I definitely would suggest using John packer! We brought three kids seven and under in with us after a long day of football games. Our youngest child being only a year and a half and having meltdowns on and off throughout looking at cars. He completely didnt care and was so patient, turned on cartoons for them, and even gave him a toy car lol I know personally when we were looking for cars we were just shopping online looking for the lowest prices, because cars are crazy right now. I didnt really care who sold us the car as long as I knew we were getting a good deal on it. But honestly if you find a vehicle here that youre considering looking at I would definitely go in and ask for him personally to help you because he made a world of difference. If you call in to let someone know ahead of time that you are coming in to shop for a car I would just say is there anyway I can speak to John packer and let him know directly that youre coming in so he can have things ready you may like upon arrival!

My dad bought a new car from Jeff Wyler Hyundai, they told him we can charge this BECAUSE WE CAN! My lease was up and the salesman says he can charge these prices BECAUSE HE CAN! Now I know about the chip shortage and that all of the car world is upside down right now. But not all dealers are telling people this. I do not get out a lot, because I’am sick, but hearing this 2x from the same dealership is very disturbing to say the least. There is going to be a day when microchips and pandemics are over and these dealers want you to come and buy a car for a normal price, we’ll I for one will not buy a car from a dealer that allows their sales people to treat customers this way. Remember folks this market is going to change, so if you can wait, then wait. If you have a dealership that treats you with respect note that and support them! Jeff Wyler Hyundai and Toyota isn’t even cleaning their used cars because they claim they are selling them so fast! So there is trash in the used cars where people have turned them in and they haven’t even been swept out according to a Toyota salesperson because it is to expensive. Very pleasant experience overall. The sales team, management, and finance team were all very friendly and helpful in buying my first car and explaining the features, as well as offering the right type and color of car. Christine did an awesome job getting me into my new Hyundai! I would definitely come back to her when I’m ready for a new vehicle! She was knowledgeable, attentive and super nice.

They made it seem like they tried to get me a good deal but thats not the case at all. Car was around 26k. After all the extre fees, I guessed high and estimated 30k total. Was told I had to put 10k down and trade my car in for 8k to get my payments around the $310/month range.Went to another dealer and got the car I wanted(the more expensive model). I put about 6k down, got WAY more for my trade, and my payments are below $300 a month with a great APR. Wyler installs that pulse lighting and charges $700 for it. They basically up the price of the car if you dont want accessories. And they clearly quote with the highest APRs known to man.Before even discussing trade value, the kid was trying to run my credit.I could say a million things but my best advice is to go somewhere else. Where you can get a GENUINELY good deal. That whole experience made me realize why people are buying vehicles online.

This experience was beyond excellent. I got the deal I wanted. I felt no pressure @ any time. Christine had my car ready to go on day of agreed sale. Christine even set up all the whistles & bells for me. She sent me the Hyundai books via email prior to picking up car. I tried to deal with at least 7 other sales people closer to home and none of them even acted like they wanted to sell me a car. They would either not counter my price or they wanted to sell me a cheaper car that I didn’t want for what I offered to pay for the better car I wanted I thought I had an agreement with one Northern KY dealership, with an appointment time to sign the papers. I drove 50 miles at the agreed date & time to pick up the car but found out the car had been sold. I asked to talk with a manager but that didn’t happen. I was then told they would get the car from another dealer & give me the price the price I wanted but after a week they decided they would not honor that From my 1st contact with Jeff Wyler I was treated with respect and as a valued customer . Christina was honest, helpful & kept her word. I would recommend Jeff Wyler to everyone. And ask for Christine as she is a great sales person.

Worst company ever. They dont call you when they say they will. They lie to you. They had my for 24 hours and did nothing to it. No call to say they wouldnt get to it today nothing. Had go to the service center just to find out they did nothing. No call no nothing. This is the worst dealership ever. They didnt ever try to make things right.

