Called to get an estimate to have charging port on my Motorola phone repaired. They gave a very reasonable quote and they ordered the part needed to repair my phone. Said it would arrive next day. Part arrived late through no fault of their own and was quickly repaired. Very good customer service and will use and recommend them in the future.

What a great guy! He took the time to figure out a solution for us when 3 others had said no or gave outrageous prices just to see if they could help. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend stopping there if you need help.

My iPad had a cracked screen. Now it has a barely functional uncracked screen. Writing this review has been difficult and frustrating as the screen is unresponsive. You have to keep spinning it around to find a place where the different letters work. Insanely frustrating. Just buy a new iPad or get it repaired at a proper place.

They were great the guy there not only fixed my granddaughters smashed phone screen on her iPhone but put a protective case on it for free. I most definitely recommend taking your phone there and it only took him 20 minutes to fix, I will definitely go back there again.

My screen was cracked and he fixed it, everything was great for the first two weeks than my screen became non-responsive. I went back and he repaired it for free whereas we ran into the same issue again. 2 months later, every time I pick up a call the audio is non-responsive, and continues to ring although I push the answer button. Annoying.

I would have given five stars but the back of the phone was not glued on properly causing the stylus to fall out.

The short version is I had a terrific experience today with Mike the employee at iFixGadgets Mike greeted me when they opened this morning. He diagnosed the issue, got right to work and assured me that hed be finished in 15 minutes. Not only did he have me out of there in 15 minutes, but I paid less than I thought I was going to(about half what Apple would shake you down for) for a cracked iPhone. Took my phone in today to get my screen replaced on my iPhone 6s it was done in under 20 minutes! $70.00 for a screen replacement. I got a new screen, and a screen protector for $10. All together I paid $80 everywhere I called they charged between $90 and $130.00 just for the screen repacement itself. I have had good experiences here. On my last phone I had a battery replaced they were quick and very kind, and very affordable! I recommend them! Thank you!

This place is a scam!!! So my phone wasn’t charging so I took it here and he told me it’s the charging port and the motherboard. He told me that it would be $100 for the charging port which is $40 and motherboard which is $60. So I say okay and he tells me about 40 mins to an hour. So I come back and he shows me it works fine and chargers so I pay him the $100. About a week later my phone stops charging again and now it won’t turn on at all the screen completely black. So I take it back but this time it’s a different guy so I give him my phone and he tells me it’s the battery and charging port this time and he has the nerve to tell me the charging port he put in my phone is a defect. I told him he put it in and said that I must have did something to it. These dirtbags are lying scamming a@&holes!!! Someone needs to report them. I highly advise you to go to another store because this store is just out to make a quick dollar and doesn’t give a s@$t about your phone!!!

Do not come here, he doesnt know what he is doing. I came to get my 6 screen fixed when I left my sensor wasnt working. So I came back so he could fix it and then my front camera wasnt working. So I told him to put my old screen back on and Ill go somewhere else. When I came my phone was perfectly fine now my camera doesnt work.

I took my iphone 5s to get the button fixed about a month ago. Although it was the cheapest fix in the area, the button worked well for the first day. Now i have to press it about 10 times for it to go. Kind of wish I just paid more money and got it done right.

Took an iPhone 8 here for back glass repair. They gave it back and my back camera didn’t work. Looked online and found out it was likely because they shorted the connector by not grounding themselves. Gave me a partial refund. I’m out 100 bucks with a phone with no camera.

Do not know what they are doing. They improperly replaced the screen and soon after new screen broke. Then they tried to blame it on us. There was no physical damage, they did not put it on right!

1NOV2017. Yes, Ali at Springfield Mall, PA repaired my iPads cracked screen, but he also damaged each corner of my iPad by using a pry-open gadget that he hits with a mallet to remove the glass. I told him and he retorted that I must have dropped it before. Lies!! My iPad stays in the Ballistic case 24/7 from the day it was purchased. I cracked the screen because I didnt cover the screen when I put it in my purse with other hard objects that pressed on the screen; so it has never fallen. Ali, at iFixGadgets in Springfield Mall damaged my iPad. I have used I fix it for my iPhone twice in Boston, 2 or 3 times in Frederick, MD Malls for my Samsung Galaxy and all those repairs were spot on perfect; which is why I took my cracked screen iPad to find an iFixGadgets at a mall. So BEWARE of Ali in Springfield Mall, he is not as skilled as all the other iFixGadgets techs I have encountered. 3JAN2018 Since ALi fixed my iPad there have been non-responsive pixels to where I have had to flip my iPad upside down so I could touch the return or certain keys if they are at the bottom of the screen to move them to the top of the screen so I could touch them and use my iPad. Ali at Springfield Mall just plain ruined my iPad to where it will not even charge now. Shame on Ali!

These two guys are a ripoff, they put on new screen on my android a couple days later it just starts spilntering (all in different places) because it was installed incorrectlly and they tell me its my phone and it probally broke in my pocket, when they do work you cant even put your phone in your pocket. Then i asked him for the supplier so i could contact them he said no i dont know you, i just wanted my phone fixed120 dollars. I would rather not have a phone then deal with this headache. Go anywhere else and then they will throw the policy at you but in reality the guy put a cheap screen on it and it spider cracked, no signs of physical damage and try to cover up by blaming the consumer

I asked the guy to fix my home button and he only fixed my screen which i didn’t want to be replaced since there has nothing wrong with it, not even a scratch, but he takes off my screen says my home button can’t be fixed puts on a new screen then charges me 55$ when it should have been 60$ even tho I think that it should have been for free since he did nothing for me besides took my money, and I don’t even have a job, he could tell that I was younger I was only 12 years old now I’m 14
