Picking out an engagement ring is something very hard for someone like me to do. I wanted to pick something nice that my wife would like but not break the bank doing it. Amber really helped us find something very beautiful on a doable budget for me. This was something I felt like was going to be very hard and it was made easy and enjoyable by Amber and this staff (Tyler I think was the other guy’s name he helped with the sizing). I’m glad I read these reviews here, this is real! This place really is very helpful and does not rip you off. You get lifetime warranty on the stuff too. I went in seeking help to resize a watch for my husband. The manager, Kyle, greeted me with such delight and went above and beyond to not only walk me through the process of resizing the watch but to also offer me helpful information on future jewelry purchases. Taylor was fabulous! Came in looking for a Men’s chain necklace and Taylor was immediately there to greet me as I walked in. I didn’t see the perfect one but Taylor walked me through the catalog to get a better idea of what I wanted. Taylor definitely understood what I wanted in a necklace and I was able to order a necklace that I would like. Fantastic customer service and product knowledge! Taylor will forever be my jeweler!Edit: the customer service was fantastic but ultimately the follow through was lacking. Was told the day before my custom order was not going to be completed and could not be completed due to complexities. Maybe the jeweler was not communicative enough. Fair enough, however...I had placed a second custom order and we agreed on a sketch of the design of the item. 4 weeks later and still no sketch, not even a phone call to update. I do not recommend Reeds for custom orders however if you’re going in for something they usually carry, this is the place to be.

I have never left a review before just because I never felt the need to until today. When telling this guy what I’m looking for he had the audacity to tell me that in his apparent 12 years of experience he’s never had a man ask for such thing before. Not so good sales pitch to try to sell me his low quality stuff. I can tell he was the typical used car salesman trying to attack your manhood to get you to buy. Luckily I have never heard of this place before back in my home state and with reason. Avoid this place.

Entered this store on Friday the 23rd because the kiosk in front of it recommended it to me. I was looking for a gold chain for my brother and a new engagement ring for my fiancée because we lost ours during vacation. I actually never heard of Reeds before and to be honest with you I wish I never did. Upon entering a nice girl greeted me, I told her what was I looking for, we started at the chains and that’s when everything went south. As I was trying on a chain to check the length a gentleman in a suit approached us without being called over and he started making noises that appeared to be beatboxing, started moving his hands as a DJ does when mixing and immediately changed his tone to a more “urban style” It’s worth mentioning that we are a couple of color. The racial profiling was so obvious that even the girl who was helping us appeared embarrassed and I could tell she too felt some type of way because she signaled him to leave. My fiancée was so offended by such disrespectful behavior that we left immediately. We are a couple well educated enough to identify racial profiling and it is sad that a gentleman in a suit doesn’t. We ended buying the chain from the kiosk we originally stopped by and gave my business to Mervis where I bought a beautiful 2carat oval. No need to say we will never deal with Reeds ever.

I bought my husband’s wedding band from here because he liked the variety they had to offer, both in the physical store and via their catalog. We went with a meteorite ring; several months later (without him wearing it, as we weren’t married yet), it tarnished and Reed’s was happy to replace it under the warranty. Their customer service is always wonderful, though they are not always the best at calling when they say they will. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied with their services.

Stopped by because it looked pretty from the outside and was greeted by Nasha. After a long conversation with Nasha and bonding over our purse taste I ended up buying my very 1st diamond ring! I always thought I would never be able to afford one and Im so happy she helped me with it! I look forward to coming back and having Nasha help me once again!

Visited multiple jewelry stores in the mall in search of a tennis bracelet 2/14/20. Final stop on my way out of the mall was Reed’s. Thaddius K. helped me....he and I talked. He wasn’t pushy, he spoke with me like we knew each other. I was very pleased with the service I received. Either way I didn’t buy the tennis bracelet I was shopping for.....until today 2/15/20. My experience with the staff at this Reeds location has always been great. The staff is always helpful and are patient with me -as I am indecisive. Bethany was beyond patient as I decided for over a year on whether to buy a tennis bracelet. She took the bracelet out of the case for me every week to try it on and was as excited for me when I finally decided to buy it as I was to finally have it. But recently I lost one diamond earring. The customer service I received was enough to make the pain of losing something so expensive go away. Bethany was her usual helpful and kind self. She presented all my options to me and answered every what if question I had. And to add—I went in the other day to pick up a repair and Andrea even remembered my name to look up an old receipt for me. I wrote this as a review but also as a thanks. The jewelry is great and the customer service is even better!!

They helped my husband an I fix a really complex problem from December 2016 when he purchased my engagement ring at that store. They were all so warm and dedicated to helping me. I am SO happy that my husband got the ring there. Everyone who works there are kind and dedicated to making the customers experience an pleasant one.This location has great customer service. The Ladies at Reeds worked with me to ensure the size was right and I was satisfied with the job. They had less than 3 weeks to resize the ring before my departure and this included any reworks. My husband and I were really just browsing before a movie we had to catch. There was an employee named Taylor Ballow who was extremely pleasant. He didn’t hover over or pressure us into any sales like you would find in other jewelry stores (which is very annoying). He answered all questions my husband and I had regarding some watches he was interested in, and even provided additional information (things we didn’t know) which was helpful, and overall just provided GREAT customer service. There was a diamond ring ring that caught my attention that we we’re really interested in. Taylor took his time, explained the differences between a natural and laboratory manufactured diamond. He (even then didn’t pressure us into any sales) advised of all payment options if needed, warranty options, etc. and overall was just really great to speak with. My husband and I didn’t want to make a impulse decision so the manager Bethany (who was also very pleasant) wrote down the the item number for the ring. Although my husband didn’t make a purchase that afternoon we would be definitely be returning to this Reeds location. Just such great customer service.

My girlfriend and I went to every jewelry shop in the mall. The employees at Reeds were the only ones NOT to try to pressure me to buy what I couldnt afford. The custom ring we settled on, with sapphires and multiple diamonds, would have been about twice to three times as much at Kays. Weve since come back and brows several times with no pressure. Two employees (Taylor & Sonia) really stand out and even tell jokes with my girlfriend. We end up spending time in the store just to be there, its one of her favorite dates. The selection of pre-made rings and designs is great. Overall its a five-star experience.

I ended up buying a midi ring too, because they have a 12 month interest free payment plan. They had a jeweler on site, so I got the ring sized and was able to wear both pieces out without having to put any money down.

My husband and I entered Reeds Jewelry store after many attemps at other jewlery stores, to find a ring in particular, to fit our daughters personailty. Her Quinceañera is coming up and we want to surprise her. Numerous sales people had tried to help us, but pushed us towards the HUGE diamond section. Our daughter isn’t flashy. The first gentleman at Reeds tried to help, but wasn’t quite understanding us. Then Taylor comes out from the back, and sat down with us. He listened to what we were explaining to him, and showed him an idea of what we were looking for. He walked to the opposite side of the store and brought back a beautiful ring, that was perfect for our daughter.
