Overall our experience was good. The install team was great and the countertops look beautiful.The entire process took almost two months total, which was longer than we had initially been told. There were some minor miscommunications along the way with the staff. When we expressed frustration the owner reached out to us and was very gracious.

I have to say that this is, by far, the best place and people I have worked with for any home project, and I have had many. Their stone is just beautiful and you can see many many right on the site.Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and makes the ordering process so easy, fun and interesting. We chose granite with a Blanco colored sink and could not be happier!Chris was amazing as he uses laser measuring equipment to get the walls and counters of a 100 year old home completely level! His knowledge, again, is evident . You want craftsmen to do a counter and sink, and these men are! Robert and Nick, who installed the granite and sink, were also amazing, professional, informative, highly skilled men!Done on budget, on time, with people who have pride and integrity in their work! And one more thing- wether your budget is small( our case) medium or large, they will truly deliver amazing results! They were easy to work with, helped me make the right stone choice for my home, and got my small project worked into their busy schedule pretty quickly! The installers got the stone put in quickly, discussed any trim that needed to be removed to get the stone in with me, and cleaned up after themselves. I worked with Wilgus IQ on my most recent remodel project. The granite was installed exactly how I like it....perfect cuts and hidden seams! The customer service and communication was also spot on. The team from Wilgus IQ went above and beyond our expectations in installing quartz countertops in our kitchen and master bath. The 2 people who came out to template were courteous and professional. They used laser technology to measure and also double checked their measurements the old fashioned way (tape measure). On installation day the team showed up on time and were very respectful of our new floors and cabinets. The cabinet company was behind schedule (I.e. installation should have been completed) but the team was willing to work around them. When looking at the master bath they noted the sinks we expected to re-use would not work with the cabinets. They proposed some alternative solutions which resulted in our decision to purchase 2 vessel sinks and faucets. At the end of the day they offered to come back with some other guys and complete the job. They did return as promised. By the time they left, my counters were so clean you could have eaten off of them. It was refreshing to have a company who provided solutions and respected our home. I would highly recommend them and will use them for future projects.

Over the years, Ive used these guys on 3 of my homes (granite & quartz) and to do granite tops at my business. They do impeccable work at a reasonable price! I made the mistake on one house of agreeing to go with who my builder had a relationship with, and I regretted it. I ended up having Wilgus and his team come in an redo some tops because I wasnt happy with the shoddy work my builder subcontracted my tops to.

My reviews are of the events that took place and your opinions can be formed from that.Additionally, I should note that, I understand every business needs to conduct their business in a way to deliver excellent products and service. However, my experience was very frustrating because of the guidance given.I’m sure this place has quality products... unfortunately I was not able to experience that.I stopped by a couple weeks ago, explained what I was doing and asked exactly what I needed to bring them to cut a small piece of granite (32”x28”). I was instructed to bring measurements.I returned today with exact measurement. The lady who attempted to assist began arguing with me about my measurements, until she realized I had exactly what she was asking for. I had attempted to explain to her several times I had exactly what she was asking for.Once we made it passed that I asked a few questions concerning the size and fitment techniques used(I was asking if they typically cut it shorter than the exact measurements in order to fit it in a spot with 3 walls). She was not able to answer my questions stating “I don’t know, I’m not out in the field with the installers.”She then proceeded to tell me they would need to come out and template it. Which I can appreciate, but that’s not what she told me two weeks ago. I then stated, this is getting to be too difficult, and abruptly left the showroom floor previous to allowing the associate to continue on. This was due to frustration with the interaction.In the future, I will make another attempt and if my interaction with this business provides better instruction and a more pleasant interaction I will remove and update this review.Also, make note that the only other one start review was never given the opportunity to become a customer either.

Love our granite!!! They were great to work with and fast service!!

Our designer referred us to Wilgus IQ as her first choice so we visited their showroom. From the minute we walked in Bridgette was friendly, professional, thorough and did not leave our questions unanswered. She wanted to make sure we were happy and she was a joy to do business with! From Bridgette to the installers, we were met with friendly and prompt service. They said what they would do and accomplished it in the time frame promised. We were 100% satisfied with all communication AND the final product! Sadly, those qualities are not always a part of the package nowadays. We completely gutted and renovated 3 full bathrooms in our lake cottage and chose Quartz for our vanity tops. Truly the jewelry in our bathrooms, just beautiful! We highly recommend Wilgus IQ! In fact we are gutting our kitchen next and will use Wilgus IQ again!

We loved working with Wilgus IQ for our bathroom countertop. They took care of us every step of the way. Bridgette was extremely helpful and kind the first day we walked in the door (with three kids), and she continued to do everything possible to help us find the right countertop for our bathroom vanity. The installers did a wonderful job and they could not have been friendlier. We will be using WIlgus IQ again!!

I recently had Wilgus IQ install new countertops in my kitchen. Shane (0wner) came by to meet with me on the initial quote and suggested that he also submit a quote for doing both bathrooms while he was there with no quote tied to the other. Shane was very informed making me aware that there might be slight clean up after the job was completed. Always nice to be made aware in advance. At that point, Shane had Bridgette (residential estimator) work up my quote for me. She was extremely helpful during the whole process in helping me to select from granite type to fixtures. A huge plus when your a single guy with no eye for design. I went with both of their quotes and did the whole house. Their installers were courteous, well informed and did and incredible job with the finished project. I personally believe they went above and beyond to deliver the best finished product. I would HIGHLY recommend working with WilgusIQ for any countertop needs.