I have few things that make me feel stressed, but cars, insurance, and finances are 3 of them, so car buying is a painful process. I drove 3 hour to look at a car I found online, and they were superb. The communication was great, they even offered to give me a gas card if i drove there, and we could not work at a satisfactory deal. They have free home delivery, and we open and upfront about everything. I wouldnt say I enjoyed buying a car, but it was practically painless. I worked with Jordy, he was a gem.

I called to get my car in and it took close to 3 weeks which I understood. What my problem is is that my husband took our car in at 8 am and waited 4 1/2 hours. I picked him up at noon because of another appointment. She calls at 5:30 to tell us they have to keep it overnight. What’s the problem? They don’t know. They haven’t even looked at it! He was there all morning. Unacceptable

I am very displeased with the service I had. I was given no options and was shot down with any suggestions. I also did not like the customer service I received from Devin Williams. I will not be returning. When my nursing income is full force I will spend my money elsewhere. I will not refer Jeff wylers automotive to anyone else.

Poor choices for new or used cars. Found a 2018 model, when the 2022s were starting to get delivered. They listed its value at more than the original MSRP and offered a little discount the they advertised it for. The sales guy told me they were losing more than $600 cause it was sitting there so long. Typical car salesman BS. When he said he would not negotiate one dollar less, I left. Glad I did, too. Maybe they might deal better when new cars are being delivered more regularly.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Poor response to phone inquiries. Excessive wait time. Always full of excuses for no results. The vehicle is in for a warranty repair. It took 2 weeks to get it in. It has been there for a TOTAL of 5 weeks and they still do not even have a diagnosis! Seriously, DO NOT bring your vehicles here. Unless you really enjoy being ignored and given excuses.

I went to the Chevrolet dealership based on an ad I kept seeing on Facebook. I worked with a salesman, Alex, who was absolutely amazing. This was my first time going to a dealership to buy a car and I had SO many questions and concerns that he was great at answering them although he told me he’s only been working there for about 3 months. I wanted to give this rating 5 stars, however I did have a pretty bad experience with the manager of the dealership. I had questions about test driving a newer car that I was interested in and he came out and was very... unwelcoming for lack of a better term. He was extremely loud in the dealership explaining my “financial situation” and telling me I was “boxed in” to basically the one car that had showed to me so far. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed with how loud he was talking about my personal financial situation. Anyways, I don’t blame Alex. He was able to help me still and I walked off the car lot anyways with the newer car I asked to see... with NO co-signer and my “financial situation”. I’d definitely recommend to others and buy a car from there again if I knew I wouldn’t have to deal with that particular manager again.

Excellent service. David took great care of me. He was waiting for me to arrive. Had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and made sure everything was good to go. Even though I was one of many customers, David made it seem like I was the only one. Great vehicle and service. I will likely be returning here for my next vehicle.

The AC went out on our 2002 GMC Sierra pickup we were on our way from Michigan to Florida towing a trailer. We had already driven 200 miles with no air, windows open and truck cab temperature was 95 to 98 degrees. Jeff Wyler Chevrolet took our truck in and bent over backwards to find the problem & get it fixed. The first time the part would not fit from a GM replacement part into an aftermarket that was installed a year ago at a nonGM repair shop. Wyler Service searched hard to find a part. Found it. The auto parts store sent the wrong part. Wyler Chevrolet got the right part the following day and had our truck repaired as soon as the part came in. They did a fantastic job. Were pleased & would definitely go there again if we have truck trouble between Michigan and Florida.

Words cant express the gratitude I have for the people at Jeff wyler but the main person Who needs to be recognized is Tim Derr. I walked in thereHoping to get a car well he kept telling me he would get me in one. I told him where my payments needed to be and interest rate. He got my payments right where I wanted and my interest rate under what I was asking. He didnt give up we spent time making sure i didnt just jump in the first car I loved that would be to much and didnt get me into something I absolutely loved. Yesterday I signed my papers and drove off in the car that i loved and he wouldnt let me sign until I was 100% happy with no doubts.
