I have finally found my go-to guy for computer repair. Honest, knowledgeable , friendly and fast! Todd had my computer fixed the same day I took it in. Plus, he didnt try to sell me parts I didnt need (I thought my power supply was out but it was an easier fix than that.) So I saved time and money.Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This was the second time that I took a computer in for repair and the service was great. I explained the problem and they told me what was likely wrong and the cost. I knew that, after diagnostics, more or other things could be wrong, but they were spot on each time. The cost was reasonable and saved me buying a new computer. I would highly recommend this business.

I took my computer to them when the fan went out. Not only did they get it completely fixed within a week, but my computer was cleaned beautifully. I was in need of a very specific, uncommon amperage/voltage power supply in quite a hurry, as the one I had was fried. I called ahead of time to see if they could help and they said it was possible they may have one that would work in one of many boxes they have of power supplies and spare cords. The gentleman there went through boxes of cords to find me a power supply that would work to get me through in a pinch. Needless to say, they helped me out tremendously and at a low cost. Thanks!

I had 2 of our computers at church suffer a major power surge. Todd asked us to leave them with him for inspection. Within a couple of days I received a from call from him, and he told me that he was able to clean up and fix our laptop (which we use for our worship services), but unfortunately our office desktop was R.I.P. He kindly asked us what the primary use for our office desktop was, and after we discussed our needs he sold us a wonderful desktop that was so much better than our old one! Told cost for everything was very, very reasonable!! Thank God for honest business people like Todd!!! We definitely will be using his services in the future :)

Would rate zero or negative stars if possible. Sold my Asus X55C they took it off my hands for $20, and put in worse specs and sell it for $200. I will never buy or sell from them again, and you should do the same. Keep in mind, all the parts you will buy would be much cheaper to do yourself. *UPDATE* When I say they put in worse components, they replaced the solid state drive I put in there and replaced it with a hard drive which keep in mind, is slower than an ssd.

These guys are the best! They will get or keep you up and running and are very competitive and affordably-peices. Todd can troubleshoot any problem...give them a try. You wont regret it!!

Had no issues getting in and out. Traded some things to pc electronics. No extra strings, was able to speak geek for a bit and get going. If they were a bit more flexible on price would be 5 star.

After much frustration trying to troubleshoot my pc desktop on my own, I took my pc to PC Electronics. A couple days later I received a diagnosis and repairs made for a reasonable price. Staff were informative and approachable. If you have pc problems, theyll get the job done.

This is the best place in town I took my desktop computer to the four other computer places in Springfield and they all said it couldn’t be fixed and this place fix it for me within one day I recommend this place to everybody there honest trustworthy number one in my book

U ever need a laptop or a desktop computer, they will fix it at a good price.

We were given a desktop from my parents all they asked was for us to save their pictures but theyd forgotten their password and the administrator password. My husband took the tower to these guys and they had the passwords reset in less the ten minutes and it only cost us $39. I will definitely go here from now on and will send everyone I know.

Very helpful and knowledgeable! Nice people! My sons laptop was diagnosed and fixed within a day! They had to replace the old sluggish hard drive with a solid state one. When I handed it to my college bound computer science major son, and told him it now had a solid state drive hewhooped and said its ALIVE!!! Thank you Bob and all your people for friendly effecient service!!! I now can save at least a thousand dollars by not having to buy a new one for college, and this one is better than before! My daughter sat on my laptop and busted my screen. I took it to 2 other places in town and each of them wanted over $200 to fix it. my Neighbor asked me if I had gone to Pc Electronics and I told him i had never heard of them. He gave me the guys card and I called them and they said to bring it right in so they could see it. I have driven by this place everyday for 10 yrs and never even paid attention to it,anyway i took my machine in and was greeted warmly and they had my machine done in a matter of hours and it only cost me $119. From now on whenever I have an issue these are the guys i call upon.

I could give example after example of their insightful diagnostics, fair prices, and honesty.I recently had a hard drive crash in my laptop and they not only of charge. If you want the job done right the first time for a fair price go to the guys at PC Electronics. I dont base my reviews off of whether someone sounds high LOL )some idiots shouldnt bee allowed a keyboard.) They have been around forever for a damn good reason. Keep up the good work guys.

I had gone all over town looking to get my laptop repaired A screen kept popping up asking me to call them. BLH and Hyperion told me they would have reload my laptop and my program would be gone and that would cost nearly $300 so I was in shock when they said they could get rid of my viruses for $99 and keep my programs. A nice man named Todd helped me and about a day later it was finished. All my programs and stuff were there and it was cleaned up and looked like new WOW! Have been doing business there for around 20 years. My internet service provider since the dialup days. Have used their repair services and bought used PCs there several times.

A simple request - what does it cost to repair a vertical line on a laptop screen. The person answering the phone sounded like he was high. And didnt understand what I was talking about when I said, vertical line. This is a very common laptop problem. He said they would just replace the entire screen. I told them no thanks and decided to look elsewhere or to do the repair myself.

Bought a laptop for 160.. webcam doesnt work... and it has a crack in the corner of screen I didnt notice the crack until I got home... I dont recommend buying a PC from them... but they fix computers effectively and efficiently

I was going to bring my service here until I saw the owners responses. Why not just let them roll off and be the mature party??? quite sad! And so defensive when someone isnt satisfied. Thats not business.

Had viruses on my computer that I couldnt seem to get rid of, for $99 PC Electronics removed the viruses and installed their software and Antivirus programs. Couldnt be any happier! Would highly recommend!

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Called to ask about replacing a capacitor. They couldnt get me off the phone fast enough. The brains of the outfit negated everything I said, told me to call back when my battery burned out, cut me off mid sentence and then hung up on me. Can you say rude?
