I always got the toasty club and it was one of my favorite go to lunches like anywhere period. Today I decided to venture out and get the Italian stallion and it might’ve been the best sandwich I’ve ever had. There is so much great quality flavor. Highly recommend!
Love toasty subs! Italian stallion and blt are my go-tos. Dropping a star because they are really missing a vegan option. According to employees none of their bread is made vegan… bummer. If they come up with some bread that doesnt have milk or eggs they would be set. Really hope they change that soon.
Came in 20 minutes till close and was still met with great kindness and understanding. The sandwich was great and quickly prepared. Will definitely be back!

Fresh ingredients and great bread! They serve both hot and cold sandwiches, but I would personally recommend the hot sandwiches. Their crown jewel is the delicious Italian Stallion, definitely try it out!

Awesome food, awesome service, great prices, and a nice casual atmosphere. My daughter and I had the cheesy tomato griller and it was delicious! Next time were in town well definitely be back!

Tried it for the first time today. I had the chicken and bacon, my wife had the buffalo breaded cauliflower. Shes delighted with the vegetarian choices. Both were pressed, hot and delicious. Well definitely be back.Weve come back three more times to take subs to got. My wife has tried the vegetarian subs and likes them all, but the buffalo breaded cauliflower is her favorite. Im trying the different ones and enjoy all of them. Really liked the Cuban. Next time its the Ruben.The service is quick, and the prices are reasonable.
We got the Bombay, the Cuban, and the Italian stallion! They were all three amazing! Great new sandwich shop! Gentleman who helped us was very helpful and informative. Can’t wait till next time. I would post photos but the food is all gone, next time perhaps!

The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Had the Italian stallion and it was the best Italian sandwich I’ve had. Will definitely be going back soon to try the other sandwiches. It’s great to find a local sandwich shop so nearby.
Been to Toastys twice since they have opened. 1st time was within the first month of opening and they lost our order (we ordered ahead). So the made our order quickly and while doing it burnt a sub so had to re make it again. So a 20 minute wait turned into a hour ordeal. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered today for lunch. We arrived to pick up our order on lunch and they handed it out to the wrong person. So a 20 minute wait turned into 45 minute wait. Ive worked in food enough to know something isnt working in your restaurant. Hope you guys can turn it around. Not much for food around your location. Great spot just poor organization for takeout or call ahead orders.
This is my favorite local sandwich place. Whether you live in Springfield or just passing through, you absolutely need to stop by and have a bite to eat. 10/10
Went for first time today with my aunt. I had the Iltalian Stallion and she had the roast beef which was her second visit. Shes a very picky eater. So for her to go back and say they are better and delicious than other sub shops in town. I truly enjoyed it. Will DEFINITELY be back!!!!
Ordered the Bombay Sandwich. I enjoyed it, but I wish it had 2x the sauce. Its a tasty option you cant find anywhere else in town, plus its vegetarian. I would love to see what these guys could do with Falafel!

Definitely worth trying, weve had a few of the sandwiches and not been dissatisfied once.

This place is a great local selection when it comes to sandwiches. I very much enjoyed the sandwich that I got the Italian stallion I thought it was even better than the Italian sandwiches they have a Quiznos, or Jimmy Johns the guys who run did a great job. We talked for a few minutes on our mutual love of Star Wars.

Swung into Toasty Subs over the weekend, lookin like a HOT MESS when I needed last-minute dinner for my family. They sure did fit the bill. Four very different sandwiches, prepared by the NICEST young lady who made no judgements about how I looked, and we had a very nice conversation about food, life, tattoos, lots of stuff (she TOTALLY made this a 5 star experience). Im eager to return to try the sandwich with cauliflower, and the one with mint chutney. I was also told that they want to craft their soups in-house, not out of the package, so Im looking forward to those as well. Dont let the simple sign fool you. Carefully crafted food made with love is behind those windows!
Ordered 2 sandwiches. They were tasty but bread fell apart. One sandwich was a Toasty Club & was supposed to have bacon on it & I couldn’t find any bacon. Also please have your workers wear masks the right way! Guy that made our sandwiches didn’t have his mask over his nose!
Interestingly different from usual sub shops & tasty menu items. This is the place to go if you like to try new things and like a variety of flavors.
We have eaten at many specialty restaurants like this, but Toasty Subs is the best. Both of the owners have been there working each time. They know how to make a really good hot sub!

Was passing through town and decided to stop in for a bite. Had the turkey bacon ranch and a bag of chips. Really enjoyed the meal and will be stopping back by next time I’m in town.

Been there twice in the last week and both times it has been absolutely delicious. Its my go-to sandwich shop now.
This visit was months ago. But it was just an awful experience. Slow service, small menu. My sandwich slipped out of the packaging onto the ground as soon as I stepped outside due to their terrible chive in wrapping paper, tape, and employee skill. I tell everyone I know don’t go here.
