Khiry and Henry were the servers for our event. They arrived and set up swiftly, with an amazing attitude that brought the energy for our event skywards! They served all the attendees (100+) efficiently, while engaging and keeping spirits bright. Thanks to both of them for the amazing service! We hope to have you back next year!

Scoops 2 U was perfect for our employee appreciation event! The ice cream was delicious and Henry, our server, was gracious and friendly. He really sold a lot of people on the strawberry cheesecake ice cream - a huge hit! I would definitely recommend Scoops 2 U for a corporate treat

Mr. Johnny Bravo was great. We had an Ice Cream Social in our community. Mr. Johnny was patient, courteous, and kind! especially to the children. We will definitely use Scoops2U for our next Ice Cream social and hope Mr. Johnny will be our Ice Cream man. The choices of ice cream was awesome!

Johnny bravo did a great job! He showed up early called when he arrived, remaneuvered the truck to park it exactly where we needed him to be, and was great interacting with the kids ! Zach was so easy to work with throughout the booking process. We had to reschedule because of a last minute medical issue that came up on our party date and Zach couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating and worked to help us find a new date and time that worked for us. Would definitely recommend this company and work with them again.

Very satisfied with their service. On a short notice, the company sent a truck out to our property to provide ice cream for all residents. From about 3:30 to 4:30, they arranged a truck equipped with 300 snacks to feed the guests.It was a hot day, it was a day where electricity had went out, and everyone could use a cold treat. They hooked it up very nicely! Cant wait to have them back.

My husband was outside of our home with our kids skateboarding and biking when Scoops2U truck drove into our neighborhood on Tuesday May 26th, 2020, around 4:30-5:00 PM. My 14-year-old son purchased ice cream that was supposed to be nut-free from their truck. Turns out that it did contain nuts, which my son is allergic to. My son had a major allergic reaction, threw up, and we had to call Poison Control & his doctor, and sit in the parking lot of the Fair Oaks Hospital until 11:00 PM per his doctor’s advise in case his condition worsened.Then, we had to have a teleconference with his doctor the next day to make sure he was doing well.Thank God, he survived this horrific event! What was the response from Scoops2U owner & manager? “Thanks for letting us know because you found our COMPANY’S BLIND SPOT!” REALLY? My son could have died from this and you call it your company’s blind spot?These people are DANGEROUS and should be investigated.

Hosted an ice cream truck for my daughters 3rd birthday party last week and it was a huge hit! The selections were great and the kids (and adults) absolutely loved it! The driver, Austin, was funny and great with the kids! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun addition to their parties.

Host an ice cream to my class at Northern Virginia Community College. This company provides great service. Moreover, I love the packaging that keeps the ice cream frozen for 5 hours without melting in a hot weather. I will definitely use the service again. My students really enjoy the ice cream from scoops2u.

Scoops2u was brought in by the building management company where I work and I have to say I was impressed. The ice cream was good! The ice cream was kept in freezers which was important on an almost 100 degree day!. The attendants were fast and friendly. I am not sure about the cost but I would certainly give them a try.

Theres no reason to not like Scoops2u really, unless youre lactose intolerant. They have a great ice cream selection and plenty of it to go around. Really appreciated their services!

My son ordered a cone and it was soggy, the ice cream was only on half the cone (probably melted at some point) and it had freezer burn all over it. It went to the trash after one bite.

While the ice cream is good, I caution any non-profits from working with Scoops2U. We had a very bad experience with the owner last spring during a public elementary school event. He promised in writing beforehand to give back a percentage of sales to our organization and after the event would not follow through, after countless requests. Its disappointing that a business would not support a local non-profit organization in this way, especially when agreed to in writing and confirmed several times.

I have had numerous events with Scoop2U both corporate and private. The service, the ice cream, the trucks and their friendliness was all top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about catering a party or company event.

RIP OFF! I had heard their advertisements on the radio and when our office wanted to have an ice cream social we gave them a try. In the past I have used a variety of companies that either bring in the ice cream and serve or drop off. This was a drop off. We ordered for 25 people. They showed up with 4-1/2 gallons of Breyers ice cream, 4 containers of toppings and 2 of sauce for $148!! Really? I could have gone to any grocery store in the area and bought the gourmet ice cream and all the toppings for 1/3 of the price!

Customer service was terrible. I spoke with a gentleman to cancel my order and his tone was completely unprofessional. He questioned me canceling the order and was extremely brash. I will never use this company ever again.Also, if you plan on using their services, they are terrible with flexibility. I had to call 3 times for rescheduling the event and correspondence was strained, at best.
