I am so happy with the help I received from the manager, Jen. I had an issue that she fixed with excellent help and speed! She was so personable and answered my questions on frames and lenses so informatively. I will be sure to always come back here.

Never going back here again. Apparently have had the wrong prescription for a year and never realized it until I had to go to Lenscrafters because its in my insurance network.

Lindsey, the manager, was so nice and she worked with me to find the perfect lenses. I have never worn glasses until now and she explained everything I needed to know. She worked with me so I could stay in my budget. When my glasses came in she made sure I knew how to clean them and how the adjustment period works. 5 stars. I definitely would recommend!

My husband and I both went in for eye exams and new glasses. Lindsey was professional, courteous, and very patient with assisting and helping us to choose the right frames. The full staff was very cheerful and checked to make sure our insurance would cover the exam. Both optometrists, Dr. Hunt and Dr. Buyer, were very thorough in their exams. We were given individual treatment and never felt rushed or pressured. We highly recommend this optical department.

Two years ago I was told I needed glasses. It was a light prescription and I didnt have an urgency to fill the prescription. I looked around at a few places and either couldnt find something I liked, or I couldnt afford it (no insurance). Today I had some free time and walked around Battlefield mall. I looked at an optical store in the mall, but wasnt really greeted or helped while I was there.I was surprised to see an optical shop inside JCPenny. I popped in, just to look around. Mikel immediately said Hello, and helped me look around. He was very patient and gave me space when I needed it. I made him aware of what I was looking to spend, and he walked me through numerous options until we found something that fit my budget.I strongly recommend this place for anyone who needs glasses (or contacts).

Me and my husband have had an amazing experience! Lindsey the manager went out of her way to help us find the right pair of frames and contacts. My lenses to my frames were cracked when they came in and she immediately ordered me a new pair. It took no time to come in. Dr.Seckler was very nice and I will continue to come back to her. Worst experience of my life. Took over 2 months to get correct pair of glasses. Messed up first set and never called me. Second time over 8 weeks to get them. Stated I would get JC Penny gift card for compensation and they never followed through. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Went back for the 3rd set of the same frames on Thursday and a sign was up be back @3:45. Went back 3 times and finally called store mngr, he had not a clue. The first set I purcased needed the glass put back in the frame and I was informed I had received a refund. Dont think so, I have them here. Turns out an employee had shown a refund on the books and stole the money. Told the mngr they were giving JCP a bad rep as they are NOT actually owned or controlled by JCP. EDITING 6/12 YES , now that Lindsey is gone I finally got GREAT customer service from Mikel. He should be made the manager, he finally got right what she screwed up. He is currently the only employee and is working as many hours as humanly possible. Lets hope the regional manager gets it staffed correctly and back up and running. NO I am not related to or ever had met Mikel before. This is an honest review from a legit customer.
