I did my entire order online by sending a PDF of the flyer I wanted, paid for it and when they mailed me to say it was ready I picked it up! All within a couple of hours or less. My employer rents a printer/copier from ArrowTech. Theyre always responsive and helpful. Recently we noticed a reoccurring issue with the ink that took away from the image quality of our prints. I submitted a service request, and Ken Pickel was very responsive. That morning we spoke on the phone, I sent him pictures of the issue, and he arrived at the office a few hours later to fix the issue. I cant thank him enough for not only doing such a great job fixing the machine, but also for understanding the constraints in my schedule and working around it. Although printer issues are never fun, Im happy to have Kens support when I need it.

The business I work for has had a service agreement with Arrow Tech for the last few years. We have had quite a few visits during that time which have been good but this review is for our most recent one. We were having some trouble with the quality of the color copies/printing which can be very frustrating as we do almost all of our graphic design work in-house. I texted for a service call and the tech, Ken Pickel, responded within minutes and talked me through some steps to take to help resolve the issue. When those measures were not enough, he came out to our business to resolve the problem in person in relatively short order. He was prompt, professional and super friendly as he always has been and worked until he had the issue resolved, checking in with me all along the way to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the printing before he left. Upon his departure, he thoroughly sanitized the equipment/area where he had been working which was great well. This company (and Ken) have been a pleasure to work with for sure!

We have had a number of occasions over the years to need the assistance of the Arrow Technology technicians, and have really appreciated their efficiency and their prompt response to our requests for technical help.Just yesterday, Jan. 6th, we had to call for someone to come check our Konica Minolta because of repeated problems getting documents to print. Ken Pickel came out right away and made some adjustments that got us up and running for a while but alas, our equipment was not willing to be healed. So today, Ken Pickel and Kevin Barber both came to our aide, bearing a replacement printer and making sure it was hooked up to all of our accounts, all our settings were added to the replacement printer, and they removed the offending printer with barely a ripple.They are quick to respond to a call for help, efficient and knowledgeable, and pleasant gentlemen to work with.In a world where excellent customer service is a rarity, we are most appreciative for Arrow.
