I really wanted to like this place because the price was very reasonable when I got my screen fixed last year. It only took about 10-15 minutes. However, the screen was placed poorly and within a month, it was lifting off my phone and I could see LED light spilling out of the edges. Touch sensitivity was so poor that I had to PRESS each letter I typed. I sucked it up and didnt want to pay for repairs again, and was very careful not to drop my phone. Sadly, I dropped my phone on the bathroom tile two weeks ago and the screen (not just my screen protector) was shattered. I had to carefully remove the glass and throw it away without cutting myself. Today it fully glitched out, so I got it repaired at a different place, where the man told me the previous screen replacement was very shoddily done. If you spend a little more elsewhere, you will get great service.

They are the best. If you want ever need your device fixed this store is what you need. They have very reasonable and good prices, it does not take long to fix and they are great overall! Thank you guys for fixing my phone, you guys are the best!

10/10 recommend! It took 3 days to fix the back of my phone but the complexity of fixing the back of an iPhone 12 Pro Max is a lot so i understood. But when i got my phone back it was PERFECT. Good as new and the price was extremely low! Told all my friends to ship there broken phones to me so i could fix it here for them!

On April 24, 2021 I was in need of a new screen and a new battery for my son’s IPhone 10. I saw this stand at Springfield mall and gave them a try. It was clearly the best decision that I could have made. Both of the representatives Saimon and Ashik will keep you entertained the whole time that they are repairing your device. So it’s not like all that they are concerned about is your money. In fact they were able to replace both the screen as well as the battery to my son’s phone for a very reasonable price in comparison to other phone repair companies. They even threw in a phone case to go with the newly repaired phone at a decent price. Trust me if you entrust these guys with your devices you won’t be disappointed. Glad I made the choice to work with them. Now my son has his phone back in spectacular working condition!

I have phone insurance and was sent here to have my screen fixed. I made a point to call ahead, let them know I wanted my screen fixed and asked if I needed an appt. I was told to just come in. I got there later in the day, and told the guy I was there through insurance. He tried to essentially haggle the price with me, to which I reiterated I was there though insurance the price would be taken care of through them. He continued to try and tell me he could get me a good deal. I had to get the insurance company on the phone, they spoke to him and he took the information down. He seemed confused and did not seem familiar with the process of working with an insurance company at all. After all this, he casually informs me he doesnt have my screen in, he had to order it. I could have screamed. I specifically called ahead for this reason so I didnt waste time going in. I shared my frustration with him and let him known for future reference they should give all the information when someone calls ahead in effort to not waste their time. He apologized, took my information down, and said theyd call me when the screen came in. That was over a month ago. Never got a call. Glad I didnt even wait and went ahead and found another approved place instead. 10/10 would not recommend.

I have a cell phone warranty through square trade. I needed to get my screen replaced and they authorized the work to be done at smart fix. So I called, while they were open, and got the voicemail. I left a message with the expectation that someone would call back, but no one ever did. So a few days later, I called again. This time I did not get the coicema and instead got an automated message saying the cell phone was not in service.At this point Im assuming i have the wrong number. So today i took off work to go to the shop itself. It is a kiosk in the mall and no one is there. I wait for over 20 minutes and no one showed up and other peoples phones were just laying around, not even locked up. I was very disappointed. I called square trade while I waited there and was given a new claim number to a different store.

Took my childs assistive communication device in for a screen repair in March 2020. screen began to malfunction within a week, but Kiosk closed due to COVID. Now they are finally open and will not stand behind their work - lets send them some karma and mojo for shoddy work.

Dropped my iPhone X in the parking lot getting out of my car and shattered the front screen. I couldnt even use the phone because the touch stopped working and wouldnt recognize my finger when touching the screen. I went to SmartFix in Springfield Mall and they fixed my broken screen in like 30 minutes and much cheaper than the Apple Store! Phone works great and would highly recommend to anyone with a broken iPhone!

I was walking by smartfix and i’ve been having issues trying to charge my phone. i believe i had some dirt or lint or something in there blocking the usb port from locking in. so i stopped by and told the guy who said his name was islam about the issue. islam took care of the issue in about 5 minutes and didn’t charge me anything for that quick service. he was very helpful and knew what he was doing.

Used this place a couple of times and both time they have done great work. Fixed and iPhone 5 that would not turn on and replaced the screen of an iPhone 6 plus. Only thing is that for the iPhone 5, they had originally told me it one price but once they had fixed it they raised the price a bit. I recommend just double checking the prices and make sure they get the estimate right

Had my cracked phone fixed here and they literally made it worse. They tried to get me to sign the receipt saying that I was satisfied with the fix BEFORE giving my phone back. The screen they replaced the cracked screen with is definitely poor quality. The sensitivity of my phone screen is so so bad; I can’t even put it to words. It takes almost a whole minute to type just one simple sentence because there’s absolutely no screen sensitivity at all. If I press a letter, it’d jump and press a letter across the entire key board. Sometimes it loses all sensitivity and I wouldn’t even be able to press anything because it doesn’t go through. The whole screen is messed up. It makes it so incredibly hard to use. I would’ve rather kept my cracked screen if I had known this would happen. I used a Groupon but honestly, if you want a good screen fix, don’t go here. Go to the apple store. It’s more pricy but at least you don’t have to sacrifice screen sensitivity.I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

BEWARE! Go to a real repair shop! These service technicians are barely trained and will do anything to upsell and add to your final total payment. I had brought in a Samsung S7 with a few small cracks in the screen in for a simple screen replacement after Islam told me to buy a screen online to ensure they can replace it the same day. The screen online came from a Samsung Certified dealer and bought explicitly for my carrier model. When I got to the store the technician spent half an hour talking to friends and called me over to say the screen was not compatible thus offering his own screen for a clear 50 dollar surcharge on top of the original cost of the screen. Wanting my phone the same day, I agreed and lo and behold I watch this guy using heavy hands break open my phone using no gentle movements striking my battery causing the battery to explode. Fault of the technician? NOPE thats an additional charge ontop of your screen. This DISHONEST company will forever cement my future service in real repair shops and not kiosks that will cost you as much as a BRAND NEW phone. Sad thing is that it was never repaired correctly! I went to another store to fix this mans ineptitude. I have also posted this story on social media with all my friends that are still in University about the dangers of going to kiosks and fake repair shops which has gained a large following. I hope this will serve you a reminder why every transaction your repair shop conducts will follow the experience of that customer at your establishment, which will then serve as the most effective marketing or advertising campaign to other people by word of mouth. Your company deserves ZERO stars for my wasted time and money. There is a difference between attempting to upsell and intentionally lying about items or purposefully damaging customer equipment in order to win a few more bucks.
