I went in to fix a cracked screen on an iPhone XR. They fixed it for $100 in about half an hour, and right before closing time too. The outside of the building doesnt look like much, but the employee was friendly and the service was great.

I had used them few times in the past for broker screen. But last time, I took in my Iphone 8 plus to have home button repaired. After only about a month, home button started to have problem again. to make the matter worse, after about 4 month, entire phone screen started to come apart. I was not in the DC area at the time so I took the phone in for repair at a different place, and the technicial told me that the home button was not properly installed and the screen was not put together right way. I ended up paying for new home button and a new screen. Not a very happy customer.

Can be a scary business to deal with or do business with them male owner. After you left with their phones becoming your phone(s) after payment purchase. there is no guarantee they will help follow-up questions should you get stuck with one of the steps to set up your phones.

I dropped my phone twice in a row, cracked it both ways diagonally, like a backwards y- brought it here on my way home from work- $82 (iPhone 7) with a screen protector and taxes. They got it done in like half an hour, and I got to watch Mr. Bean. The guy who immediately came out to help me was super polite and helpful, I wish I’d asked his name (and his number). He was also really attractive, and fixed my screen perfectly. I’m gonna recommend this to my local friends and try to remember this place next time I manage to break my phone. 12/10 service, price point, and experience. Seems to be a family business as well. Hope they’re doing well.

DO NOT BRING THEM YOUR IPHONE! I brought in my iPhone 8+ for a cracked screen repair. When I came to pick it up they told me my phone was dead. It is now a brick. They told me there was water damage in the phone and somehow when they opened it up the phone was bricked. No apologies. They offered me a ridiculously small discount on an already overpriced used 8 plus. I just brought it to the Apple store and they informed me that whatever works was done to open the phone was not done properly. Do not trust the work of Super Smartphones! If they do mess up they will not make you whole.

I find this place on craigslist with good price on Note 9 I was looking for.I text to confirm if they have it, and I drive all the way from Manassas to get, I liked the phone, the guy even clean it for me. And when i try to pay for it, he explained that the phone is actually $100 more and the add on craigslist is mistake. Lost my entire morning, time, gas to get there and to be disappointed from unfair business tricks.May be they are good, but I dont appreciate when people lied about their products.See photo, add is ccx still up...Scammers

This place offers the best quality and customer service in this area. The trained professionals give accurate time estimates for repairs, mine took only 10-15 minutes. I was so happy with their service that I bought a phone from them which still works perfectly. They offered a month long warranty on the phone they fixed as well as the one I bought, but I ended up not even needing to use it. I highly recommend this store for any of your cell phone needs.

Walked in for a repair to my iPhone 6s GPS antenna and it was done pretty quick. The next day the issue/bug still occurred, so I called the store and they told me to come back. The manager talked to me and took it upon himself and looked through and found an additional defective part, then fixed it immediately. He went on to give me a screen protector/install at no charge for the trouble and my time. Overall great customer service and very timely with their work...beats waiting in line at Apple or other big box stores for hours and to pay 3x the price.

Great Samsung note 9 repair!!Got a text on Saturday that my repair part for my rear camera had arrived. Went in with no appointment. Masood at the counter told me it might take up to 2 hrs to repair since Amir, the only repair tech, was repairing another phone. Said I would wait in my car. 40 minutes later my phone was fully repaired n ready to go. Masood even put on a new complementary sreen protector since they had to partially peel my old one off. All around, great service.

Professional, courtesy, and probably the most affordable repair/cell phone shop in the area...they run a tight ship, but each of their employees were extremely helpful and polite. Thats all that matters to me. Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends.Purchased an iphone from them, and few months later, cracked the screen, they had it replaced like new.

Super Smartphones has outstanding customer service. I had a water-damaged Android. The technician was courteous, professional, efficient and quickly diagnosed my issue. Although my phone was not salvageable I came away feeling good about the whole experience. They even loaned me a phone while mine was being diagnosed. I should add that I had purchased the phone from Super SmartPhones and it served me well until it went into the sink.

Very professional and officiant repair service location. Apple has a wait line at the Genius Bar that takes hours to almost days to complete the task they do here in nearly 15-20 mins. Also its almost half the cost. Would highly recommend because there customer services was amazing too.

The employees had great customer service in asking all of my questions like I found out they do more than screen repairs on a phone they also can repair your phones audio system if it is not working properly. The owner gave excellent customer service. I had a minor issue with a sim card that when I changed carriers, the phone I bought could not read the new sim card. The Owner took the time to fix the issue.

I have been this place couple of times before and I buy two/three phones whenever I go there. The first time I went there the guy in front was nice and friendly, so I retuned last time and there was a tall guy getting mad when I asked him for discount and questions. When I go today there was the same guy with his bad attitude and I learned that I should not be here again after what he showed me last time. I got what I have to get just because its too late for me to go to other shops but this guy tried to cheat on prices and it was so weird. Ill never go back and I was sharing my experience with my other friends who go there.

Last week I went in with a cracked iPhone screen. I was hesitant to go to DMV Unlocked because I heard they overcharge. They hooked it up at Super Smartphones, however. I got a great deal on a new screen and the home button isnt even broken!!

I just bought samsung s8 from this place about 40 days ago and the phone got bad for no reason , I called them and they said they will not fix Samsung phones .so obviously you do not know from where they get their phones and re sell it and they did not tell us that they do not repair Samsong when we bought it .they are not honest at all so do not buy from them and do not believe what they say
