superbowl. My mistake. Place was well stocked just really packed I will be back.

Fruits and vegetables are super fresh. I usu6fine fruits that other markets dont carry like Starfruit, Dragon fruit. They have an amazing section that contains products needed for the Keto diet.

Very clean easy find groceries.

Your ice cream freezers need to be looked at I bought ice cream the other day and it was melded and refreeze and when I bought it it was soft and had freezer burn inside dont know if I will buy ice cream there again

Prices are good but service not so good. Store was dirty and the deli is a mess.Dont think I will be going back to shop even though the store is just around the corner from my house. I will be going further out of my way to Wegmans where service is good and people are very helpful and I dont have to bag my self and most importantly clean.

I bought pre-cut watermelon tried to eat it the next day and it was grainy and inedible. I should have known better.

It was perfect until I attempted to purchase a bottle of wine for the first time from a grocery store. I stood in the wrong place which annoyed the Male clerk, when I got in the correct place I placed my bottle 6 inches too far away from him he requested I moved the bottle closer, 6 inches then he asked for ID, being 78 years old I asked him to repeat and he gave me a look of disgust. Typically I do not have I D with me when I grocery shop just my credit card. I did not make the purchase!!!! He was arrogant and not customer friendly.

Great store but busy for the Thanksgiving rush. Still got in and out in like 15-20 mins because they were ready for the crowd.

I havent been to this location in a while but it was fun.

I find Giant Food stores to be very clean and their produce fresh and blemish free. Their lunch meat and cheese is very fresh and their meat/poultry the best. Some stores even have a clearance table which is REALLY clearance. I have found many products I have never seen in other chains. Their prices are reasonable.

Employees are friendly. Location is clean.

Has all of my essentials. Im gluten free, lactose free and try to use organic. I always find what I need. Store is organized, well lit and the restroom is always clean.

It is not Peapod’s fault that they are out of items as people are apparently still buying their favorite items by the case. That being said, the Bradford Plaza Giant’s system does NOT work if you’re avoiding stores. We pulled into the space which said “pick-up” and called the assigned phone number. We got a message that the call couldn’t be completed. We called three times and eventually walked into the entry way to find someone to get our bags. We were also treated to an unseen female employee barking, “Why are they coming into the store?” I yelled back through the doorway, “Because your phone number doesn’t work.”End of communication. We ended up getting about a third of our order - mostly snacks missing. Thank heavens people are ignoring the warning to eat healthy, fresh fruits and veggies. All those were in stock. :)

Great location! Typically a good selection and clean. During a big rush yesterday, Diana was our cashier and was very nice and quick!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE! I went to place my first order, selected a store, selected the delivery time for tomorrow and then spent over an hour putting my order together. When I went to checkout it told me that location was no longer available, then when I went to select another location the times were sold out for the next 5 days. Come to find out they do not even offer their services at the location that I had selected. Then after sitting on hold with customer service for over an hour I was told the only thing that I could do was to get up at 5 am to try to get a time slot when it opens up again. Why should I have to miss sleep to correct their error as I should not have been able to select a location that was not available! At least the person I spoke to at customer service was nice though unfortunately she was not given the ability to fix the issue. Overall this was a horrible waste of 3 hours of my time!
