We are so happy with all the tile we purchased for our new home. The process can be overwhelming. Trying to coordinate flooring, shower walls and floor, and the walls around the soaking tub, Sarah’s knowledge and advice made the process exciting and enjoyable! We can not wait to go back for our next project, the kitchen!

Best tile has a great selection of tile. The store isnt too huge so it manageable and the staff is helpful. You can take samples home to see how it will look in your space. They are provide you with pricing right away.There is a huge outlet/discount room in the back where there is a lot of inventory and great prices. Absolutely worth checking out (especially for a small project.)

Excellent Service, selection: Ana helped me with great suggestions to choose a palette for our downstairs bath; it is absolutely beautiful. It was a DIY project but we werent talked down to as we were in another tile store. Each time I went in for grout or to order more tile, Alyssa was a great help. The staff are all friendly, seem very knowledgeable and care about my business. I definitely will be going back for any additional projects.

I Love Best Tile!!!!! Have used them 20 years now. They are head and shoulders above the rest in Western Mass. They have a Fall sale of 15% or 20%. They also have a year round Veterans discount with ID. The staff are knowleable and very helpful! The selection is Huge! Must see to Believe. Highly recommend! I worked with Sara whom I adore. My contractor sent me here. I went to the others first but couldnt find something I liked in 12x24 at Lowes. Here theyre a little pricey, but one of the best selections in the valley. If you go to Lowes or Home Depot and cant find anything you like, guaranteed you will find something here. Service is very friendly and helpful. They know what they speak of. When remodeling our entire first floor of our home, Best Tile was recommended andwe could not have been more pleased with their assistance in picking out our marble forour bathroom flooring and walls and our kitchen backsplash. The team has immense experience in design and they were incredibly helpful when it came to colors, etc. We would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase not just tile but marble and stone as well. We are now remodeling our basement area and have already picked out our flooring from Best Tile. They made the design decision and purchase easy and their customer service is above the rest. And if not to say enough, Their prices are competitive so there is no reason to shop anywhere else.
